Chapter 30 - 30

Chapter 30 Gringotts Robbery Big Event

Professor Sprout's job as a pharmacist wasn't too hard. Lin Xia was forced to listen to a morning class, all of which were advanced knowledge about processing herbs.

Lin Xia already had a good understanding of basic herbal medicine at Malfoy Manor. The professor knew of her and Draco's progress, so he imparted more advanced knowledge.

There was no way, if they didn't cultivate, they would just be like spirit creatures, they could only watch.

Professor Sprout's pharmacy staff, only a small part are intermediate level magicians, the majority are advanced level magicians, there are no low level ones.

As for Draco, because he couldn't leave the school on the weekend, he temporarily didn't need to study the heir program and had free time, so he came here to work with Lin Xia.

Draco is also very experienced, when he was young he was no better than Lam Ha, so he tried his best to study, thinking of waiting until he comes back to slap him in the face.

The result later... Only got slapped in the face more, never excelled.

So Draco changed his method and followed Lam Ha's footsteps closely. Although doing so was still not enough, he could barely catch up to Lam Ha's strength.

Wait until they finish learning the advanced knowledge, and pass Professor Sprout's test, then they can officially become masters and handle magic for her.

Professor Sprout is indeed their dean. He treats his family well. Even though he hasn't done anything for a living today, he still made them bring back some medicinal herbs.

Lam Ha looked, although it was not any herbal medicine that could strengthen the body, but a little was better than nothing, so he took a big bite.

At noon, they first went to the castle to eat.

Suddenly, a large group of owls flew in through the high window, dropping envelopes and newspapers on the dining table.

Lam Ha subscribes to "The Prophet" every day to stay informed about current events.

"Gringotts is missing!" A sudden cry of alarm came from the students.

"Isn't Gringotts the safest bank in the world, why would it be robbed?"

Lam Ha looked down again, the goblin's movements appeared in the newspaper.

The goblins announced that the stolen vault had not caused any loss, and decided to carry out renovations on Gringotts, and would also send people to the Muggle world to learn their security system.

Draco also saw this news, and scolded: "We are wizards, how useful is it to learn the Muggle world security system? What a powerful code, a revealing spell can break it!"

These goblins are too expensive, I suspect my assets at Gringotts are not being properly preserved!"

The wizarding world generally looks down on the Muggle world, magic is really too convenient, many things can be completed with magic.

Even if Lam Ha learns Muggle knowledge, it is only to train his logical thinking.

Lam Ha thought about the dream interpretation woman, how easily she broke through the Gringotts verification system, and couldn't help but ask:

"Draco, why is it that in the magical world of England there is only one bank, and it is run by goblins, why are there no wizards who want to run a business?"

Draco said without hesitation: "Goblins are good at keeping money, they love money, as a neutral third party, compared to wizards, I would rather keep it for goblins."

Lam Ha shook his head: "You also said that they love money, so how can you guarantee that the goblins don't covet your property?"

Draco stuttered, momentarily speechless.

From birth to adulthood, he was taught that the elf bank was very safe, never thought it would be robbed one day.

In Lin Xia's view, the magic world doesn't have a complete money system. Every year, the new Gold-Galleon that is added and sold is not known how to deal with it.

If it weren't for the fact that the various magical worlds were connected to each other, but were mutually independent, they wouldn't have the mindset to wage war.

Otherwise, the British magic world's currency system would be easily destroyed.

Lam Ha said: "Draco, we in the East have a saying, called: Not everyone in our race has different minds, the values of goblins and demons are probably very different from our humans.

I feel that it would be better to first know the inner core of the goblin, then decide whether to deposit the assets in the bank.

Like her little treasure chest, she always carries it on her person.

The bank did not give her interest, so why did she want to leave the bank?

Next, Lam Ha ran to the library to read some information, Draco decided to stay in the public room to practice transfiguration.

The only Hogwarts library known is on the 5th floor, there are probably other libraries around, but Lam Ha doesn't know.

She thought back to the opening day when the young wizards and witches came and went at the Hogwarts gate, a flash of thought crossed her eyes.

Overall, I feel that Hogwarts has many secrets hidden, and as a student, what I can understand is just the tip of the iceberg.

The magical elevators were not open on weekends, so many curious little witches experimented with the elevator's operation.

Lam Ha just went up a flight of stairs, but the next second the stairs changed direction and connected to another place.

Lam Ha had nothing to say, she also did not really want to go.

Just now she wanted to run to the 4th floor, if she followed the stairs' movement method, she would return to the second floor.

She waited there for half an hour, but there was no reaction from the stairs. Those little witches who chose to go down gradually went to the fourth floor, facing Lin Xia two meters away.

Lam Ha looked at them with a bitter smile, they were Gryffindors.

"Lam Ha, if you don't go down, we've all gone up here." The petite female student suggested.

Lam Ha was about to say something when suddenly her feet stepped on the stairs and trembled crazily, causing the broken staircase in front to break open.

The little witch cried out in shock. Lin Xia suddenly couldn't defend herself and could only forcefully grab the handrail.

The next second, the elevator's elevator door opened and it suddenly headed towards another direction.

Lam Ha's body was hanging on the handrail of the stairs, with her feet hanging in the air!

"Oh my god, Lam Ha, are you okay?"

"What spell should we use to save you now?"

The little witches were flustered and called out in panic.

Lam Ha regularly exercises, has good physical condition, don't talk about being hung for a while, even being hung for a long time is not a problem.

"Don't worry, I'm fine, I have a solution."

Lam Ha calculated for himself to get a shot of "Wingardium Leviosa", at most he would slowly float down.

But the next second, the movement of the elevator changed again, the stairs above connected to the rails on her floor, the elevator that was under her feet ran back, and Lin Xia once again stood on the top of the stairs.

As soon as she stood still, she accelerated and ran like crazy. After waiting for so long, she finally waited until the 5th floor elevator was in operation.

The final destination of this floor is the 5th floor, leading to an unfamiliar classroom. Lam Ha opened the door and walked in.

Suddenly, she stepped forward and discovered that this was an abandoned classroom.

Many tables and chairs were placed along the wall, under the sunlight, one could see that the tops were covered with stench.

Not far away, there was a waste paper basket, opposite her by the door. At the same time, Lam Ha also noticed an object that didn't seem to belong here.

This is an extraordinary mirror!

The height is straight to the ceiling, the magnificent golden frame, below are two claw-shaped legs supporting, at the top of the mirror, there is engraved a row of characters:

Erised · stra · ehru · oyt ube · cafru · oyt on · wohsi.

Lam Ha waved his wand, a row of thin golden characters with the same tip as the text floated in the air.

She observed for a moment, suddenly waved her wand, turned the characters over, and the characters were once again aligned:

[What I show is not your face, but your heart's desire]
