Chapter 1 - "The Second Encounter"

His eyes couldn't comprehend the catastrophe that exploded before him like a fleeting flash of lightning, nor was his mind able to contain the shock that overwhelmed his being, swallowing him as waves engulf a fragile ship, leaving destruction in its wake,

He collapsed to the ground, his feet betraying him, his limbs failing to support him, standing still in place, drowned in a gaze of bewilderment that embodied the unimaginable,

Everything had vanished... his family, his friends, his homeland, his hopes, his memories, his future، even the sand that crumbled beneath his feet was not spared from the horror of what had happened,

The entire universe seemed to have turned into a suffocating void, drowned in deadly silence,

He lowered his head as if the weight of the heavens had settled upon his shoulders, His hand clenched over his chest, burning with a fiery anguish, and then he burst into silent, suffocating tears—a cry that pierced the stillness of the moment,

His soul regained some of its composure, and he suddenly lifted his head, as if a spark from hell had ignited in his veins, He rose abruptly a forceful surge like an earthquake itself, his feet propelling him forward with a resolve that seemed ready to shake the earth beneath him,

His friend tried to hold him back with all his might, to stop him from walking this path, As his friend clutched him, his own grip tightened with a greater force, as though he were holding his angry friend in place, nearly crushing his face with the bitterness of the feeling.

His head lowered, and he closed his eyes as if escaping from the confrontation with the painful trut,. In a broken voice, barely audible, he whispered words that seemed to shatter his heart:

"Please, don't let me lose you too, We don't have the strength to face those entities, We will strike at them like dust swept away by the wind, and we will die in an instant without a trace."

But he was in another world, one where he couldn't perceive or understand,

With every ounce of strength he had, he tried to break free from his friend's grip, to step toward the distant horizon, to a place that only he could see.

His eyes shot a look like a blazing sword—sad, broken, yet still burning with an unquenchable fire, a fire of revenge that knew no mercy,

He let out a thunderous scream that emerged from the depths of darkness, pulsing with hatred, Its sound reverberated through the night sky, like thunder in the silence of the heavens:

"I swear by my tears that never dry, and by the earth swallowed by this curse, I will not forget! I vow that I will return, not to reclaim what I've lost, but to erase everything! I won't leave a stone upon another, I won't allow life to pulse, nor a breath to stir,

I will drown you in a sea of terror, I will make death your hope that will never come true, I will show no mercy, I will not forgive, and I will not accept repentance from this moment onward, This world will be humbled beneath my feet, and my sword will not lift from you until everything melts and burns to ashes,

From this moment forward, I am the lost mercy, the slain forgiveness, and the insatiable vengeance,

Wait for a day when the entire universe will turn against you... It is coming, and I am coming with it, I will turn you into a memory that not even the winds dare to carry."

His friend merely tightened his grip, his eyes drowned in a sea of sorrow and brokenness. The features of his face told the bitter tale of indifference, a tale sown by the cruelty of reality,

He fully understood their complete inability to change the course of events, as if all hope had vanished in the corners of the world around them,Thus the words drifted between his lips, weighed down with bitterness, for they had no choice but to think of a way to survive and search through the labyrinth of life, hoping for a sliver of light to shine on the horizon, no matter how faint.

Somewhere in the human world, in a small town with beautiful winter joy:

The long night's scent lingered in his nose, with cold, melancholic breezes, In his dark room, Amer the young man who had just turned fifteen woke up,

His window half-open, greeted him with a whisper muffled by the black curtains, leaving him space to reflect on his past filled with deprivation and pain,

Amer's life bore the weight of harsh years and tough experiences, He had spent his childhood in the shadow of poverty and homelessness witnessing the crises of wars that left a deep scar on his soul,

He grew up between unjust parents and cruel siblings, spending his days under the oppression of his harsh parents and his siblings who were no kinder,

Despite this painful past, Amer had a curiosity for the world and a passion for culture, Though still young, he was emotionally mature in a remarkable way, He always took others' feelings into consideration despite his overwhelming sadness and isolation,

He had a kind and compassionate heart, Amer got out of bed with heavy hesitant steps as if he carried the weight of the world on his shoulders, He looked around the dark room and cast a glance at the torn books piled in the corners, as though they testified to his love for reading and his desire for knowledge,

Amer didn't know exactly what awaited him that day at school, but he knew he would continue his journey in a world where he had yet to find any meaning in life, despite all his failed attempts at taking his own life,

"Was there any meaning to this miserable life? Do people like me have any value to offer this world?"

