[Upgrade Town Hall?]

[Yes] [No]

'Finally, I was able to upgrade my town hall. Now, I have a lot of buildings to build with my resources,' Caleb explained.

He got up from the bed in his room, stepped out of the Town Hall and saw no significant change in appearance.

That would only happen when this place advanced to level five during the civilization selection.

Put aside the appearance. The most important thing was that Town Hall's defense and attack status increased. This place would survive, at least if a horde of militia troops attacked.

"Even so, there is no significant improvement to the villagers. They didn't get any buffs from the town hall upgrade," Caleb explained, glancing back.

Still, Caleb wasn't too bothered about this. He should focus on building the village again and creating more population in both places, the first and second TH.

He opened the game map, seeing the scout still exploring the mid-level treasure cave. After 12 hours of waiting for the town hall renovation, at least the scout had explored 22 treasure caves in total.

Of the 22 treasure caves, there were 5 high-level treasure caves, then 8 mid-level treasure caves, and 9 low-level treasure caves.

The rewards obtained from each mystery chest varied. There were army bundles, resource bundles, fragment commanders, and protection slips.

[INVENTORY INFO]

[10 Fragment Commanders Leonidas S Class]

[6 Fragment Commander Random A Class]

[2 Infantry Bundle level 2]

[1 Cavalry Bundle level 2]

[1 Wood Bundle level 2]

[3 Gold Bundle level 1]

[2 Food Bundle level 1]

[4 Wood Bundle level 1]

"Luckily, I used my time well. I was able to get enough bundle resources," Caleb explained.

From the inventory info panel, he pressed three bundle items level 1. Since TH had been upgraded, Caleb needed sufficient resources to build some buildings quickly.

Level one bundles usually provide additional resources between 100 and 150. For level two bundles, the additional resources are 200-300, and so on up to level 5 bundles, which give additional resources of 10,000.

[Item used]

[3 Gold Bundle Level 1]

[2 Food Bundle Level 1]

[4 Wood Bundle Level 1]

[RESOURCES INFO]

[Wood: 1062] [+600]

[Food: 837] [+250]

[Gold: 910] [+300]

[Stone: 350]

Caleb nodded a few times. The amount of resources was enough to upgrade the town hall to level three, but it was a crazy move.

There were many technologies yet to be researched, new buildings yet to be built, and troops yet to be created. Caleb didn't want to be rushed; there would be time for him to level up his town hall again.

Caleb raised his head, brought up the building menu, and built two houses again, which were capable of providing a population of 10 people.

Caleb had to wait to increase the level of the two houses as the technology feature was not yet available in the house building detail status.

[Construction duration:]

[00:00:09:59]

[DING! Construction successful]

[Wood: 962] [-100]

[Food: 787] [-50]

[Gold: 910]

[Stone: 300] [-50]

[Population: 25/35]

The amount of population availability increased because Caleb has 7 houses at least. 5 houses in the first TH and two houses in the second TH.

Now, the man could only wait for the villagers to be gathered, then told them to start constructing other buildings.

"Hwaaah!"

"Not sleeping all night made me pretty tired," Caleb explained.

He looked at the time panel on his menu dashboard, showing 8:00 AM. The sun had already risen, and drowsiness appeared in Caleb's body due to not getting any sleep last night.

It reminded Caleb of the mystery chest reward he had gotten, a complete fragment of the S Class commander named Leonidas.

The man opened the inventory panel again and pressed the commander fragment item. The commander fragment panel appeared before Caleb.

[COMMANDER INFO]

[Name: Leonidas]

[Class: S]

[Commander Type: Defense Infantry]

[Fragment Commander: 10/10]

[Summon Commander?]

[Yes] [No]

"I won't waste this opportunity," Caleb explained.

He pressed the confirmation menu and brought up the golden magic circle that was present before his eyes. The magic circle rotated and created a dazzling golden glow.

The glow faded, and the figure of a commander named Leonidas appeared before him, complete with his combat uniform —sparta shield and spear.

[Commander Summoning Completed]

[Commander Name: Leonidas]

[Class: S]

[Commander Type: Defense Infantry]

[Kingdom Power: 2300] [+1000]

"My respects to you, my lord," Leonidas replied, bowing his head.

Caleb nodded. His status was indeed Commander S Class, but since his commander type was defense infantry, his ability to invade would not be as great as other commanders.

Even so, an army with a commander was much better, let alone an S-class commander. The attack and defense buffs given to all units will increase significantly.

'I don't know if other players have commanders like me. Even if they do, it's probably only class B or A commanders,' Caleb explained.

'There is no in-game top-up feature here, so they can't buy the Commander S Class bundle package. This is quite comforting for F2P players,' Caleb added.

Two hours passed, villagers appeared in two of the two houses that had been built. Caleb turned around, pressing the idle villager's icon to start working.

They would be placed in the lumber, mill, or gold mine. However, before doing so, Caleb ordered them to become builders.

One builder was assigned to build an Infantry Camp to produce a militia. In contrast, other villagers were ordered to build at least 4 houses to accommodate the number of troops being produced.

[Construction begins]

[Building: Infantry Camp]

[Building Type: Military Building]

[Cost: 150 wood || 100 food || 100 gold || 50 stone]

[Construction duration: ]

[00:03:59:59]

Caleb viewed the construction progress through his dashboard panel. Another notification panel appeared explaining the details of the construction started, 4 new houses.

The construction of four houses will be much faster than an Infantry Camp. The construction duration of one house took 10 minutes, so 4 houses would be finished in less than an hour.

Liliana approached RustyAxe's Town Hall with her scout to see the construction progress at Caleb's town hall.

To her surprise, Liliana saw that there were five Heavy Scout units present at the place. They almost chased Liliana because their Agg Stance had not been changed.

[UNIT INFO]

[Unit Name: Heavy Scout]

[Train: Cavalry]

[Number: 5]

[Agg Stance -> Idle Stance]

Quickly, Caleb changed their stance from Agg Stance to Idle Stance. They also responded by stopping chasing Liliana.

It was pretty surprising and made Liliana panic pale; her scouts would not be able to fight five Heavy Scout units, let alone her.

"H-How did you get this cavalry unit?" asked Liliana.

"I was lucky to get this cavalry bundle from a high-level treasure cave," Caleb replied.

Although she was here, Liliana couldn't clearly see the figure of Commander S Class Leonidas. The commander's figure could only be seen by his master, except when fighting against the enemy, then they could see the commander's figure.

"Can you share the location of the treasure cave?" asked Liliana, curious.

"Of course. However, I ask for something in exchange," Caleb explained.

"What?" asked Liliana.

"I'd like to request the results of your scout's exploration."
