Long ago, the Great Spirit created the four great races
to fill the vast lands of the world.
Each race was gifted unique traits and roles
to maintain balance and harmony.
Humans were given the gift of intelligence and magic,
their minds sharp and resourceful.
The Demi-Wolves, strong and resilient,
were protectors with unmatched physical might.
The Demi-Cats, agile and cunning,
thrived as navigators of the wilds and keepers of secrets.
And finally, there were the beings we now call Demons.
The Demons were not always known by that name.
Their true name has been lost to time,
forgotten in the wake of their descent into infamy.
In the ancient days, they were revered as the Guides of the Spirit,
guardians entrusted with immense power to protect the harmony of creation.
The Demons were unmatched in strength and magic,
their abilities far surpassing those of the other races.
Their lifespans stretched thousands of years,
their wisdom growing with the passage of ages.
Under their guidance, the races flourished,
and prosperity was abundant.
But as centuries passed, their power became a burden.
Their long lives bred arrogance and isolation,
and the bond they shared with the other races began to fray.
What began as guardianship twisted into a belief
that they alone were fit to rule.
They turned their immense strength toward conquest,
declaring that the world was their rightful domain.
The races they once guided became obstacles to be removed.
Their once-honored title was stripped away,
and they were given a new name—
Demons—a word spoken with fear and contempt.
The Demons waged war against the other races,
their unmatched power making them nearly unstoppable.
Stronger than the Demi-Wolves,
more magical than the Humans,
and relentless in their ferocity,
they swept across the land like a storm.
The allied races—Humans, Demi-Wolves, and Demi-Cats—
fought valiantly but were pushed to the brink.
Cities fell, forests burned, and hope seemed lost.
Victory was a dream fading with the light.
In their despair, the Great Spirit intervened.
A single human was chosen,
a soul of unwavering courage and purity,
to wield a fragment of the Spirit's divine power.
This Chosen One stood as the final hope,
but even with the Spirit's gift,
the Demons' might was too great.
Desperate, the allied races turned to the six magical stones,
the sources of all mana in the world.
With four of these stones, they forged a powerful artifact—
a container capable of capturing and sealing
the souls of a specific creature.
The Chosen One, leading the united armies,
unleashed the artifact's power,
and the souls of nearly every Demon were imprisoned.
But the container was not without limits.
One Demon, ancient and cunning, escaped its grasp.
This survivor, knowing it could not finish the war alone,
vanished into the shadows, vowing to wait.
For four thousand years,
this lone Demon bided its time,
watching as the world changed and technology advanced.
Now, in the present age,
it moves to awaken its comrades and reclaim its lost empire.
The question remains...
Where is he now?