He asked himself this question daily as he gazed deeply at the world outside around him,

Once he finished changing his clothes and enjoyed his simple breakfast, he gently pushed the door of his house, as if symbolizing the weight of the days he had left behind in time,

He stepped out with slow, measured strides, surrounded by a refreshing cold air that carried within it the scent of rain, which had drenched the horizon with a fresh aroma that harmonized with the spirit of the morning,

He raised his eyes toward the sky, draped in clouds that swayed between yellow and dark brown, gifting the atmosphere with a captivating hue, resembling the beauty of cinematic scenes,

Amer is a fifteen-year-old boy standing at 172 cm tall and weighing around 60 kg, giving him a well-balanced, athletic physique,

His skin is fair and radiant, reflecting the innocence of his youth and the purity of his soul. It accentuates the smooth contours of his face clearly,

His hair is as black as the night, short, and stylishly swept back, with some strands gently touching his forehead in a subtle wave. The sides are kept short and neatly styled, adding to the tidy and balanced appearance of his face,

His eyes ararge and round, resembling the sky on a moonlit night with their dark brown, glossy hue,Those eyes hold a mysterious sparkle, as though he views the world from a different perspective, blending wisdom and curiosity, His thick, black eyelashes add depth and a unique charm to his gaze,

His nose is straight and small, harmonizing with the other features of his face, enhancing its balance. His jawline is sharp and straight, giving him a strong, composed appearance. His body is well-proportioned, with muscles gently defined on his slender frame, reflecting an inner strength concealed behind his calm exterior,

Amer wears a crisp white shirt with neatly arranged black buttons, flowing smoothly over his chest, The shirt radiates a classic style that blends seamlessly with a dark blue tie, which is impeccably tied, signaling a quiet youthful elegance,

On top he wears a black coat with elegant folds and golden borders on the cuffs and collar, adding a distinguished presence to his outfit,

His black trousers fit perfectly, tailored in a classic style, giving him a sophisticated, modern appearance, He completes his look with a shiny, clean pair of black Chelsea boots, reflecting his refined taste and ability to blend simplicity with elegance,

He plunged his hands into the pockets of his coat, walking toward his school with indifferent steps, while the cold breeze gently caressed his body, stirring a pleasant harmony in his soul,

stood gazing into the distant horizon, his eyes wide with deep contemplation and peace, A serene smile appeared on his face, radiating an unusual tranquility whose cause he did not know, as if it were a silent symbol of inner purity and profound calm,

He walked alone through desolate streets, devoid of both humans and animals, lost in the depths of his mysterious thoughts, probing the soul, He did not awaken from his deep reverie until he collided with the school's entrance door, tripping and falling to the ground,

As he clutched his head, trying to alleviate the pain from the collision, which seemed like the echo of a storm in a calm sea, the bell rang, sounding like a reminder melody signaling the start of the second class. Amer then realized that he was late, as if he had just awoken from a dream to see the truth,

He approached the guard, pleading humbly, then began moving towards his classroom with slow steps,

His face bore no sign of tension; instead, his features seemed calm, as if they were a canvas of tranquility and peace,

It was as though time itself had stopped around him, granting him a moment of quiet far from the clamor of life,

Gradually, with sluggish steps, he took the path leading to the classroom door, As Amer approached the entrance, he took a deep breath, his forehead furrowing gently in calm shadows, Then, he knocked softly on the door, offering his apology with courtesy:

"I apologize for my tardiness."

Imagine standing before a teacher in her thirties, her face radiating a serene beauty, a peace reflected in every detail. Her skin is smooth and white, glowing with a natural light that enhances the purity of her features,

Her dark brown hair is styled in a soft "lob" cut, reaching just to her shoulders, with light waves cascading from it, adding a touch of vitality and softness to her appearance,

The front strands gently sway over her forehead, highlighting the beauty of her wide, emerald green eyes that shine with wisdom and calm, as if she gazes into dimensions beyond the visible.

She wears elegant gold earrings that dangle gently from her ears, and around her neck is a simple necklace that adds a touch of modern elegance to her look,

Her black blouse is cinched at the waist with small buttons, topped with a dark, short coat that reflects her practical and formal nature. Her loose white pants flow effortlessly around her legs, adding a sense of comfort and vitality to her otherwise classic appearance,

In her hand she holds a neatly organized stack of papers, reflecting her commitment and attention to detail, On her wrist,a sleek black watch shines, balancing simplicity with sophistication,

Her shoes are classic leather flats with a low heel in a burgundy color, combining practicality with elegance, completing her well-balanced and harmonious appearance in every detail,

He slowly lowered his backpack and sat on the last seat, taking a deep breath filled with sorrow, He leaned on his elbow, gently resting his palm against his cheek,

His eyes wandered toward the classroom window, gazing at the ever-changing colors of the sky, while the drizzle of rain scattered the blessings of winter across the earth, The cold breeze soared through the air, as if playing a symphony of tranquility,

He released a sigh from the depth of his burdened heart, a strangled gasp rising from the core of his being, as if he were whispering to himself in a lingering sigh:

"Despite all the trials, I still live in the embrace of this world, after surviving twelve suicide attempts in an attempt to escape its clutches, and the secret of survival reveals itself each time as if I were escaping from the jaws of death itself,

I wish I had not been born with an ugly face and a sickly body devoured by ailments, a life stripped of all grace and wealth, Those wars that opened the gates of hell in my heart, and bestowed upon me painful memories and unbearable nights,

How many moments was I on the brink of death, while children wove threads of innocence and love for life?

