Roxanne lived quitely for a while before her father found her again begging her to go back home again which she refused immediately. She thought that these people have the memory of a gold fish since her paternal grandparents and her father forgot all the suffering she and her mother went through in their hands, how much of a monster they were to them and now they are offering her to go back to that hell of a place where she never wanted to step in again. Maybe she needed to remind them of how they told her to mind where she was because they can never considered her family and that she never belonged there in their house even though she carried their own blood in her veins one thing she new is that they can or will never consider her a family which she eventually came to terms with. They forgot how she and her mother used to be a punching bag for them and the distain they had while calling her and her mother dirty and worthless.
She could say that it was truly laughable how they acted like saints when they came to her door asking for forgiveness about what they did. They are like glue she can never get rid of. She was so tired of them and their persistence which at a point looked too comical and when time went by it started to annoy her a lot so she had to ask a person who could help at a point and the only person who had strength to protect her was only a single person who was Aiden. Though they were in a pretend relationship but they promised to help each other when needed and also be there for each other when one was in trouble, she doesn't think Aiden can help her since they never signed a contract and they were just by the word of mouth which sometimes is ineffective as most people can never keep such promises but she had hope so she called him asking for a helping hand due to her difficult situation. Aiden agreed which made her so happy and thankful at the same, she know nobody can help the other without a reason or without wanting something but he told her he will help with her parents and solve the problem with her father once and for all. She was thankful and started packing the items and clothes she needed since Aiden had helped her for free without asking her for anything so she never wanted to disturb him after all his help to her to and also the problem of getting rod of her father which he had taken upon himself to solve. After she was done with all the packing she went to bed yo rest since Aiden told her that he will pick her himself since he wanted to make sure that no one follows her when they were going to his place, which was a good reason enough for her to follow him.
