Daniel sat up and looked around, the bedroom he was in was familiar, but it wasn't his, he recognized the layout of the room, it was the exact same room as Corvo's when he was in The Hound Pit Pub.
Before he could do anything, a man emerged in thin air in front of him. He wore a simple brown coat, blue-grey trousers, and black boots reminiscent of the Victorian era, with pitch black eyes. Before he could say anything, the man began speaking "Daniel Hannibal, you have killed your father, you are now dead, an unfair life you've had, you hid in fiction and games, but you were weak and died, without leaving up to whom you could've become, I'm The Outsider, and Daniel I offer you my Mark and an Opportunity in a new world" He said, Daniel was gob smacked.
"I think I hit my head too hard, anyway I thought you were a made up character in a game" Daniel asked scratching his head in confusion. "No, I am very much real, but had grown bored over the years, and used Raphaël to create the game, and use me as the bases of it, and I was still, so I had him make hidden Items, Powers, Bonecharms, and Cheats, no one could find them, only one person was able to do so, You Daniel, so now will you accept my Mark, once you do, I will send you to any universe you want, with three Wishes and Drawback Free Bonecharms" he said a smile forming on his face that looked sinister.
Daniel thought about it, if it was really dead he couldn't return to his old world, and even if he could why would he, there was nothing waiting for him there, his father was dead, his mother he didn't even know, probably overdosed on something, he had no friends, a shitty job, no girlfriend.
So with his mind made up, he looked at the Outsider and Said. "I accept" as soon as he said so, he felt a slight burning sensation on the back of his left hand "Before we continue, I have a question" Daniel "Well Several in fact, First off, can I choose what I look like and are my Powers limited to the game logic or can I use them to their full capabilities?" Daniel shot off, asking.
"Yes, you can indeed choose how you look in this the world you choose, and no your powers and abilities are not limited to the logic within the game, and you can use them to their full capabilities, now, with that out the way what world would you like to inhabit?"
He asked with a hint of excitement that Daniel could hear, "I would like the DC Universe, but one where it's a Combination of The Comics, as well as The Animated Shows and Moves, Including The Teen Titans and Young Justice, and can you add the Dishonored world and Make me a Decendent of Corvo, and Make My New Last name Attano-Kaldwin, and Change my Name to Sebastian" he stated with clear excitement visible on his face almost jumping with happiness.
"Wait, does the count as a Wish?" Daniel asked, and The Outsider shook his head, "No it doesn't, but I am Fascinated by your request and how would you like your appearance?" he asked, crossing his arm with a smirk of amusement.
"Well, I want Corvo's Hairstyle I always thought that it was cool, and Give me Blue eyes, and I want and Very large and Health Cucumber, not this damn have eaten pickle" Daniel clears his throat and calming down, before continuing, "Can we move on to The Wishes?" he said a visible blush of embarrassment on his face.
"Very well, what are your three wishes?" he asked with him being even more amused, "For My First wish I want the Combined I.Q of Reed Richards, Brainiac, Tony Stark, and Batman, Then multiply it just enough I'm The Smartest in Universe, but not right away, and make it, so I can't Travel to other Multiverses, only other Dimensions, I also the ability to use magic and sorcery without needing contracts, and a book containing everything about magic, runes, enchantments, alchemy, and the supernatural, including the How to Create and Use" he said fully confident in his wish.
Outsider nodded his head, as Daniel began to speak again "For my second wish I want The Ability to Control and Manipulate The Void, Darkness, Shadow, Ash, Smoke, Wind, Electricity, Lightning, as Well as Ice, and Make me Psychic without the mental drawback"
The Outsider laughed, something wouldn't be odd if it wasn't coming from someone Daniel was sure never done in his life, "Man, You are interesting you have one Wish left, then Your Bonecharms" he said as he calmed down wiping a nonexistent tear.
"Alright then, I want Super Enhanced Superhuman Physiology, That is 6 times that of Peak Human Physiology, that grows as I Get older, and can you send me into the body of a six-year-old, I wanna grow my Powers and abilities" Daniel or The Soon-to-be Sebastian explained.
"Then let's move on to The Bonecharms" Outsider said "First off, can I ask whose powers do I have, I Mean is it Corvo's, Daud's, Emily's, Delilah's, Granny Rag's?" He asked curiously, and Suddenly an Unsettling Grin formed on the Outsider's Face. "All of them, and more You can also Create abilities when you're stronger"
This made Sebastian's eyes shined like a kid in The Candy Store. "Question, how many Perks does each Bonecharm have?" he asked curiously, "They can have up to Five" Outsider explains and Sebastian nods, but inwards his giddy witch joy.
"Then I'll Name Them Shadowheart, Wraithforge, and Ethereal Nexus"

Abilities:

Shadow Disintegration: Enemies eliminated by the user dissolve into shadows, leaving no trace or evidence of their existence.
