ABO Dynamics

Alphas and Omegas are rare.

Omegas are seen as vulnerable and physically weak, with smaller frames and more fragile constitutions. They are considered nurturing, submissive, and emotionally driven. They have heightened sensitivity to the emotions of those around them, as well as to their own hormonal fluctuations.

Alphas, on the other hand, are considered strong and dominant, usually with larger, more muscular frames compared to others. They are natural-born leaders and protectors, often highly confident. However, sometimes that confidence borders on arrogance.

Both Alphas and Omegas experience rut and heat once a month.

When an Omega goes into heat, they usually release pheromones because of their biological yearning; their bodies demand mating. They become extremely sensitive in terms of physical intimacy and emotional connection. Omegas can't control this, so they have to take suppressants to keep their heat in check. However, during heat, even with suppressants, Omegas still tend to be a little more emotional and fragile.

For an Alpha, a rut makes them aggressive, driven by lust and the need to assert dominance. Their instincts are heightened, and they often seek out an Omega to be their partner. To prevent this, they also take suppressants.

However, suppressants aren't a permanent solution for Alphas and Omegas. Long-term use of suppressants can lead to complications, such as uncontrollable mood swings, irritability, emotional numbness, and physical exhaustion or weakness.
