The next day, Raphael prepared himself to travel to the Thornbatch estate.
He contemplated waiting. Perhaps first gathering more information before heading out on such a dangerous mission.
But luckily, he found out that he might not need such a thing.
Knock knock.
A knock came on his door as he was packing his bags.
"Come in." He called from over his shoulder.
The door opened and he turned his head to see who had entered. To his surprise, it was Evelyn, Leofric's girlfriend.
"Going somewhere?" She asked playfully, as she slowly made his way over to his bed.
Her blonde hair fell beautifully over her shoulders, and as always, her body looked spectacular, even in her black uniform.
Raphael couldn't deny that he was happy to see her. The two hadn't spoken since the time Tom had caught them in the field. And of course, she had watched him beat her boyfriend in the Annual Duels.
"Yeah, unfortunately." He replied, continuing to pack. "I need to-"
His thoughts were cut off as he realised something.
Evelyn should have information about the Thornbatch estate. After all, she's in a relationship with one of their lords.
He hesitated before asking, realising he would have to tell her his plans if he wanted to gain information.
Still, he continued.
"I have business in the Thornbatch estate." He said, trying to keep his explanation as vague as possible. "Do you have any information you can give me about it?"
Evelyn looked at him with her sceptical green eyes, a brow raised high.
"Well, yes, of course, I have information on them. But what business could you possibly have there? You are not on... the best terms with their lord." She said, hesitantly.
Realising that he would get nowhere without giving her the answers, he decided to just be honest.
Raphael let out a sigh.
"There are two people I hope to challenge there. It will help me with increasing my strength and rising through the ranks of the five schools."
He strategically left out the fact that he now intended to become the King. Some plans were best-kept secrets.
For some reason, Evelyn didn't look shocked. Perhaps, everyone now expected Raphael to always find himself in trouble. It was simply the way he was.
After a few moments of thinking, Evelyn let out a sigh of her own.
"Well, if you're travelling to the estate, then you'll need a guide. I'll go and pack my things." The blonde rose from the bed and began to make her way to the door before Raphael reached out and grabbed hold of her shoulder.
"What? You can't possibly come with me. You have school duties and a boyfriend to attend to."
Evelyn now looked up into his eyes deeply, his hand still resting on her shoulder.
"Tskk. I'm going to break up with him soon, so it's no big deal. And besides..."
The woman stepped closer, placing her hand against Raphael's groin, instantly sending a jolt through his body. As she did, she pressed her large chest against him and began to stroke him until he was hard.

It wasn't a long journey to the Thornbatch estate, but it took longer than they should have as they were taking their time to enjoy the scenery along the way.
It had been weeks since Raphael had been outside of the school grounds, and even longer for Evelyn.
It felt good having the woman as company. Engaging in small talk was something Raphael hadn't had the luxury to do in a long time. And even better was the fact that his company was so beautiful.
They travelled through meadows, fields, and small villages, a pleasant change from the monotonous school buildings and gardens.
Seeing people who wore casual clothing, rather than the colours of the five uniforms was a big shock.
After an hour or so of travelling, they came across a small waterfall, that fell into a natural lake of water below.
As they walked along its edges, Evelyn eyed the water intensely.
Does she want to get in?
No one seemed to be around the area, as they had deviated from the main path.
"Can we go for a quick swim?" The blonde woman asked, not able to contain her excitement.
There was no water to swim in near the five schools, only luxurious bathtubs that were used for washing.
Raphael looked at her as she stared at him with puppy eyes.
"But I didn't bring any swimwear." He responded. He had hardly planned on enjoying himself in a lake during his travel to battle the lord of an estate, so there was no need to.
However, Evelyn slowly began to undress, first removing her jumper and then unbuttoning her shirt to reveal a blue bra beneath.
