The group fell silent, the atmosphere heavy with disbelief. Clinton finally broke the silence, his voice hushed but sharp with urgency. "This level of power... IT'S A HERO A HERO HAS BEEN DESCENT" He turned abruptly to one of the armored guards standing by, his tone resolute and edged with authority. YOU GUARD. TELL THE KING IMMEDIATELY THAT A HERO HAS DESCENT QUICKLY"
The guard hesitated for only a heartbeat, his face pale as the words sank in, before bowing quickly. "At once, sir!" he exclaimed, dashing out of the chamber at full speed.
Clinton went to caius in a hurry placing his hands on cauis shoulder and saying in suprised voice "Sir Cauis, you're the hero the balance of the kingdoms- no, the entire world needs you! and depends on you defeating and sealing the Rift's!"
Cauis stood in silence for a moment, the weight of responsibility pressing down on his shoulders like an invisible burden. He clenched his fists, his mind a storm of fear and uncertainty, but within that storm, a spark of acceptance began to shine
He lifted his gaze, meeting the eyes of his companions—June, steadfast and nurturing; Alisan, fierce and unwavering; Axel, the embodiment of strength and resilience; and Dylan, whose carefree spirit masked an unshakable resolve.
"Guys," Cauis said, his voice steady but filled with emotion, "I've made up my mind. I'm gonna help this world. I know it won't be easy, and I'm scared, but I believe this is what I need to do. I can't do it alone, though. I need you all. Let's do this together... let's help this world together with me.....
His words hung in the air, a solemn yet hopeful plea, as he looked at each of them, searching for their support.
Dylan chuckled, his usual playful demeanor shining through even in the face of uncertainty. He stepped forward, placing a hand on Cauis's shoulder with an encouraging grin.
"Of course, Cauis," Dylan said with a light hearted laugh. "We won't let you do this alone. Right, guys?" He turned to look at June, Alisan, and Axel, his smile widening as he gestured toward them. "We're all best friends—whether it's back in our world or here in this one. No matter where we are, we stick together."
June gave a firm nod, her steady gaze meeting Dylan's. Alisan crossed her arms, a small but determined smile tugging at her lips. Axel stepped forward, his strong presence exuding quiet confidence.
Dylan's words carried warmth and an unspoken promise—a reminder that no matter how daunting the path ahead, they would face it together.
Cauis felt a wave of warmth wash over him as he looked at his companions, their support filling him with newfound courage. A soft smile spread across his face, and his voice trembled slightly with emotion as he spoke.
"Thank you, guys," he said, his eyes shining with gratitude.
The sincerity in his words hung in the air, weaving an unspoken bond between them. In that moment, despite the challenges ahead, their friendship felt like the strongest force in the world—a light that would guide them through whatever darkness awaited.
The heavy doors of the chamber burst open with a resounding thud, and the group turned toward the sudden commotion. The king, a figure of both authority and weariness, strode into the room, his ornate robes swaying as his steps carried urgency. His eyes scanned the room until they landed on Cauis.
"Where's Cauis?" he called out in a voice filled with urgency. His words seemed to almost carry the weight of an entire kingdom's hopes. The moment his gaze fell on the young man, his expression softened with relief, but his voice remained rushed.
