Chapter 3 - Ch 3 Moonlit Fury

Ray arrives at Beast King University, a massive campus with a towering, castle-like building at its center. The university spans a vast area, with students training alongside their beasts in the sprawling grounds.

Suddenly, an announcement echoes across the campus:

"All newly admitted students, please report to the teleportation portal immediately."

Ray looks around at his fellow students, many of them eager and nervous. He notices a girl standing confidently in front of the crowd—Seraphina Moonlight. Her posture is perfect, her eyes gleaming with determination.

An instructor steps forward, his voice stern. "Listen closely! You're not here just to attend classes. If you can't tame a beast during this test, you will not stay at Beast King University. Understand?"

The students nod, a mixture of excitement and fear hanging in the air.

"Now, step into the teleportation area," the instructor orders.

The students gather, and Ray follows them into the designated space. The ground beneath them begins to glow as a brilliant light rises. In a flash, all the students are teleported into the Beast World—each to a different location.

System: Beast world detected. Mapping now…

The map materializes before Ray's eyes, displaying the vast, uncharted landscape of the Beast World. Some areas are locked, marked with a message: "Host is too weak to access this area."

Ray studies the map, trying to get a sense of where he is. He takes a deep breath and begins to explore this unfamiliar world.

As he walks, a soft rustling catches his attention. He approaches cautiously and peeks through the grass. There, a small creature is playing, its fur shimmering silver, and its deep blue eyes sparkling with intelligence. It looks like a tiny wolf-child, graceful yet dignified.

System: Beast detected. Rage level: 0%

Ray considers his options. He decides to tame this creature, but first, he needs to provoke it to increase its rage.

Spotting something in the creature's path—food—he snatches it quickly, causing the beast to react. The creature growls and leaps at Ray, its eyes filled with fury.

Ray grins, dodging the beast's swift attacks and taunting it, letting the beast's anger grow.

System: Rage level: 100%. Host is now able to tame the beast.

"Alright," Ray says, his voice loud and clear, "It's time to tame you."

A bright light envelops Ray and the beast as they connect, and the creature stops, calmed by the force of the taming ritual.
