Chapter 1 - Prologue

In the beginning, before there was ever what the mortal's called world. Chaos was present, hovering the eternal darkness with his mighty power and presence. For millennia, Chaos remains stagnant, with nothing to do with his great power, Chaos grew tired of the unending void.

To break the monotony, he birthed Nyx, the personification of night, and Erebus, the embodiment of darkness. From their union emerged Aether, the personification of light, and Hemera, the embodiment of day. This influx of light and day began to balance the darkness and night, infusing the cosmos with rhythm and harmony.

From Chaos also sprang forth Gaia, the Earth, and Tartarus, the abyss. Gaia, with her boundless vitality and nurturing power, gave birth to Uranus, the sky. Together, Gaia and Uranus brought forth the Titans, Cyclopes, and Hecatoncheires, vast beings who would eventually shape the world and its fate.

Yet within this newly forming universe, Chaos remained a watchful presence, content that his once-stagnant realm now teemed with creation, life, and purpose. It was the dawn of a mythic age, a time of gods, monsters, and heroes, of destinies intertwined and legends born.

And in her dark kingdom at the depths of Tartarus, Nyx along with her husband Erebus once again joined together in union and produces a number of offspring over the span of centuries. After Aether and Hemera, Moros (Doom, Destiny) and Ker (Destruction, Death) came into being after Nyx retreat to her chamber within her kingdom.

After the birth of Moros and Ker, the kingdom of darkness once again experienced another cause for celebration. As the first living being draws its final breath Thanatos (Death) emerges from the birth canal of Nyx. As the first being falls asleep, Hypnos (Sleep) emerges out from Nyx, along with him is Oneiroi (Dreams), his twin brother.

With the birth of Oneiroi, all sentient being experienced something that they have not experienced even after being brought into the world. Plants started to dream of becoming a mighty and towering tree, flowers dreaming to produce the most magnificent scent, and animals dreaming to survive another day, all have experienced something new.

Even the titans experienced the feeling of dreaming, dreaming on becoming the most powerful individual alive in the entire world. The titan Uranus in particular started to dream on becoming the most powerful titan of all, declaring himself the king of the titans and taking Gaia as his consort.

In the kingdom of darkness, Nyx cradles the swaddling Hypnos and Oneiroi smiling with glee as she glances her new born babies. Erebus in particular were in great delight, seeing the additional member of their family. With his authority over darkness, the world that once engulf the power of his own daughter Hemera experienced a sudden darkness, enhance by Nyx's power over night.

Instantly, the once shining daylight was replaced by comforting darkness, the way of the night couple in informing the entire world of the birth of Hypnos and Oneiroi, two of the most loved children of Nyx and Erebus. Oneiroi in particular were laughing as he dreams the future of his own life and his family.

Oneiroi, son of the Titaness Nyx and Titan Erebus, grandson Chao, the beginning of the entire cosmos.
