Talent:
The higher the cultivation of your ancestors the more talented you are likely to be. Someone from Earth whose ancestors cultivated is called a Qi Descendent The levels of talent are measured in what Realm the cultivator could reach without the help of any external factors by the end of their life. Someone who wouldn't be able to reach the Qi Refining Realm. Rough estimates of someone's talent level can be determined by sealing them in an enclosed space with a constant source of Qi and recording how much Qi the cultivator absorbs within a certain time.
An average Qi Descendent takes 1 year and 6 months to complete the Qi Refining Realm.
To complete Pre-Cultivation and be able to begin the Qi Refining Realm a cultivator must have absorbed at least 1 Q. To complete the Qi Refining Realm a cultivator must have absorbed and refined at least 100 kQ.

An average Qi Descendant cultivator has a cultivation speed of 2 Qi absorbed every second. This is 100,000 Qi in 1 year and 6 months. This means it would take an average Qi Descendant cultivator 1 year and 6 months to start and complete the Qi Refining Realm if they did nothing but cultivate for all of that time. An average human, with no strong or direct ancestors who cultivated, would barely complete the Qi Refining Realm in their lifespan.

Pre-Cultivation:
Pre-Cultivation begins with detecting Qi in the blood. After this the Pre-Cultivation realms start. First cultivators refine their skin with Qi(Skin Refining Realm); then refine the bones(Bone Forging Realm) and finally viscera refinement(Visceral Purification Realm). Only after this can someone be ready to begin cultivating Qi and be considered a true cultivator.
Physiques:
There are some people whose organs have special affinity to Qi. This is known as Qi Resonance. Each organ that can resonate forms Qi into an element like fire or water. Here are the elements, their corresponding organ and the colour that represents these elements:

wood - dark green - liver
water - dark blue - kidney
metal - silver - right lung
lightning - purple - left lung
ice - light blue - spleen
wind - grey - gallbladder

Cultivators participate in things like competitions and fights for resources and special artifacts. Some of the artifacts will have elements imbued in them and some of the people will have elemental physiques. The top 5 most powerful Physiques are:

