Soon the Chunin fight was over.
Kakashi and Daiki made their way to us. The white haired Hatake looked more or less unharmed while Daiki had a huge cut on his back.
' That would make a scar ' .
I looked towards my right where Obito was resting after rin healed him .
His head turned towards me, " thanks mr, I don't know your name but thank you so much for saving me ".
I ruffled his head, " no problem kid, that was my mission anyways"
Rin was busy healing the critical Injuries on Mezuki while Kuro was waiting for his chance to heal.
The poor girl looked exhausted but that was her duty as a medic nin.
Mezuki on the other hand, was clearly far from the critical position he was during the fight.
The spiky haired short kid however has another scar to add to his list, if his lip one wasn't cool enough, now he had one across his eye.
He wasn't blind, thats why it looked cool.
' Otherwise that would be pitiful '.
Obito had already gone back to resting, he was clearly too tired to speak.
" Its good all of you survived" Kakashi looked across the group, clearly involved in his own fight, he wouldnt even have known had something happened to us.
" It was all thanks to Kagami, stupid Kakashi " Obito grumbled from my side.
" Hahahaha " I laughed. These kids were really something. one strong enough to battle two chunin's at his age and another that will battle kages in a few years.
" Of course after all I taught Kagami all the things you know " Daiki added from his side.
He tried to hold his head high but the pain in his back made him grunt.
" Pfft , you mean, ' how to get rejected by girls ' " I retorted back.
seeing him lack retort had me satisfied.
how did he even bag his girl was something I could not comprehend. the man was hopeless.
" I have never been rejected by a girl, you liar " . he spoke back.
" Oh is that the case, should I tell this to haru " I smirked.
His face was one to take a picture of.
" Uh what, who got never rejected by girl, not me , let's just chill okay Kagami, don't get me killed after I barely survived this ".
I waved my hand and layed back on the ground.
Another half an hour and a lot of bickering later, we all grouped up to see whats in the caravan.
" Would it be gold " asked Obito.
" No Obito, it could be food, I heard they transport it a lot during wartime ". rin added from the side.
" It could be paper bombs , heard they are super expensive around the globe ". Kuro pondered his own idea.
" It's probably Bananas" I said, to which they all looked at my funny...I could tell this was a joke however I couldn't remember the context...Not that it stopped me from saying it. " what, you won't understand , let's just check okay ".
We slowly went to the caravan, where Kakashi first stopped us and checked for explosives.
" There's none, we can proceed " he nodded towards us and slowly opponed its doors.
Lights reflected off the shiny items in the caravan. black in color and pristine as if made by the highest quality metal.
" It's kunai's " Mezuki shouted.
I nodded , not just kunais.
' lots of Kunai's '.
The caravan was filled to the brim with Kunai, too many for me to even count.
I looked towards Daiki and smiled at him.
This would be reason enough to get us a holiday.
he smiled back at me.
"You know that we have to carry it back to camp right, " Kakashi's Monotone voice rang out.
" What , no, this is too heavy ".
" I am too tired for this shit ".
" I miss my girl friend ".
" I think our commander is the strongest then he should lift this ".
" yes , stupid Kakashi should carry this "
" so you mean I am the strongest "
" No of course not , I meant uh -uh ".
" since you believe you are so strong why don't you carry this ".
" Obito , don't do this, you will hurt yourself "
" you know what ,I will carry this".
and that's how , Obito had to carry the cart back to the camp.
by the time we reached camp, his face was already ashen.
' What people do for love '.

" Your team did an amazing job in the mission... due to finding out the numerous kunai's, it was a great help to the village " Minato looked at us and continued , " be proud shinobi's " .
Daiki infact did look proud.
" due to your exemplary action,you have been awarded a leave for exactly two months " .
He smiled and shook each of our hand, " All of you have earned it" .
With that out of the way, I bid goodbye to team-7 mostly to Obito while giving a thanks to rin and a nod to Kakashi.
" Alright daiki, Kuro and Mezuki, it's time we went home ".
' I have seen it in memories of Kagami, but this would be my first time seeing it'.
Put into this world without warning, I had barely survived with the memories of Kagami Hatake.
However, it's everybody's dream to see Konoha with their own eyes.

" Your on, winner gets five thousand Ryo" I responded and we all quickly rushed up.

Apparently stuff was not exactly how we had predicted.
It had been three fucking days, the race had already been disbanded, we were hungry and the hope of reaching home quicker was already eating us alive.
" There, I see something ," Mezuki pointed at the large gate a kilo metre away from us .
we all rushed out and a huge gate entered our vision .
" We are finnaly here " tears almost leaked my eyes.
Running for so long was even more boring that fighting. the fact that I could not even train in these days made my heart ache.
Two shinobi were sitting at the entrance of the gate.
"Name and identification. " Both of them spoke in unison, their bored voices reflecting their faces.
We quickly gave him our badges,and a quick confirmation later, we entered through the smaller gate beside the big one.
