The 15th floor took place right after the death of The Apex.

The same message appeared, with no new information. This meant that whatever he was about to hear either never happened in the Tower or happened before they could hear it.
"It's somehow related to the overflowing amount of pirates."
His words made the old man laugh loudly, almost opening the wound again. He took a step back and presented all of his rusty self.
"I am Blackbeard, The Apex of Pirating."
Leo looked at him with his eyes and mouth wide open, unable to comprehend what he had just said. The person who had spiraled the 15th-floor events into a downward spiral was an old, dying man.
"cough cough"
Blood sprayed out of his mouth and he fell on his butt, hitting his head against the stone-cold wall.
"But as you can see, the old age has got the better of me... my time will soon come."
He searched for something in his torn pants and took out a long black staff. A dark aura filled the area, alerting Gloppy who was about to jump their way.
"Everything is under control!"
Just in time, the summoner stopped his Warlord from kicking Blackbeard. Once the slime made sure everything was fine he went back to pouring Mana into the 3 generals.
The thing in his hand gave a similar feeling as the Harmonized Orb, almost calling for it. To think he would find the main component of the next part of the Nightmare staff here.
"What do you want me to do in exchange for this?"
"I want to die together with my crew..."
Blackbeard put the rod back into his pants and showed all of the corpses around him. Showing that every single one of them was a part of his pirate crew.
"How do you expect us to bring so many corpses with you?"
However, Leo's concerns were silenced as he murmured something under his nose, and then looked at the bodies, his eyes shining with a purple hue.
"No way!"
Leo shouted excitedly as he realized what was going on, all of the dead bodies began to move, standing up and stretching what used to be their muscles.
One of the hellbats flew close to one of the dead pirates. And with a single punch, the summon was dead, startling Leo.

The man once again fell to the ground, the skeletons fell together with him.
"You will need to give us some time to decide if it's worth it, okay?"
With that he left the man to rest, seeing just how tired he was from this.

She was right, to an extent at least. If The Apex died in the prison instead of his island, the boss of the 20th floor would be way easier to defeat.

Leo went to help Gloppy with pumping the slimes full of Mana, while at it, he also explained to him the whole situation.

During the time they spent pouring Mana, the Slime Overlord sent scouts to check both ends of the tunnel, realizing it was a dead end each way.

A smile from ear to ear, wide enough to show his teeth appeared on the summoner's face as he took his fist and pointed up with his index finger.
"To the sky!"
Everyone, including the newly Unbound slime girls, looked shocked at what he just said.
All of his hellbats flew out from the confusing space above them.
"I just ended up mapping the way out, so hold onto their legs and we are going to leave."
He grabbed one of them and got pulled up back into the 'entrance' to the prison. Soon rest of the prisoners grabbed on as well.
To take the rest of the Blackbeard's crew, Leo summoned as many bats as possible.

Doors of the void prison gave out as they crashed through them.
The prison completely disappeared as the last summon escaped from it. The entire navy island instantly ran towards the group and pointed their weapons at them.
Blackbeard fell unconscious from overusing his necromancy. Leaving the under-level by themselves, but Leo had a plan in mind.
He recalled his summons and commanded Gloppy to use all of the slots.
With that, they had an army of 80 slimes.
"Rush them!"
Gunshots could be heard, but there weren't enough to outnumber the sheer amount of slimes. In the place of one dying, another one appeared.
"Get the cannons!"
Even with the advantage of having way more summons than enemy fighters, the two of them weren't able to deal any damage.
"We gotta leave before they do that Gloppy!"
They ran towards the shore, seeing a galleon there. Gloppy used his slimes to carry the undead and their leader.
"We will board it!"
Like a parasite, under the Slime Overlord's command, they swarmed the battleship, pushing everyone who was on it to the sea due to still not being able to kill them.
"Leo! Come here!"
His Warlord called out to him while finishing the cleanup on their new vessel. However, there was something Leo had to pick something.
"They went this way, captain!"
One of the marines called for the woman who put them in jail earlier, she looked pissed off at their actions and took out a cutlass from her side.
"May the Mother Sea be at our side! [Kraken's Wrath]!"
A tentacle bigger than the entire ship appeared out of the water, ready to strike the galleon on which they were.
"Found it! Gloppy, put it in your staff!"
Leo threw something to his Warlord. Before the slime could check what it was he put it in his staff and a wave of burning light shone across the entire island.
