They have a hearty meal with his little sister Ren and his Father Rennie gave a wondering smile at him. Renji was more energetic than usual and it was making him at ease with his sudden change.
His mother Erra was happily observing too as Renji was a sweet sweet kid to them. As far as she knows, he was also a good big brother to his sis.
"Mom, dad, I will join the training in Academy Corps. I.....I want to be a Monster Slayer!" He shouted with an assured voice.
"Hmm? You want to be a Monster Slayer? Why?" His mother was surprised. "You are a bright child and smart too! Maybe you can fare better at the Inventor Corps!"
His mother was right but deep inside Renji, he was still longing for his dream. No one will stop him this time. Not even his parents.
His parents sighed and then looked at him with a serious look, "We are just thinking of your safety. The Inventor corps are far from harm and your dream of being the greatest inventor is within your reach!" His father added.
"Father, mother, my dream is to become a monster slayer. I can still become the greatest inventor that way. I promise you." Renji put his hands on his mother then grinned while eyes closed.
"Okay, but be careful okay?" She was about to get teary but held back. "Wow, our Renji is now a big boy." She patted his head.
"Yey! Brother will be a Monster Slayer!" Ren shouted out loud.
With that, it was settled. He kissed Ren on the cheeks as well his mother and later on Renji immediately went back to his room.
This time, not to mess around but to prepare for the future. According to his memories, their city will get attacked and his parents will die in the attack. The barrier was destroyed and collosal monsters will breach the defense.
It was chaotic and his parents did not survive that time. And so, he has to change that fate of theirs if he can. That greatly relied on his next move. And that was to create his AI named "Wisely".
He started to program him and then holed in his room for many days. There has still time before the entrance exam for the Academy and he has to be physically ready for that.
He was exercising with the basics in the morning and then heightening the intensity of the exercise. He immediately went to program for the rest of the day.
Renji memorized the codes and halfway, he was able to even improve the program. With that, he needs it to have a voice and also its attitude. But that was for the meantime.
First he needed it to be named. He named it Wisely. With that, he immediately commanded it, "Wisely, gather information about this world technology."

With that the IT division of the Monster Slayer monitoring team were alerted. The huge screens displayed warning signs and they nearly panicked.

The head of the monitoring team was alerted and then took hold of the defence of the breach. He immediately made some codes and stopped it's success.
"Who? Who are this persons to know the location of our database? Also the code to break the password and keys there? It was a multilayered password!" He asked himself. His team also doesn't know.

Wisely said to him. He used a ghost IP for the hacking of the database. But it was enough for Renji to know. That their tech were still primitive compared to his time.
Their combat suit were only first gen and performance output of 200%. Not even able to lift a car with that.
In his time it was a tank but now was trifling. They researched the muscle fibers of the rhinoceros bettle and the ants to integrate the same technology to the muscle fibers of the suit. Making the suit to have amplified raw strength and speed.
Renji then leaked the info of the 2nd gen battle Armor in their system as a thanks for giving him the information of their database.
It was a thank you gift written in the screen and made the head of the monitoring group to get agitated. Though after seeing it, it was not a virus but a file that opened itself. They could not stop the information to flood the screen but it made them stare at it. Instead, they called the Inventor team leader to verify the info.
"Who? Who are you?" He just wondered and could not get why he was doing this. He also was stupefied by what was his intentions.
Their tech team leader then was stupified by the information and wanted to meet him instead. To his surprise and verification of the information, it was all true! Making him wanted to contact him for his contribution to humanity.
"This? This! This will revolutionize the Armor Suits. This is history!" He said out loud.
As for the next info he will leak, it was the monster weaknesses and habits. Also their instincts and their abilities. But it would be put hold for now, it was a huge time to put it into the books and so he just listed the monster lists first and then write their information in the future.
Then next was to prepare for the exam. He has no money but all was well. He could hack bank accounts from the billionaires or sell his wonderful gadgets in the making.
He would like to make some of them in blueprints and then make tons and tons of money. With that, he started to make one. A million dollars money would be his sooner or later!
