Chapter 5: You're Worse Than Her

Xiong Kinsley raised an eyebrow at Ezran Ella, a smug smile on her face. "I'm the

Third Young Master's woman."

Ezran Ella laughed even harder at that statement, leaning on the counter and

clutching her stomach, unable to stop herself.

She couldn't believe that a man like Su William, who had high standards, would ever

look twice at a woman like this-big-chested but with little else to offer, and her

looks were nothing special.

"What are you laughing at?" Xiong Kinsley frowned, clearly annoyed.

"Nothing..." Ezran Ella quickly covered her mouth, trying to suppress her laughter.

Xiong Kinsley gave her a disdainful look. "Now that you know who I am, are yougoing to give me the cake or not?"

Ezran Ella straightened up, her expression turning icy and composed. "No, I'm not

giving it to you."

"Why not?" Xiong Kinsley asked, her brows furrowing deeper.

Ezran Ella's lips curled into a slight smile. "I was the one who asked for this cake

first. I'm not going to give it up just because you're someone's woman. You said this

cake is your favorite, but it's also my favorite. You can understand how it feels when

you can't have what you want, right?"

Xiong Kinsley wasn't the type to back down. She sneered, "I don't care. This cake is

mine."

Ezran Ella was unfazed by her insolence. If everyone thought they could just take

what they wanted, the world would be in chaos.

"You don't care? Does it matter?" Ezran Ella countered, turning away from Xiong

Kinsley and facing the sales assistant with a polite smile. "I'll take it now, please."

The assistant happily handed the cake to Ezran Ella, smiling as she said, "Enjoy,

and we hope to see you again soon."

"Thank you," Ezran Ella replied, her voice polite and calm.

Xiong Kinsley was seething with anger, realizing that Ezran Ella hadn't eventaken her seriously.

Before Xiong Kinsley could do anything, Ezran Ella leaned in closer, her voice

soft but carrying an unmistakable warning. "You should be careful about your image

in the future. You didn't run into someone like me this time, but next time... the

outcome won't be so simple."

As Ezran Ella was about to leave, Xiong Kinsley snatched the cake from her hand,

throwing it to the ground with a malicious grin. She even stepped on the box with her

foot.

"How does it feel now, knowing what happens when you meet someone like me?"

Xiong Kinsley sneered.

Ezran Ella glared at her, her voice chilling. "So, you're that kind of person. Then,

the man you claim is the Third Young Master must be just as bad, huh?"

She didn't believe for a second that Su William was involved with someone like

Xiong Kinsley.

Xiong Kinsley, though dim-witted, caught the sarcasm in Ezran Ella's words. Her

face flushed with anger as she raised her hand to slap Ezran Ella.

But Ezran Ella was quick, stopping her hand mid-air and pushing her back. Her

cold eyes locked onto Xiong Kinsley. "I'll let you off this time, but don't try to

deceive people again. Consider this your warning.""If the person you're talking about really is Su William, you can just say my name

Ezran Ella," she added, looking straight at Xiong Kinsley. "I don't believe you're

really his woman. If you are, then I'll just remind him of who I am."

With that, she turned and walked away, her lips curling into a faint, mocking smile at

the chaos left behind.

Back at the apartment, Xiong Kinsley's voice rang out in the living room.

"Third Young Master, someone bullied me!"

"Who bullied you? Tell me." Su William, lounging lazily on his leather sofa, asked

without looking up.

Xiong Kinsley, seeing Su William's apparent willingness to help her, grew bolder.

Forgetting his usual rules, she boldly sat on his lap, embellishing her story. "It was her.

Not only did she insult me, but she also insulted you, Third Young Master."

Su William, not one for women sitting on his lap, was about to push her away. But

upon hearing her words, his interest piqued, and he decided to stay put.

"Oh? What did she say about me?" His voice was detached, but a glint of curiosity

flashed in his eyes.

"I... I can't say it, it was really horrible," Xiong Kinsley stammered, her voice

feigning reluctance.Su William's eyes suddenly snapped open. He pulled her closer, lifting her chin with

his finger and smiling. "Who is this woman?"

Xiong Kinsley, now thrilled at being held by him, wrapped her arms around his neck.

"She told me her name. It's Ezran Ella."

Su William's mind went blank for a moment. He remembered her now. It had been a

while since he last summoned her.

"Oh? And what did she do to you?" Su William's voice was filled with an eerie calm.

Xiong Kinsley, sensing his interest, became more animated, recounting the entire

incident in detail, including how Ezran Ella had caused the cake to be ruined.

Su William's anger, however, was growing as he listened, though it remained hidden

beneath the surface.

Just then, Su William's phone rang.

After hanging up, his expression turned icy. He pushed Xiong Kinsley off of him,

grabbing her chin and sneering, "Do you know whose woman you just bullied?"

Xiong Kinsley's eyes widened in fear.

"It's mine. Compared to her, you're nothing but trash. You really think you're

someone, don't you? Just a cheap woman." He sneered, then crushed her hand

beneath his foot. "That's the price for ruining the cake."With that, he left, leaving Xiong Kinsley on the floor, stunned and in pain.

Su William soon arrived at a luxury mall, having tracked Ezran Ella's whereabouts

through the surveillance footage. He saw her happily talking with someone, unaware

of his approach.

"Lead the way," Su William said, pointing to the screen showing Ezran Ella. His

smile was wicked, but his expression was dark.

Soon, he arrived at the music store where Ezran Ella was.

"Looks like we're kindred spirits," Ezran Ella was saying, shaking hands with the

store manager. She was completely unaware of the storm about to unfold.

"Ezran Ella, looks like you're having fun," Su William's cold voice interrupted.

Ezran Ella froze, her heart sinking. Could she really be his woman?

"CEO," the manager quickly released her hand, standing up straight.

"You don't need to come back to work tomorrow," Su William said, his voice a

chilling command.

"Understood."

Without another word, Su William turned and left, his expression unreadable.By the time Ezran Ella realized what had happened, he was already walking away.

She quickly ran to catch up.

"Third Young Master, wait for me!"
