Leo's mind was racing at full speed.
There was no saving the people from what was about to happen.
Tiamat's presence alone was enough to traumatize every magic-sensitive being on the planet.
Considering the average beast causes magic circuits to burn up.
And If she let out even a fraction of her full power…yeah lets just say it wasn't a pretty picture.
No. That's not the main problem.
The real problem was that this world wasn't built to withstand something like her.
In the Fate universe, the planet itself acted as a failsafe, restricting Beasts like Tiamat or magical phenomenon generally.
There were rules. Limits. Concepts keeping them from wiping out civilization by accident even if dimensionally they were strong.
But there?
Here, there was nothing stopping her.
A fully unleashed Beast of Humanity.
That's not just a disaster.
That's extinction.
Leo forced his mind into overdrive.
He needed a plan. Now.
Option A: Convince her to transform and restraint quick enough.
Option B: Suppress her and forcefully transform her.
Before he could even consider Option B, the system shut it down immediately.
[Insufficient power. Potential detected, but current abilities are inadequate to forcibly suppress or transform Tiamat.]
Leo clenched his jaw. Figures.
Then what do you suggest?!
[Use a lower-tiered body. Convince her to inhabit it, or force her into it.]
Leo's expression went completely blank.
…Excuse me?
Where exactly am I supposed to find a body that can handle a literal Primordial Beast?!
[The best choice is the Tiamat of this world.]
Leo's stomach dropped a little.
A wave of discomfort washing over him.
Oh.
Oh, that's messed up.
Even without the system explaining further, he got it.
It made perfect sense.
The Tiamat of this world was already a version of her.
Even if she wasn't as strong, even if she was completely different, her body was still the best possible vessel.
The compatibility would be perfect.
But…
Leo let out a sharp breath.
Goddammit.
The system's message appeared before Leo.
[You could preserve her consciousness in another place and revive her.]
Leo hesitated. It felt wrong to do this without her consent.
But at the same time, he couldn't risk what might happen if Tiamat's full power ran wild in that world.
How could he complete the mission in a destroyed world...?
That thought process was concerning..
Ultimately, he decided to take this world's Tiamat as a backup.
Still, he was pretty confident he could convince the real Tiamat to transform and restrain herself.
…Or maybe he was just overthinking it.
Leo vanished from his room, instantly reappearing in the heart of , the familiar forest.
Where Tiamat supposedly lived.
And he found her immediately.
A massive blue western dragon lay curled up, her enormous form rising and falling with each breath.
Her scales shimmered like deep ocean waves.
She didn't even get a chance to react.
The moment Leo appeared above her, he activated [Informational Creation].
A small orb formed in his hand—a tool designed to separate body and mind.
A makeshift Pokéball.
The device activated instantly.
And just like that—it was done.
Leo pressed the [Agree] button.
Immediately, his surroundings twisted and shattered, replaced by a swirling rainbow vortex.
The sensation was… strange.
It felt like he was being pulled through space at impossible speeds, yet at the same time, his body felt weightless.
Midway through the journey, Leo's expression shifted.
If he was going to make an entrance, he might as well do it right.
His form began to change.
His aura became oppressive, powerful, absolute.
He shifted back to his "Satan" form.
---
Back in the World of Frieren…
A blinding blue flash tore through the sky, brighter than the sun. The air shook, and the ground beneath them rumbled as if the world itself was afraid.
Then, as the light faded, they saw her.
A massive, dragon-like creature loomed over the landscape. Tiamat.
She was huge—larger than anything Hope had ever seen. Her massive wings stretched across the sky, blocking out the sun.
But it wasn't just her size.
Her very presence felt heavy, pressing down on everything.
It wasn't just power—it was something deeper, something that made the world itself tremble.
Aizen was the first to react.
He felt it immediately—his seals were burning.
The layers of seals that managed to restrain him for over the last 11,000 years were reacting violently to Tiamat's presence, as if rejecting the very idea of containing his power any longer.
"Oh?" he muttered, intrigued.
At first, he had planned to create , a fake dimension to separate himself from the worst of her aura.
But seeing his seals breaking apart?
Yeah, that wasn't happening.
Instead, he just observed, watching carefully.
Hope, on the other hand, was not okay at all.
The moment Tiamat appeared, it felt like the air had been ripped from her lungs.
Her head pounded, her vision blurred, and within seconds, she was on her knees, bleeding from her eyes and ears.
Her connection to magic—normally an advantage—was actively making things worse.
It was like her very soul was being crushed under the sheer weight of Tiamat's existence.
"What the fuck even is that?!" she gasped, barely able to breathe.
Meanwhile, Nick Fury had already made his decision.
Nope. Nope. Nope.
Lord have mercy on him.
This shit was way above his pay grade.
Unlike the others, Fury couldn't sense magic, which, in this case, was a blessing.
He didn't feel the supernatural weight of Tiamat's presence.
But he did feel fear.
A deep, instinctual dread, the kind that screamed at him to run.
And so he did.
He turned and ran for cover, knowing damn well that whatever was happening right now, he wasn't built for this shit.