I fought life fiercely, searching for breadcrumbs in piles of garbage under the weight of a harsh military siege,

How many nights did I spend in excruciating hunger, how many bodies did I bury with trembling hands, and how many severed heads and lifeless limbs did I see scattered like chapters of an endless nightmare?

Those moments, filled with poverty and the humiliation of deprivation, are still etched in the depths of my heart, and I can never forget the mocking glances my eyes endured,

My childhood's foundation has been completely destroyed, and I long for it as a thirsty person longs for a drop of water in a drought-stricken desert, far from the lives of others who live in ease and happiness.

But for a boy who has not yet turned ten, is this not too much, even exaggerated?"

Yearning for clarity, his thoughts drifted in a sea of reflections until the voice of his teacher, Ishtar, broke through asking with deep curiosity:

"Amer, have you found an answer to the question posed to you?

The question was:

" What is life ? "

Amer, with features that reflect inner warmth and tranquility, spoke in a calm voice that mirrored a gentle breeze:

" my teacher thrlife is a window through which we look out at existence, no more, no less."

Teacher Ishtar received this answer with an expression that blended gentle surprise with deep admiration, but she quickly gathered her thoughts, saying with a tone full of astonishment:

"That is indeed a unique answer. Could you explain more, Amer? Are you suggesting that there is a vast gap between the concept of life and the concept of existence?"

Amer, still immersed in his deep calm, began to respond with composure:

"Yes, there is a fundamental difference between existence and life. The meaning of life or its definition differs from one person to another, influenced by countless factors:

Poverty and wealth, ugliness and beauty, failure and success, illness and health, levels of maturity and culture, beliefs and ideologies, and the diversity of societies, in addition to whether a person is male or female,

All these factors make it impossible to find a universal definition of life that encompasses everyone. However, 'existence,' on the other hand, is entirely different; it can be defined in a way that everyone can agree upon,

Existence is represented by the ability to affect and be affected, or both at once,

Anything that is characterized by either of these qualities or both is considered to exist, It is the common trait shared by all beings: the ability to be affected and to affect,

There is nothing in this existence that is not affected or does not affect, Yes, there are other traits shared by entities, but they are not universal to all, However the ability to be affected and to affect is the only trait that you find in everything in this existence,

From here, existence takes on the form of life, which is the window through which we look out at this universe,

Everything has its own unique window through which it gazes upon existence:

Humans, animals, plants, and even inanimate objects—everything sees existence through its own window.

And that window is life, the life it lives through which it determines the meaning and value of the life it lives and the existence surrounding it.

Thus, beings are diverse and vary between the material and the immaterial, between the visible and the invisible, but all share in that window we call 'life' and the condition of existence."

After Amer elaborated on his answer, his gaze drifted, surveying the faces around him,

His eyes met those of his classmates and Teacher Ishtar, all gathered around him like bees to nectar.

A sense of unease crept into his chest as he feared that this attention might pull him into worlds he never wished to belong to, So he smiled a soft smile, imbued with warmth and kindness, and spoke in a calm and gentle tone:

"Forgive me if I have spoken at length; I hope my answer was sufficient."

At that moment, the sound of the bell came to save the situation, its clear ringing echoing like the bells of a savior, announcing the end of the class,

Amer rose lightly and walked confidently towards the school cafeteria, where he wanted to buy some snacks, He chose a secluded table and sat alone, enjoying his small meals.

However, without him realizing, a young man and a young woman approached him hurriedly from behind and sat down at the same table without any introduction or permission, as if fate had wanted to weave a new story on the stage of life,

Sarah was a fourteen-year-old girl, overflowing with captivating feminine beauty, She stood 164 cm tall, with a well-proportioned, feminine body, giving her a graceful appearance and a striking presence. Her short skirt, made from the same fabric as her coat, draped elegantly around her legs, reaching just above her knees and adorned with pleats, giving it a modern touch. Her black sheer stockings extended to mid-thigh, completing her look with perfect elegance,

Aram was a young man exuding quiet charm and an alluring presence. Standing at a height of 170 cm, his golden hair fell gently across his forehead, shimmering like rays of sunlight on an autumn morning, giving him an air of innocence and vitality,

