But things are not as simple as they seem—her husband proves to be far more cunning than she anticipated, outsmarting her every move. As the days tick by and her plans fail, she uncovers a shocking truth: her life and the comic are intertwined with two other worlds, each holding secrets that could either save her or trap her forever. Caught in a battle of wits with a man who seems to know her every move, she must outthink him while unraveling the mystery of their connected fates. Will she succeed in breaking free, or will her obsession with vengeance lead her down a darker path? Chapter 1 - failed meal

I never thought that my dreams could become a nightmare, a very terrible nightmare. A nightmare that might make me forget a lot and lose a lot.

I, Yan Yan, am an ordinary girl, ordinary life, ordinary job, the only thing that was different and unusual was my great love for comics, they are what made me endure the bitterness of the days

Now I'm trapped inside the pages of one of those comics. In my romantic, dreamy imagination, this was supposed to be the happiest moment of my life, a fantasy, perfect moment, a perfect adventure where I would live in my favorite world, wear iconic clothes, have an obsessive, possessive husband, and be the heroine.

But the truth was ridiculous. I wasn't even the heroine, nor the beloved character, I was the evil wife! Cursed with a tragic end, a life of betrayal, failure, and death.

And the worst? My husband.

Arrogant, infuriatingly handsome, and always one step ahead of me, if you want to escape this terrifying fate, there is only one solution: kill him.

30 ways 30 plans 30 days

But nothing goes as planned, every time I think I'm getting closer to his end, I discover that he knows me better than I know myself.

This is not a battle between couples, this is a battle to return to a miserable world where I have control over my life.

On a boring night like any other, I sat on my bed surrounded by my favorite comic books, a cup of cold coffee by my side, and my heart heavy with boredom. I had just finished reading the final chapter of my favorite comic, "Get My Man Back." The story I was obsessed with, despite my deep hatred for the evil wife in it. The one who always ruined everything and met her tragic end.

"Why are villains always so dumb?" I muttered as I tossed the book aside. "If I were in her place, I'd find a hundred ways to outsmart that arrogant husband!"

I took a deep breath, staring at the ceiling. Then a crazy idea struck me. "What if I only had thirty days to escape? How would I do it?" I started writing a plan of thirty creative ways to get rid of that annoying husband. I wrote with a frenzy, as if I was planning a bank heist.

When I finished my list, I felt an odd sense of satisfaction, like I'd achieved a small victory over a fictional character. I closed my eyes for a moment, my head full of ideas.

When I opened them...

Something was wrong. My room? It wasn't my room. The bed was ridiculously luxurious, the walls covered in golden frames, and the large window overlooked an unrealistically perfect garden.

"What is this?" I said aloud, but the voice that came out wasn't mine. It was soft... too feminine. I ran to the mirror, and when I looked into it, my heart sank.

Long, curly red hair. Radiant skin like it was drawn. Eyes wide and burning with pride.

"Oh, no..." I said, trembling.

I... I was the evil wife?

I was laughing, laughing so I wouldn't hit my head in the mirror in front of me.

Before I could process the disaster, the door swung open, A maid with short hair and an extremely rude face entered. I stood and looked at her with contempt, and believe me I don't know why. My face was acting against my will (my desire was to hit her with the mirror, in fact)

"Madam, I've brought dinner," the maid said with a touch of attitude, showing her disinterest in what she was doing.

I almost approached the table, because honestly I hadn't had breakfast yet, but when I almost approached it felt like I had stuck my head in a bathroom drain, I almost doubted that she had brought the food from the kitchen trash by mistake, "Is this meal meant to fight ghosts or what?" I wondered aloud, lifting my nose, trying to hide my disgust. "Or is it just a new way to banish evil spirits?"

I almost threw up from the smell But The maid, who was trying to act serious, responded with an indifferent smile: "No, Madam, this is your food. I just hope you disappear instead of the ghosts after eating it."

I was stunned. How could someone speak to their mistress like that? Maybe I should take off my shoe and throw it at her head, but then I suddenly remembered that I'm the "evil wife" here.

I decided to be bolder... it occurred to me to maintain the aristocratic air that suits my character. I gently moved the plate aside and threw it right in her face. It seemed I had just opened a new chapter in the history of failed cooking in this mansion.

No doubt she'll go blind and get other diseases now because of my and the ghosts' displeasure. Some people really bring out the worst in you.

I walked out of the room, humming, and I remember that anyone who came in front of me, I almost took off my heel and hit them on their heads. This palace is filled with truly horrible people. (I'm talking like I'm not the worst one here)

After a couple of hours in this cursed palace, I discovered that I was truly unwanted, but it wasn't really my doing, since in the original novel, Shuyan marries the rich young master Xiao Ren

Who constantly betrays her and treats her like a nobody, as all the servants are his, Shuyan has no one to depend on, so she turns to violence, and the servants who cannot say anything about their master who watches silently, seem to hate and resent her instead.

In the comics, not much is said about Shuyan, as expected, she is created in the comic to be an evil and spiteful woman, and i hate her being stupid saying that she doesn't love Xiao Ren but in reality she is obsessed with him, in the end she dies somehow, and he marries the innocent heroine, the angel. Like any man in any world.

She is the wicked wife who shows evil to pave the flower field that comes after her. But I don't plan to be like that. I don't plan on being defeated by a man like that.

As I was passing by, I heard some servants, and of course being the wicked wife I had to listen, I heard one of the maid's voices, "I think the master has brought a new wife."

"Is she pretty?" another maid asks.

"Of course, any woman would be more beautiful than that evil woman."

As a wicked wife I had to go in and pull their hair, but I just left in silence, maintaining my dignity and a touch of sorrow. It adds depth to my wounded character. Dear readers, I hope you curse them instead of me.

Wait until I return to my world, I will draw you and burn you, I will make a laughingstock of you.

Like a wicked woman who sees her husband in a room with another woman, leaving the door open, I could not control myself. As the servant was about to enter with drinks, I pulled out a cup and entered violently, throwing the cup of water on my husband's face, who, strangely enough, did not look as I had imagined him.

(Maybe as a bad wife, I misjudged the target, oops)
