A boy was walking with his friend when the friend suddenly asked, "Hey, Willow, wanna play hide and seek?"
Willow smiled and replied, "Sure."
"You're the seeker! I'm gonna hide, okay?" his friend said excitedly.
While Willow was counting, an alarm suddenly went off. Startled, he opened his eyes and realized it was all a dream.
"Another dream? Ugh, my head hurts," Willow muttered. He got up and started brushing his teeth, staring at his reflection in the mirror.
"I'm Willow Savian, a high school student. In my world, magic exists, and it's called ISO. ISO is a powerful ability used in battles, either one-on-one or up to seven-on-seven. Everyone has a unique type of ISO. For example, Green ISO lets you create a world resembling a dense forest. ISO is essential in this world—those without it are considered powerless."
As Willow finished getting ready for school, he heard a familiar voice shout, "Hey, Willow!" A boy came running toward him, attempting to jump on him. Willow sidestepped, avoiding the collision, and the boy stumbled past him.
"Furin, you again?" Willow said, smirking.
Furin pouted. "I was gonna surprise you! But next time, I'll beat you for sure!"
Willow simply rolled his eyes and continued walking to class.
---
In class, the teacher walked in and immediately commanded, "Be quiet and return to your seats!" The students complied as the lesson began.
A few minutes later, the principal entered the room and whispered something to the teacher. Nodding, the teacher addressed the class. "Everyone, we're going to reveal your ISO powers today. Follow me to the testing hall."
Excitement buzzed in the air as the students followed the teacher. When they reached the hall, the teacher explained, "If you're wondering which types of ISO are considered the strongest, here's the ranking: IQO, ILO, COI, DIO, KIO, ZOI, and OXIS. Today, you'll touch the Gelmont—a device that will reveal your rank. Whether you share it with others is up to you. Afterward, we'll have one-on-one duels to test your abilities. Now, let's begin. Line up alphabetically!"
One by one, the students approached the Gelmont.
"Ramin, you're first," the teacher called.
Ramin nervously stepped forward and placed his hand on the Gelmont. A voice echoed: "Rank: DIO."
The students murmured among themselves, and one by one, they took their turns. Then it was Willow's turn.
"Next!" the teacher called.
Willow took a deep breath and approached the Gelmont. Placing his hand on it, he waited, but nothing happened. Confused, he tried again, pressing harder. Still, no response.
"Is this thing broken?" Willow asked, frustrated.
The teacher shook her head. "No, Willow. If the Gelmont doesn't respond, it means...you're powerless. You could still consider becoming a supporter."
Willow stood there, speechless. The students around him began whispering, and the air was filled with hushed laughter and judgmental stares. Suddenly, the Gelmont began to glow brightly. Cracks appeared on its surface before it shattered with a deafening explosion.
The room went silent as everyone stared at the remains of the Gelmont. A strange, distorted voice emanated from the shards: "$#@+&$@!"
"What kind of rank is this?" the teacher said, confused.
The principal, visibly shaken, stepped forward to examine the Gelmont. His face went pale as he stammered, "This...this is a LEGEND TYPE. It's called Sivon. What...what does this mean?"
The students and teacher are Shocked by it and the Principle said " Kid, Your Iso is Unknown but an Legendary but we don't know if it is Strong or not."
people started to Doubt Willow that his iso is powerless but Willow believed himself and show his powers at the iso arena.
All of the student are done revealing their power but it's time for the Iso Arena people will face 1 on 1 in the arena
Willow stepped into the arena, feeling the weight of everyone's doubts pressing down on him. The Iso Arena wasn't just a battleground—it was the ultimate test of strength, where raw physical power decided the victor, not abilities or flashy moves.
His opponent, Zara, smirked from across the arena. Her confidence was unshaken, even though the match was about strength alone. "This should be quick," she said with a shrug.
The referee raised his hand, signaling the start. "Remember, no abilities—only pure strength!"
Zara charged first, her movements swift and calculated. Willow braced himself, focusing on the Iso field around him. He could feel it—a faint energy that told him this was his domain. Even without using abilities, he could sense the limits and boundaries of the space.
Zara's fist came hurtling toward him, but Willow dodged just in time. The crowd erupted in cheers, surprised that he had avoided the hit. Willow countered with a punch of his own, but it lacked the same force as Zara's strikes.
For the next minute, Zara dominated the match. Her punches landed heavy blows, pushing Willow back step by step. The crowd began murmuring again. "He's too weak," someone muttered. "He doesn't stand a chance."
But Willow wasn't giving up. He planted his feet firmly, breathing deeply. He could feel something awakening in his Iso—something subtle but powerful.
When Zara lunged at him again, Willow didn't dodge. Instead, he sidestepped and used her momentum against her, grabbing her arm and throwing her to the ground with surprising force. The crowd gasped.
"What was that?" Zara snapped, scrambling to her feet.
Willow didn't answer. He was starting to understand—his Iso wasn't about raw power. It was about controlling the flow of energy within his domain. Even without abilities, he could shift the balance of strength in his favor by manipulating the area itself.
Zara came at him again, but this time, Willow was ready. He moved with precision, redirecting her attacks and forcing her into awkward positions. With each exchange, it became clear that her confidence was slipping.
In the final seconds of the match, Willow delivered a decisive blow, knocking Zara to the ground. The arena fell silent for a moment, and then the crowd erupted into cheers.
The referee raised his hand. "Winner: Willow!"
As Willow stood in the center of the Iso Arena, the whispers of doubt were replaced with murmurs of awe. He had proven his strength, and more importantly, he had begun to unlock the true potential of his Iso.
