No worries of tomorrow shall plague your mind,
As you sink down below, the gentle water so kind.
Fear not what lies beyond,
Feel the earth's eternal bond.

A plan so severe, I contemplate.
Many nights, I lie awake,
As I wonder what could have been,
What I lost, what I missed.
I hear that tranquil lullaby once more,
As I feel my soul approach the moonlit shore.
The cold waters make me jump,
My limbs freezing, every hair upright,
My future entirely out of sight.
"Fear not, my child, you may be born of sin,
"To cleanse yourself, let the water in."
She sings to me once again, so calm the cold feels warm.
So I take my leave
Into the beyond.
