"Kill that Devil girl!"

All the villagers shouted, wanting the girl on the execution platform to be killed. Their hatred for the girl was very great, because of several things that happened. One of them was because the girl was accused of being the incarnation of the Devil because she had a wing tattoo on her left cheek. The tattoo appeared mysteriously, even the girl herself did not know what it was. Everything was fine, she was accepted, but everything started to change.
It all started since the last 2 months, Mistvale village experienced bad events such as failed harvests, many livestock died mysteriously and several children were infected with a strange disease and died 6 days later. All of these events made the village chief think that Mistvale village was cursed and the strangest thing he saw was a girl who had a tattoo on her face.
With all that, he connected random threads and then concluded that it was all related to the girl with the wing tattoo. The village head believes that everything that happened was a curse from that girl. The girl was also accused of being the incarnation of the devil who wanted to destroy the village through a curse. Now he must undergo execution in front of the villagers of Mistvale.
The village chief walked towards the girl. "Any last words?" he asked.
The girl was already very weak. She glanced down. "I... I'm not... guilty."
The village chief ignored that. He walked again and this time faced the villagers of Mistvale. He raised his hand, and a moment later things became quieter. The voices of hatred and curses from the villagers became smaller.
"We have found this Devil girl. With this, all the misfortunes that Mistvale village has experienced will end. This village will return to normal and we will also be blessed by the Goddesses for killing the Devil." The village chief smiled. "Destroy the Devil!" he shouted.
"Kill!"
"Finish that Devil girl!"
Everyone agreed with that. The village chief was very happy. He walked towards the tattooed girl again. He and the executioner looked at each other and nodded afterward. The execution would be carried out. Before the girl was killed, the village chief bowed his body.
He whispered beside the girl. "This is all payment for refusing to be my wife. If only you had accepted it at that time, then you wouldn't have experienced this. This death and humiliation are the retribution."
The tattooed girl was shocked by those words. Her right eye widened, the blood from her left eye dripped even more. When she realized that she was just a victim, the girl could only surrender. Her tears fell, the cries that she had been holding back came out. Tears and blood from her eyes flowed equally fast. She really felt pain in her chest.
"You will get your revenge," the girl said to herself.
The village chief smiled once more and stood back up as usual. He and the executioner looked at each other again and nodded afterward.
"Kill him!" the village chief ordered.
At that moment, the big axe held by the executioner was raised and swung very quickly. The execution was carried out. Everyone there was silent and their faces were full of smiles. They hated the girl with the wing tattoo on her face very much. No one expected the girl to live. Death was something the girl should have gotten.
Of course the happiest of them all was the village chief because there was something the girl was keeping that was dangerous to her. Something that would make her hated and now all of that would never be revealed again. This was a victory for her.
"Another stupid village," someone said.
A moment later a terrifying aura emerged from the girl. From her body the girl emitted darkness that immediately bounced the executioner's axe. The executioner was even thrown and his body hit the wall of one of the villagers' houses. Not only was he thrown, but the executioner's body was destroyed. He was killed.
At that moment, everyone there was shocked. Their faces that were originally full of hatred, were now filled with fear. They saw something terrifying. The girl who should have been killed, was now standing with black eyes and her body filled with darkness. Darkness filled with disappointment, hatred and revenge.
"Wow..."
Before she could say anything, the girl was suddenly in front of the village chief. She tried to escape, but when she turned around, the village chief fell. She screamed very loudly, the pain she felt in her legs. When she looked at her legs, it looked like her left leg was cut off.
The village chief's face grew paler, he became increasingly frightened. He shook his head repeatedly. "No, no way. I don't want to die." He whined as he backed away with his hands. Seeing the look in the girl's eyes, the village chief became even more frightened. He even peed his pants. He immediately prostrated himself in front of the girl's feet. "Please forgive me! I'm innocent. None of this was my doing, I was instigated by the villagers. They said you were disgusting and should be killed. I was really instigated by them. If you want, just kill them all."
The village chief continued to plead without caring about his pride anymore. He realized that he could not possibly win, just by looking. He knew that the girl who was previously weak and helpless had changed into a different person.
There was no answer at all. The village chief looked up, seeing the girl's face. It was obvious that the girl was shedding tears. It made him smile, feeling that his plan had worked.
"You raped my mother and killed my father. After that you killed the uncle who protected me and now you want to kill me too. You are not human. You are the devil, Lord Charion," the girl said in a low tone.
The girl was caught off guard. Quickly, the village chief got up with only his right leg. He had a hard time getting up, but he managed and immediately stabbed the girl in the stomach with a knife. After that he smiled and immediately hit the girl's body with his hand very hard until the girl's body was thrown 2 meters.
"I killed him," the village chief shouted proudly as he raised the knife in his right hand.
He looked at the frightened villagers. However, their faces did not look happy. Their faces were still filled with fear. That made the village chief immediately turn around and what he saw was the girl he was supposed to kill was still standing. There was not even a wound on her stomach at all.
"Impossible. How can you still be alive?" He shook his head slowly as he swallowed. "You're not human. You're a devil."
The girl smiled with tears still falling. "You are the devil. You are worse than us," she said with murderous intent overflowing.
