At the center of the palace exists a vivid garden filled with sentient trees, plants, and flowers so beautiful they appear ethereal. In front of the garden lies a pond, upon which three divine lotuses bloom. Atop these lotuses sit three thrones, glistening with such blinding light that the beings occupying them remain indiscernible.
"Have you really thought this through?" asks one of the beings seated on the thrones, their voice resonating with timeless wisdom.
"You know we won't be able to interfere, even if we want to," replies another, their tone tinged with a mix of concern and resignation.
"Hmm... hahaha!" The third being bursts into laughter, their voice echoing through the halls like a cosmic symphony. "Since when did you two old relics start caring? Come on, it might be fun watching from up here."
The other two exchange what could only be described as a celestial sigh before one responds, "If that is your wish, farewell, our dear friend. Eons and eons may pass here, but remember—in the grand cosmic cycle, with time's causality, it is an unimaginable eternity."
Two black rays of light emerge from the beings and converge upon the third. From their form, a glowing emerald materializes and embeds itself into the palace wall. The rest of their body disintegrates into flickers of fire. Among the sparks, one faint ember, unnoticeable to the naked eye, darts away so quickly that space itself seems to shatter in its wake.
The first being shifts slightly, their voice low and resonant. "So, it's finally happening."
The second being lets out a faint, almost imperceptible chuckle. "Indeed. Let us see how this story unfolds."
The palace falls silent once more, save for the faint hum of the emerald glowing in the wall.
