"nad get up"
I opened my eyes .
"It's already 1 am" my aunt said while getting the blanket of me and folding it.
It took me some time to process what was going on . While still laying down I saw my mom coming out of her bedroom.
All the morning cozy vibe was being set on .
I got up regretting binge watching Turkish series all night.
I lived in a big family not that I have many siblings, I only have my big bro Karim but my close relatives came to live with us for a while all my relatives on my mom's side are very close to us .
For me my family is the most precious thing
That could ever exist.
We live in a pretty big house but I still didn't get the chance to have my own personal room which is why I sleep in the living room.
"Nad could you bring me a glass of water"
Mum said .
I answered with a nod and rushed outside to get her the water. My mom was a police officer and she is the friendliest person I ever know even when everyone is in a bad mood when she get in the room suddenly everybody starts to laugh and smile so basically all my aunts and uncles call her the light of our house.
She is my favorite person in the world and the coolest I always liked how confident and happy she looked looking in her eyes I can always tell she liked me and my brother more than anything.
Even though we are not that close cause she is usually busy with her work we don't spend time like how other mom and daughter duo do but I understand she is busy so I try to make her feel proud I don't want her to be troubled by me.
Got back from the out door kitchen and passed the water to mom who was already dressed in her uniform.
I got in one of the rooms to change in to my uniform. After that I took time admiring my outfit it was A shaped long skirt that showed my curves well .
I tied my hair in a pony tail and got a little bit of my baby hair out while not making it obvious.
"Ha ha ha" I heard laughter coming from the living room. This ment that they have all gathered so I made my way to the living room.
'Haaa forgot I didn't even brush my teeth '
"Nad come here we are gonna have breakfast"
My mom said in a loud voice. "Begin without me I said heading to the bathroom"

Getting in the living room everyone was sitting on the floor in a circle eating from a 'trii' which is a big dish that we Ethiopians eat from it's not that popular nowadays but we still use it in our home cause there are a lot of people my aunt saw me an made a space for me to sit in .
Her name is Eden . My aunt who woke me up was Sarah.
And there is also my uncle living with us who's name is David.
When all my relatives come in the country she always takes them in and insist to let them stay and those days when all my cousins came were my favorites growing up
I loved the times were we all played till midnight.
