Chapter 110 - Unyielding Malevolence

Zami's body burned with exhaustion, every fiber of his being screaming for reprieve. Yet he stood tall, his silver eyes blazing with defiance. The Eternal Hunger loomed, its massive, grotesque form a monument to the malevolence that had plagued this world since the entities first set their will upon it.

With no Essence of Life left, only his revival ability kept him standing. But each death chipped away at him—his body, his mind, his spirit. Every time he fell, the creature greeted him again, unscathed, its hollow eyes staring into the core of his being.

"This ends here," Zami growled, the flickering crimson flames on his katana reflecting his resolve.

He charged forward, unleashing *Wild Cat Flow* to disrupt the tendrils reaching for him. The creature faltered slightly as its balance was thrown off, and Zami followed up with *Multi Kick*, his legs moving like a blur, shattering the tendrils as they regenerated.

Without stopping, he transitioned into *Hawk Drop*, a devastating aerial strike aimed directly at the creature's core. The force of the impact sent shockwaves rippling through the void, but the Eternal Hunger merely shifted, its grotesque form absorbing the blow like water swallowing a stone.

Zami pivoted, using *Critical Dues* to target the creature's weak points—or at least where weak points might exist. Tendrils lashed toward him, and he countered with *1-Inch Punch*, delivering precise, explosive strikes that tore through the shadowy mass.

As the creature retaliated with a barrage of spikes, Zami activated *Muscle Tension Break*, his body hardening to absorb the force. Even so, he skidded backward, his boots carving deep grooves into the fractured ground.

"Not enough," he muttered, his chest heaving.

The katana in his hand trembled, the shards of the Bone Monarch and Wailing Dread resonating with his fury. He ignited the blade with *Blood Cell Explosion*, the crimson flames roaring to life. With a burst of speed, he closed the distance, using *Arrow Flow* his kick weaving through the tendrils like a ghost.

His strikes became a whirlwind of death: *Earth Slam*, smashing the ground and destabilizing the creature's footing; *1-In Various Strike*, a flurry of precise blows aimed at overwhelming the creature; *Razor Sharp Hands*, slashing through the writhing mass like twin blades.

The Eternal Hunger roared, its maw opening wide to unleash a wave of destructive energy. Zami countered with *The Night Sun*, his fists glowing with blinding light as he unleashed explosive punches that neutralized the wave mid-air.

The void trembled, the clash of powers threatening to tear it apart.

Zami pushed forward, combining *Multiple Slashes* with *Pierce**, his katana a blur of fiery devastation. He locked the creature in place with *Blade Bind*, forcing it to endure the full brunt of his assault.

But the Eternal Hunger was relentless, regenerating faster than he could damage it.

Desperation fueled him as he transitioned into *Stone Slash*, jumping at one of his tendrills aiming to cleave through the creature's core. He followed with *Hidden Strike*, vanishing for a moment before reappearing with a lethal slash to its back.

Still, the creature stood. Its hollow eyes seemed to mock him, as if to say: Is that all you have?

Zami's breathing was ragged. Blood dripped from his wounds, and his muscles ached from the strain of *Adrenaline Surge*. Yet his resolve remained unshaken.

For the final time, he summoned everything he had. Activating *Precision Strike*, he honed his focus to a razor's edge. With a roar, he channeled *Blood Cell Explosion* into his katana, the flames surging brighter than ever before.

"This is it," he growled. "Reality Breaking Slash!"

The void itself seemed to bend as Zami swung his katana, the horizontal slash tearing through space. Smaller slashes followed in its wake, a cascade of destruction that engulfed the Eternal Hunger. The creature's form was bisected, the force reducing parts of it to dust. The void around them shattered, fragments of the realm falling like broken glass.

Zami fell to one knee, panting heavily. "I won..."

But then...

The dust swirled, the fragments of the Eternal Hunger pulling together. Its grotesque form began to reform, its hollow eyes blinking open once more.

Zami's silver eyes widened. "No..."

The Eternal Hunger roared, its malevolence undiminished. The entities were still watching, their silent judgment heavy in the air.

Zami tightened his grip on his katana, his body trembling. He had given everything—every technique, every ounce of strength. And still, it wasn't enough.

"What do you want from me?" he growled, his voice echoing in the broken void. "Is this all just a game to you?"

The creature didn't answer. It didn't need to. Its very existence was the answer.

Zami stood, his resolve hardening once more. "If I have to die a thousand times... a million times... I'll find a way."

The Eternal Hunger roared again, and the battle resumed.