The overwhelming pressure didn't last long.
Tiamat, clearly flustered, instinctively tried to reel in her mana, attempting to suppress the immense force she was unconsciously radiating.
But it barely helped.
Her power was too vast, too ingrained in her existence. It was like trying to contain an ocean in a glass of water—pointless.
But then—
Another blue flash.
Within ten seconds, Leo appeared in the sky.
His presence was unmistakable.
A dark light halo glowed behind his head, casting eerie shadows. Black void-like wings stretched out behind him, making him look almost celestial.
The moment he arrived, he connected to Tiamat's mind, sending her a calm but firm message.
"If possible, transform into a humanoid form."
Tiamat blinked.
"Oh."
It was as if she had just realized her mistake.
And then—her massive draconic form began to shift.
Her body deformed, shrinking and reshaping itself in a fluid motion, like liquid metal bending to a new shape.
Within seconds, where the towering dragon once stood, now stood a tall, elegant woman.
She had long, flowing blue hair, curved horns, and her eyes held the same intensity.
Even in human form, her presence was still overwhelming, her very existence pressing against reality.
Leo didn't waste time.
Reaching into his pocket, he pulled out a hairpin—a small, simple ornament that belonged to his mother.
Without hesitation, he used Informational Creation to enchant it on the fly.
He first enhanced the hairpin's existence and then put an enchantment on it.
The enchantment restrained Tiamat's presence, containing it to just 10 centimeters around her.
The crushing aura vanished, and the world breathed again.
Leo, however, felt drained. First, he had to reinforce the hairpin, then layer the enchantment—both tasks that took a significant amount of energy.
Tiamat, now in her humanoid form, looked devastated.
She had the expression of a kicked puppy, her eyes downcast, filled with guilt.
Leo sighed, running a hand through his hair before offering her a reassuring smile.
"No need for being sad , I should've thought of this situation earlier."
Tiamat perked up slightly, though she still looked miserable.
Aizen, who had been watching with mild amusement, finally spoke up.
"True. As a leader, that was a major oversight."
But Leo was not having it he turned to him, his expression deadpan.
"…You could've helped."
Aizen smiled slightly.
"I was about to, but then you showed up."
Leo sighed.
"Fair point."
Turning to check on Hope, Leo's expression shifted immediately.
She was lying still on the ground.
She wasn't breathing.
Nick Fury, who had been cautiously walking back toward them, still looked shaken from the whole ordeal.
Leo stared at Hope's form for a moment before sighing.
"Oh well… looks like we're about to witness the Tribrid's awakening."
---
One hour later.
Leo used his magic to construct a simple house, giving them a place to regroup.
Inside, he sat waiting for Hope to wake up.
The transition into a vampire was never easy, and with her in the midst of it, the waiting game was the only part left.
Fury was hooked up to a blood bag, as he was the nearest human and hope needed human blood to transition.
Leo couldn't help but think how badly things had gone wrong.
The first mission quickly turned into a mess.
They were such a bad group that the first casualty happened within seconds.
Leo shook his head, frustrated.
They hadn't even gotten to the real part of the mission before things went south.
Aizen, on the other hand, seemed unbothered. In fact, he was enjoying himself.
Despite the chaos and Leo's clear annoyance, Aizen was quietly savoring the stew Leo had made.
Leo shot him an annoyed glance, but Aizen simply continued to eat, a small smirk playing at the corner of his lips. Clearly, Aizen found some twisted pleasure in seeing Leo pissed off.
The atmosphere was awkward, to say the least.
Leo sat at the table, doing his best to keep his cool, though it was becoming more difficult with each passing second.
The real discomfort was that he was being smothered by Tiamat, who, now in her humanoid form, stood a towering seven feet tall with an even more imposing presence.
Her large form mommy body left Leo feeling like he was practically suffocating in too much.
It took every ounce of control in his body not to break his composure or let his inner feelings show.
He couldn't let them see him crack.
After a few moments of awkward silence, Leo finally spoke, his voice low and steady. "So, do you understand the plan moving forward?"
Aizen nodded without hesitation, though he added, "I'm not sure Hope will be a good partner, given how different her skills are from mine. We'll need more than just physical strength."
Leo leaned back, arms crossed, deep in thought. "Trust me, once I give her the armor enhancements, she'll be fine. I've seen it before. She has potential."
The plan was simple: Leo and Aizen would split into groups of two and three.
Aizen and Hope would work together.
Leo and Aizen would each take on a group, but there were conditions.
Fury would need Leo's protection—he wasn't in any condition to fend for himself.
Tiamat, though transformed, still couldn't be trusted alone.
She was too disconnected from human logic, and Leo knew she could be a liability if left unchecked.
That meant Fury and Tiamat would be Leo's responsibility.
The two groups would each have a teleporter to take them to the other once they found the system users they were after.
The whole thing felt like a balancing act—a juggling act that could easily fall apart at any moment.
But this was the plan, and there was no turning back.
He glanced at Aizen, then over at Hope, still unconscious on the bed, and finally at Tiamat.
He had to make it work.
It was about pride at this point.