His wide honey-colored eyes gleamed with intelligence and depth, radiating a calm composure and steady confidence, as though they could delve into the very depths of one's soul,

His ivory-toned skin was smooth and youthful, almost glowing with purity, The refined curve of his nose and the elegant arch of his eyebrows highlighted the delicate symmetry of his face, sculpted with a blend of innocence and perfection,

The sharp lines of his jaw added a mature edge to his features, while his lean and balanced physique completed the image of an energetic and vibrant young man,

Aram wore a crisp white shirt that draped gracefully over his frame, paired with a blue tie that accentuated his refined sense of style ,

Over this, he donned a navy-blue coat, which exuded a sense of timeless elegance, perfectly complementing the tailored blue trousers that enhanced his harmonious appearance,

Aram and Sarah exchanged glances filled with surprise and curiosity, the air between them heavy with silence as though they were witnessing something unfamiliar, something extraordinary,

Breaking the thread of silence, Sarah spoke, her voice tinged with confusion and her face etched with astonishment:

"Amer, has something happened to you? This is the first time I've seen you smile... and what a breathtaking smile it is."

Aram followed, deeply amazed, and remarked:

"That's true. If you possess such a sweet smile, why have you hidden it from us all this time?"

Amer glanced at Sarah with warmth and an apologetic look, speaking gently and sincerely:

"How is your health, Sarah? I apologize to you once again, for I am the one who caused your accident and led to your need to be hospitalized."

Sarah lowered her head, her eyes filled with deep regret, then spoke with a cold tone tinged with sorrow:

"There's no blame on you, Amer. You're not the one at fault. You have no control over your heart; you cannot force your feelings to react, True, I was deeply shocked when you rejected my feelings, and I cried so much that my health deteriorated, which eventually landed me in the hospital."

She raised her head, radiating a bright smile and an expression full of cheerfulness as she spoke playfully:

"But look at me now! My health has become better than ever."

Amer and Sarah exchanged looks filled with warmth and tranquility until Sarah's true emotions began to surface, as hot tears streamed down her cheeks

But she quickly apologized and left in haste, leaving Amer behind, his worry evident on his face as he watched her go,

Aram gently grabbed Amer's arm, observing his head that shook with deep regret, urging him with a tone that brooked no argument to step away from the shadow of pain haunting them both,

Amer sat at the table, leaning forward with a deep sigh, his face clouded in despair as he buried it in his hands, trying to calm the storm of emotions raging within him.

While Amer sat gazing at the horizon through his classroom window, catching his breath with the strands of sunset painting the sky in a symphony of harmonious colors, his contemplation was interrupted by a strange voice, echoing like a phantom in the space around him:

"Amer… Amer! I am here, look at me!"

In a dim setting adorned with faint rays of light, there stood a figure as if it had emerged from a forgotten legend, embodying both majesty and dread,

His face was pale like moonlight, exuding a chilling aura that touched the soul before the body,

His eyes, deep and dark as a starless night, carried a faint gleam akin to the glow of a fire on the verge of fading,

In the center of his forehead lay a black mark, resembling a buried blade in time, as if it were a seal of unknown secrets that could never be unraveled. His sharp ears curved upwards, crowned by dark, horn-like extensions that seemed an otherworldly continuation of his features, blending devilish menace with a regal allure,

His hair, jet black, with its ends resembling raven's wings, flowed freely over his shoulders, framing his face like a perfect border that highlighted his sharp features. Black ornamental threads dangled from it, a testament to his daring and symbolic essence,

His neck was adorned with tattoos resembling intertwined roots, sinking into his skin as if they were a part of his soul, They extended gracefully to his chest, adding a majestic, mythical touch to his appearance,

Thin metallic chains draped his neck, bearing cryptic symbols that seemed to whisper ancient secrets woven through the fabric of time,

His build was massive, with broad shoulders and a powerful frame. His body was sculpted as if every inch radiated strength, his taut muscles adding an air of commanding dominance. Yet, his features betrayed no violence; rather, they exuded a grace and majesty, as if he possessed the power to command all around him without so much as lifting a hand,

He wore black garments as dark as a shroud, yet adorned with intricate details and precise craftsmanship, their symbols and decorations forming an unseen armor of mystery and elegance,

The air around him seemed heavy, laden with an invisible aura that sparked a mix of awe and fear, as though one stood before the ruler of another realm, unbound by time,

With a faint smile of cryptic intent, he spoke:

"I will meet you tonight in your room."

The words crept into Amer's core, cold and sharp, piercing through him with an unsettling mix of strangeness and wonder,

Before he could even process what had occurred, the mysterious figure vanished as suddenly as he had appeared, leaving Amer in a state of utter bewilderment, questioning the reality of what had just transpired,

Was it merely a figment of his imagination, slipping into his mind unbidden? Or was there something far greater at play?
