" what do they call people who dream a lot?" I asked hoping to divert his attention and also to know why I've been having so many vivid dream lately.
Uncle James glanced at me thoughtfully,
"Hmm, dreams always carry meaning. If someone dreams a lot, they might be a seer. Seers often have heightened discernment about people and situations. There are my types of seers but let's focus on the dreamers. They tend to have revelations through dreams.
"And when it comes to dreams,"he continued
"Some seers see the past, while others have a glimpse of the future. It all depends on their gift." He paused, his gaze sharpening. " Have you been dreaming about someone? You know you trust me right?"
I forced a smile, trying to keep the atmosphere light. " No Uncle," I lied, my heart pounding. I knew he could sense I was hiding something, but one thing was certain–Uncle James must not know about this dream.
I can't create confusion with a dream , I don't even know if he'll believe me or get mad at me
The car pulled up infront of Saint Michael's church.
"I'll wait for you here," Uncle James said "pack your things fast so that we can get home early."
I nodded ,stepping out of the car, my mind swirling with thoughts.
