The Herrscher who appeared later didn't deliver the same shocking performance in the CG as "The Queen's Arrival." Even the Herrscher of Consciousness seemed to shrink in its own short film. It can only be said that "The Arrival of the Queen" stands as the pinnacle of shock value. Whether it's the music or the camera movements, the execution is flawless.
