After a little while lex went in for the checkup while rick was standing outside waiting for him.
While looking at the previous reports of lex's bone fructure the night of 7 years ago came in his mind starting a storm...

Lex was well aware of erything his brother told him... He just cut the call off. His mind went blank resulting him losing the wrestling match and getting a sever bone fructure on his left clavicle. Lex knew that night the responsibility of the law firm and other shares of the companies and assets were supposed to transferred to Enrick Reynolds. But he ran away from all his responsibilities. Lex saw his career in wrestling coming to an end if he wanted keep his brothers request. Even lex didn't know whether he lost the match or he just wanted to put an end to it by losing.
Rick snapped back to reality when a lab worker called him to inform that they will hand him the reports the next morning.
Lex came out of the room and rick asked him to follow behind. They went to Ricks chember. Rick offered lex a glass of water.
Lex said while waiting for the water to be poured, dont you have any patient today?
Rick handed lex the glass and replied,i ended my shift before you came here. I'm going home after we are done. Do you need a ride?
Lex drank the water and put the glass down. Then he asked with a bit of anger, are we not done yet. Do you need to draw my blood again for the dope test??

Lex stopped rick midway by saying, I drove here. Besides i have to attened a party."as if he knew where conversation was going.

Lex replied while walking down the stairs with his brother," Jones younger brother came back to the country two days ago. He is throwing a party for his brother. He invited me last night to go there. Dad wanted to make sure i keep a good relationship with them so i have to attend it.
Rick suggested lex not to drink too much and they went their separate ways...
On the way home rick was thinking about his life choices. He was questioning himself if he has always been so self - centered. He chose all this just because of the guilt of the crime he had not commit. Since his mother left his father, his father has always been depressed. So he restrained himself from all the luxury his father built himself. It was there good fortune that raya and lexs mom came to their life. Comforting his father and give Rick a worry free life. Rick has always been greatful to that woman. But the guilt didn't leave him alone. Ricks father own a successful law firm and he has his shares in automobile sector. So Rick chose a profession that kept him far away from his families businesses affairs.
He reached home around 7 freshen up and took a nap. He woke up at 11.30pm. He felt hungry since he didn't have dinner. So he went downstairs for a snack. Found an apple and started eating in front of television. The news was exaggerating how KS corporations new share holder joined the business . They were saying the new young executive director refused any kind of interview.
Ahhhhh, young people these days, here I've been a doctor for 9 years and couldn't even buy an apartment. Should i go look for one? May be i have enough money in my account to buy one at this point,Rick was mumbling to himself.
