"That's my girl," he whispered before his body finally gave out, and he crashed to the floor.

Lee Hyun barely flinched. Instead, he sighed, shaking his head. "Took you long enough."
Seojin kept her gun trained on him. "You knew?"
"Of course." Lee Hyun's smirk was cold. "Your father always underestimated you. But I knew you'd do what was necessary."
Minji stepped forward, still tense. "And what about you? Are you going to fight us?"
Lee Hyun studied them for a long moment. Then—he smirked.
"No."
That was the only warning before he turned, grabbed a detonator from his belt, and pressed it.
The Facility Collapses
The entire building trembled.
Kade swore. "He's blowing the place!"
Seojin didn't hesitate. She bolted to her mother, yanking the restraints off. "We're leaving!"
Lee Hyun was already gone, disappearing into the smoke as alarms blared.
Minji and Kade covered their retreat, shooting down enforcers as the facility crumbled around them.
