When I exited the attic I quickly went to my room and closed the door. I pulled up the system screen in front of me and checked my stats again. To put it simply they were…terrible.
Although I didn't exactly know what the average was for a person I was pretty sure that it wasn't below ten.
With a sigh, I looked at my traits.
[Immersive Gamer(Trait): Adapts quickly to situations by treating them like game mechanics. Gains a +10% boost to learning speed for practical skills and performs +5% better in strategy-based scenarios.]
"Not bad,"
'Maybe I'll be able to learn my subjects easier'
[Anti-Social(Trait): -15 points for interactions requiring Charisma. Reduces relationship gains by 20% when interacting with unfamiliar people but increases focus and productivity when working alone.]
"Ok that is worse than the pervert one," I couldn't help but cringe at this. The dream of me making a harem was slowly starting to shatter.
However, those cracks slowly started to repair themselves when I saw my bloodline.
[Chaos Dragon]
Although I didn't exactly know what this bloodline did and the system didn't exactly explain either. I could tell…it was overpowered!
I then looked at my class.
[Gamer(Class): A class that gains XP through quests and achievements. Leveling up gives stat and skill points to improve abilities and grow over time.]
'So basically this is the core of the system'
I then looked at my [Unique Class Skills] which seemed…interesting.
[Gamer's Body (Unique Class Skill): Your body behaves like that of a video game character.]
[Inventory (Unique Class Skill): Provides the [Player] a personal storage space to carry and organize collected items]
[Shop (Unique Class Skill): Allows the player to access a virtual marketplace to buy and sell items.]
'Damn these skills are pretty nice'
Remembering all those web novels, I tried activating my inventory or well, thinking about it. Instantly, the windows changed into large panels with empty squares. Thinking, I then grabbed my pillow and thought about it going into my inventory.
The next second my pillow disappeared from my hand and a square was filled with a pillow-shaped symbol.
Seeing that I fell off my bed in shock while I looked around. I then focused on the status screen again in shock.
"Holy shit!"
While I did have my doubts as I thought I was hallucinating or something this was kind of a wake-up call.
Thinking about the pillow again I watched as the pillow appeared in my hand again.
'This would definitely be useful for my textbooks'
It also would be a great place for me to store my…collection.
I then turned toward the shop skill.
The entire window changed again as a list of items appeared. The items were pretty simple and straightforward.
[Wooden Pencil(Item)
Description: A sturdy pencil perfect for taking notes or sketching.
Price: 5 Gold]
Looking at my 0 gold, I couldn't help but sigh. I then started filtering the stuff to weapons and changed them into high ranks as well.
"Wow, these weapons really are overpowered," I muttered
Half of the abilities I was reading seemed to be from a video game, like the ability to cut space, freeze anything, or paralyze someone.
'Are you saying I can buy this stuff and it'll actually spawn in reality?'
Seeing their abilities did actually make me a bit nervous but also made me want this stuff. However, I decided to switch to something more useful which was skills.
While I could probably learn skills I wanted to see what skills the shop had. When I looked at the basic skills I was pretty surprised.
I was able to see singing, swimming, and even something like drawing as a skill. However, the prices still were something I didn't exactly agree with.
55 Gold just to get a drawing skill? That's high way robbery!
I then decided to see if there were some other skills and new ones immediately caught my eye.

Reading the quest my eyes bulged as I read the Penalties.
'-5 Charisma! What the fuck! Is this system trying to make me hideous!?'
Immediately I got up "Play video games huh?"
Sitting at my desktop I turned it on.
Playing video games wasn't exactly hard but I was kinda expecting to work out and be in tip-top shape in like three days or something like that.
'Well, not like I'm complaining,'
Opening up one of my popular games my fingers started to dance across the keyboard.
The game I was currently playing was a monster-hunting RPG. Basically you kill monsters, harvest their materials, make weapons, and kill high-level monsters. I first discovered the game through a pretty decent anime.
The anime followed a young hunter who wanted to kill a beast who destroyed his hometown and killed his parents. Now he needs to make a name for himself in order to get better gear to kill higher level monsters in order to kill that monster.
Although the story was filled with a bunch of cliches the animation and voice acting were pretty good.
As I played though I wondered just what this system was capable of.
But more importantly just how much it could improve my current charm