4 - Five Element Physique
5 - Yin and Yang Physique
The Yin and Yang Physique is the physique of people who have the rarest organ with qi resonance: the brain. The brain produces both black and white coloured Qi. Cultivators whose brain has Qi resonance usually choose to cultivate either Yin or Yang due to the incompatibility of the two.
The Five Element Physique is the physique of people whose heart, liver, pancreas, kidney and right lung have qi resonance. These organs produce red, dark brown, light brown, dark blue and silver coloured Qi.
The Space Physique is the physique of people who have an inborn affinity to the Rules of Space. Usually anyone with an inborn affinity to the Rules of Space will die in the womb. This is due to the rules being so powerful that even sensing them is usually impossible for people below Peak-Void Emperor Realm. The only reason people with the Space Physique can live is due to having an affinity with at least two organs with resonance. Theoretically brain resonance could handle the Rules of Space on its own if the resonance with Yin and Yang were harmonious.
The Complete Elemental Physique means all the organs resonate with Qi.
The Universe Physique means all the organs resonate with Qi and they have an inborn affinity to the Rules of Space and Time. Usually anyone with an inborn affinity to the Rules of Time will die in the womb. This is due to the rules being so powerful that even sensing them is usually impossible for people below Peak-God Soul Realm. The only reason people with the Universe Physique can live is due to having an affinity to all the elements(due to their organs) and to the Rules of Space. These factors barely control the Rules of Time, which causes people with the Universe Physique to be weaker than their peers until they reach the Qi Refining Realm. After the Qi Refining Realm the elements in their body gradually strengthen and will better control the Rules of Time.
When cultivators with physiques begin the Qi Refining Realm their organs gain a hint of these powers. They can vaguely see the different colours of Qi forming in their resonant organs as they progresses through this realm.
Physiques apart from the top five physiques are named after the element(s) they contain. For example:
A physique with a heart resonance would be called the Fire Physique.
A physique with a heart and kidney resonance would be called the Fire and Water Physique.
There are some exceptions to this if the physique is particularly useful for something. These are called Job Physiques. For example:
A physique with a liver and intestine resonance would be called the Chemist Physique, due to its affinity to Wood and Poison.
A physique with a heart and right lung resonance would be called the Forgers Physique, due to Fire and Metal.
A physique with a heart, right lung, liver and intestine resonance would be called the Alchemist Physique, due to Fire, Metal, Wood and Poison.
If a cultivator has most of the organs with resonance needed for a Job Physique they can be called Pseudo-(Job) Physique or the regular physique name. It depends on whether that cultivator chooses to learn to do these jobs. For example:
A physique with a right lung resonance can be called the Pseudo-Forgers Physique or the Metal Physique, due to having Metal, which is necessary for being a forger.
A physique with a heart, right lung, liver and resonance would be called the Pseudo-Alchemist Physique, due to Fire, Metal and Wood, which are necessary for being an Alchemist.
Due to Alchemists being cultivators who can forge and make pills, they can still be called Pseudo-Alchemists even if they only have two of the four needed for being an Alchemist.
Physiques only begin to affect cultivation from the Qi Refining Realm and onwards. They can help in fights in the form of aura or creating the elements they correspond to.
When someone releases their Qi pressure it is known as aura. The aura of people with elemental physiques are tinted the colours of their respective elements. The colours of elements don't mix, they swirl around each other. The higher the cultivation realm, the denser the Qi. The denser the Qi, the more pressure an aura exerts. The more pressure an aura exerts, the more solid it seems.
When a cultivator has gained enough enlightenment about their aura, they can condense their aura into a Domain. In a Domain the cultivator can form weapons, armour or anything the cultivator wants out the elements in Domain. The things created in these Domains have power influenced by the elements in the Domain. Domain can be created by anyone with enough enlightenment, even if they don't have an Elemental Physique, but elements greatly strengthen Domains.
People with Domains can stop the attacks of people of the same element, but no Domain, with a single thought. This is because of how deep their understanding of their element is.
Dao:
Dao is the essence of all things. People learn the Dao of weapons to become better fighters; they learn the Dao of different elements to form stronger Domains and they learn the Daos of Space and Time to improve all aspects(stronger fighter, stronger Domain, travel fast, live longer, create a Universe, etc.)
Sword Dao:
The dao of the sword is always popular. It is useful for fighting and simple for beginners to train. Many cultivators will choose to follow the dao of the sword, but it is no greater or lesser than any other dao. The dao of the sword is a single element of the dao of weaponry, which is a single element of the dao of combat. And combat is only a single part of the true dao. To follow the dao of the sword is to rely on an external object, which leaves a cultivator limited by the strength of the sword instead of their own personal strength. A true expert can overcome this, but most who tread down the dao of the sword never reach that stage.
God Realms:
Void Emperors begin to refine their entire being (foundation, body, soul, aura, Domain) and fuse them with Eternal Force. Peak-Void Emperors who have fully fused with Eternal Force can only be injured by an attack containing Eternal Force and will no longer die of old age. The realms above the Void Emperor realm are known as the God realms.
People of the God realms are forced to live in a different dimension to keep stability in universes. Anyone born there can live there even though they're not yet in the God Realms.
The place they go to is called Dao Heaven. In this dimension all the realms below the God realms are considered similar to the Pre-Cultivation stages. Because of this the first realm of the God realms is called the God Refining Realm; then it's the God Establishment Realm; then the Core God Formation Realm; then the God Soul Realm; then God's Universal Transformation Realm; then God Sovereign Realm. The final realm of cultivation is the God Emperor Realm. In the God Emperor Realm a new universe can be created with life in it. An entire universe just like ours is created. The Universe this is set in was created by a young God Emperor Realm.
In the God's Universal Transformation Realm the Domain and aura develop a Universe seed inside the soul. This Universe Seed grows towards a Universe in the God Sovereign Realm and once it becomes a full Universe they become the God Emperor Realm.
Universal Power Scaling:
The majority of life in the Universe has been discovered and has communications with "central" parts of the Universe. Civilisations that have achieved this are called Advanced Civilisations. Civilisations who haven't discovered or established contact with central parts of the Universe are called Untouched Civilisations. Due to how important cultivation is to every Advanced Civilisation - no matter how technologically advanced they are - every citizen cultivates. The power scaling of the cultivation realms in the Universe are measured in:
