I've waited for this night for so long, Constantly looking forward to something I know might go wrong, but that's the beauty of things, you know it might go wrong but you still do it.

Asking that girl out 10 years ago was something that could've gone wrong but look at me now, celebrating 10 years with my beautiful wife.

I've been saving up for awhile to buy her this dinner, it was one of the good restaurants too, the ones where everyone's in suits and the laughs was loud but also quiet. Ones that make you know you dont belong.

As I'm going to pick her up from her friends hair salon, I noticed a girl walking, she was tall but not to tall where you have to look up at her, she was wearing a all black dress but a small one, she had all these people behind her and it was weird cause, everyone seem to be putting on a smile for her, but you can tell it wasn't genuine. They would hide their kids behind them or push them along.

Who was she and why is everyone so scared

I don't know but i had no more time to think, I was at the Salon. As I'm getting out my car I see the girl I fell in love with, the long black hair went beautifully with her white dress, she wore a rose in her hair and it popped out like a Dimond In a sea of coal, I've never seen a sweeter smile, it was enough to even make a evil man turn good

"Hi Love" I say as she's walking out "Hi honey, did you bring what I asked you" she replied

" I did ofcourse, I would never forget" I replied. It was shoes that she had worn on our first date, now not the exact ones cause she lost them when we had to move

...

"THANK YOU," she screams as she grabs them

"How you even find them especially in my size"

"I had one of my friends remake them for you, it was on the house since it's our anniversary" I say as I'm bringing her to the car

Thanks to that friend I was able to make her even more happy

"Who was the friend" she asks

"A really old one" I reply

As we drive up to the restaurant Sylvia gets more and more excited,

"IS THAT WHERE WERE GOING"

She ask while practically hugging me

This has taken me awhile to save up for, I dont exactly make the most money, I work in a bakery making pastries so this took me months to save up

We get out the car and walk to the restaurant and as we are walking up to the entrance I notice something. It's the same girl, she was in this restaurant. This time everyone was as talkative as usual, they were whispering, the only table that talked was hers, they were laughing, while some were quiet talking softly. We walk by their table and I lock eyes with the girl, she seemed mad but also confused. And as I finished walking by I hear one of them say

"Is that her"

I wonder who do they mean

As me and Sylvia sit down. It was like the waiter spawn infront of us.

"Good evening, are you ready to order"

Sylvia looks at me in excitement as if she couldn't wait

"Dont worry love I got everything handled"

I say

Her eyes glow up and she starts to order and order and order

I sit there knowing she's gonna run my pockets dry but it's worth it, she's worth it.

I can't believe she's Mines, she has been everything to me for these last 10 years and it for it to last this long, it truly makes me feel whole.

We finally get our food and when I tell you that this food was quite literally the best looking thing I have ever seen it almost made me completely forget how much this costed

We finished eating and it was time to pay the bill, I call over the waiter and ask for the check but then he gives me a weird look and said

"You don't know, that woman over there paid"

As I turn around to see who he was pointing at

It was the woman, that same girl everyone seemed to be scared off

"Hey honey, ima go use the bathroom" Sylvia says

"Ok love I'll be here waiting" I replied

As she gets up, I go to say thank you to the girl

As I walk to her table, a girl gets out of nowhere and she spills her drink.

"IM SO SORRY" I yelled

"Its okay, it's just wine I'll go wash off" as she walks past me to go to the bathroom

I walk up to the girl and she looks at me with a straight face

"Hey so you paid for my dinner" I ask

"That's what it seems like" she say with a little bit of snark

"Thank you may I have your name?" I ask her

"Lets not play around, you know it" she says as her attitude changes

"I don't know what your talking about" I say

And then I hear it

And shot coming from the girls bathroom as the girl who walked past me comes out with blood all over her crying

"SHE SHOT HERSELF" she crys

And it's as if the world stopped I couldn't hear anything but my heavy breathing

Before I knew it I was running to the bathroom

I open the door and I see her

My baby

My wife

My other half

Covered in blood

Heavy breathing, Blood, Screaming and a flood of emotions I couldn't handle

Someone was screaming

They were screaming so loud it was in there were in such pain

It was me

"Syl-- BABY PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAKE DONT CLOSE YOUR EYES"

The pain was unbearable

I hold her as her blood runs down my hands and it covers my suit

She's getting cold

I look into her eyes, their as beautiful as ever

"Baby PLEASE PLEASE I CANT HAVE YOU LEAVE, DONT YOU GO STAY WITH ME, I GAVE YOU MY LIFE SO DONT THROW IT AWAY, NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO

As I cry and cry I sob harder and harder and then I hear her

"Promise me something, Stay alive, stay away from her and you'll live, Thanks for the last 10 years, you have made my life better, Thanks for the shoes, they really meant so much to me, Baby I love you so much"

"NO PLEASE PLEASE I CANT HAVE YOU LEAVE, IVE BEEN PLANNING THIS FOR MONTHS MONTHS IT CANT END LIKE THIS, BABY PLEASE I DONT KNOW HOW TO LIVE WITHOUT YOU, You aren't allowed to leave, you aren't allowed to go, your my other half so how am I supposed to live with half a heart"

I scream at her

"Baby, where did you go, Hello??"

"IM RIGHT HERE LOVE, IM RIGHT HERE" I reply

The tears I cry fall down her cheek

"Oh your there, Bye my love, I loved tonight, I love you"

Her eyes go out, and that's when I lost the other part of me

I scratch at my face, I dont stop, it's till the point where I couldn't tell if it was her blood or Mines

Heavy breathing

Blood

Crying

Sirens

People

The cops come in and pick me and tryna comfort me and drag me out

I reach my hand out and tried to cry but I couldn't even tell if I was, everything was quiet

Im pushed by my table and see the recipet

And there was something written on it

I grab it and my eyes just went dark

"Use the money to pay for the funeral"

It was from her, she caused this
