Felix's POV
I leaned in close, my eyes blazing with fury as I wrapped my hands around the man's throat.''Give it to me,'' I growled, my voice low and menacing. The man's eyes bulged as I squeezed, his face turning a deep shade of purple.
He tried to struggle, but I was too strong. I was a devil, after all. And devils don't play by the rules.
The man's body went limp, and I released my grip, letting him slump to the ground. I didn't care that he was a werewolf. I didn't care that he was someone's friend, someone's family member. All I cared about was getting back what was mine.
And I would stop at nothing to get it.
I want that amulet back because it's a gift from my sister. She'd make a scene if she knew I'd lost it, and I don't have time for her drama.
I need that amulet to keep her off my back, not because I care about her feelings. Emotions are a weakness, and I don't tolerate them. So, let's just focus on getting the amulet back, shall we?
''Give me the amulet,'' I growled, my patience wearing thin. 'I'll spare your life... for now,'' I added, my voice dripping with malice. The man's eyes widened in surprise, and he hastily handed over the amulet.
I snatched it from him, my fingers closing around it like a vice. And then, with a cruel smile, I reached out and claimed his soul. The look on his face was priceless. Did he really think I was going to let him live? I laughed to myself as I walked away, the amulet clutched in my hand, the man's soul trapped inside me. Fool.
The delight of despising supernatural beings who think they reign supreme. But, being a devil is exhilarating, isn't it?
As I reviewed my next mission, a devious grin spread across my face. These pitiful mortals, who dare to think they can control me, are nothing but pawns in my game of souls. They make their deals, thinking they've gained the upper hand, but in the end, I always collect.
And what's the fun in that, you ask? Ah, it's the thrill of the hunt, the chase, the torment. I love watching them squirm, trying to wriggle out of their promises. But I always get what's mine.
So, bring on the next soul, the next victim, the next plaything. I'll savor every moment of their terror, every whispered plea for mercy. And when the time is right, I'll strike, claiming their soul as my own.
The world may think it's ruled by angels and demons, but I know the truth. I am the one who truly holds the power. And soon, all will bow to my greatness.
As I strolled through the shadows, I whispered a spell under my breath, feeling the familiar thrill of dark magic coursing through my veins. The air seemed to ripple and distort, and I vanished from one place, reappearing in another.
I materialized in the midst of a cozy family scene, my eyes locking onto the man who had made a deal with me. He sat surrounded by his loved ones, oblivious to the horror that was about to unfold.
I sneered to myself, my voice barely above a whisper. "How quaint." I didn't mean it, of course. I didn't care about their little family gathering or their pathetic human emotions.
As the man's eyes met mine, his face turned ashen, his expression frozen in terror. It was almost... amusing. I had made sure to craft my spell so that only he could see me, leaving his family blissfully unaware of the horror in their midst.
The fear in his eyes was intoxicating, and I savored every moment of it. This was going to be fun.
I gaze out at the family picnic, my eyes narrowing in disdain. They're sitting ducks , completely oblivious to the danger lurking in these woods .
''Pathetic'' I mutter to myself , my voice cold and detached .Having picnic in one of the treacherous forests... è davvero stupido ( he's really stupid )
It's like he's waiting for a disaster to strike .
My eyes land on the Bible lying open on their blanket . I sneer inwardly. And to make matters worse, they bring a Bible ....Che idiota (what an idiot)
A futile attempt to ward off the darkness that surrounds them . I take a step closer , my movement silent and deliberate . They have no idea what's coming for them or him.
The man's eyes had previously locked onto mine, filled with a mix of fear and desperation. But now, he seemed to think I had vanished, his gaze drifting back to the Bible in his hands.
A faint sense of amusement crept over me. Little did he know, I was still here, watching and waiting. His temporary reprieve was nothing but an illusion, a fleeting moment of calm before the storm.
I remained still, my presence masked by the shadows. The man's prayers continued, his voice barely above a whisper. I listened, my ears tuned to the subtle nuances of his words. He was trying to summon protection, to ward off the evil that lurked in the darkness.
But I was the darkness. And I would not be so easily repelled.
The irony was palpable. Here they were, surrounded by the serenity of nature, and yet they were attempting to ward off evil with prayers and holy symbols. It was almost... amusing.
I watched with great interest, my curiosity piqued by this peculiar scenario. The man's prayers seemed to grow more fervent, his words spilling out in a desperate bid for protection.
And yet, the forest around us remained tranquil, the trees swaying gently in the breeze. It was as if nature itself was indifferent to the man's plight, unconcerned by the darkness that lurked within its midst.
I smiled to myself, a cold, mirthless smile. This was going to be a fascinating encounter, one that would undoubtedly end in my favor.
The forest that surrounded us was indeed Nature's Forest, a place of ancient magic and primordial power. The trees towered above us, their branches tangled in a canopy of leaves that filtered the sunlight and cast the forest floor in a soft, emerald green gloom.
The air was alive with the songs of birds and the rustle of small creatures through the underbrush. A faint scent of wildflowers and damp earth hung over the forest, a primordial aroma that spoke of life and growth and decay.
It was a place of beauty and wonder, but also a place of darkness and danger. And I, a devil, was right at home here.
As I stood in front of him, blocking his path, I realized that he wasn't human after all. He was a vampire, and a weak one at that. He tried to fight back, but I easily overpowered him, my hands closing around his throat like a vice.
"Pathetic," I sneered, as he begged for mercy. He's family already running away.
With a swift motion, I took his soul, feeling a surge of power and satisfaction. But my triumph was short lived, as I noticed two humans watching me from the shadows.
One of them caught my eye - a girl with hazel eyes that seemed to see right through me . Even in darkness , her eyes shone like moonlight , and I felt a jolt of surprise.
Who was this mysterious girl? Was she my bonded mate, destined to be mine for eternity? Or was she just a fleeting obsession, a momentary distraction from my eternal existence? Or perhaps... she was something more. Something that would change me forever.
As the humans turned to flee, I decided to follow them, my curiosity piqued. But as they jumped into a car and sped away, I was left standing alone in the darkness, feeling strangely... intrigued.
