"Alara ..." called Rae . He had just returned back from work .
It was a month now since they started living together in the penthouse.
She was at the balcony eating strawberries and slices of apples.
The moment she heard his voice she sprung up running through the livingroom to the door where he still was.
Jumping into his arms she welcomed him home.
Kissing her neck he held her in place as he walked inside the livingroom.
"How was your day?" She asked.
"Long, I missed you " he kissed her cheeks .
"I missed you too".
They sat back down and each talked about there day. It had been like that for awhile , she had taken a break from work and decided to look after herself and the baby , Rae who had wanted to stay back and watch her was convinced by Alara and his mother to go back to work.
Sometimes he would rush back when Charlotte helped him and other times he would be back so late and find her asleep already.
Her mother , Mia and his mother would sometimes come over and see her . Bringing her food and keeping her company.
Her cravings had been keeping Rae up sometimes or make the others walk for hours trying to look for what she had cried for.
"Are you busy tomorrow ?" She asked.
"I have two important meetings and ..." he stopped frowning , "why ?"
"Tomorrow is my visit to the hospital " she said.
She had started her antenatal care and her mother would always escort her or the two guards he had assigned to her ...especially on days when noone was around to be with her.
"I can tell Charlotte to ....oh she has trip tomorrow" he sighed.
And his mother was going to visit his grandfather . He seemed to be in bad health since he left .
"Its alright if you can't come ...I will ask Mia if she is free" she lied , for a few minutes earlier she had called her sister about it and she could t make it .
"What time is it ?" he asked.
"Midday "
That was when he had his second meeting and one he couldn't postpone or move a few hours .
He sighed hugging her.
"Am sorry ....I know I promised to do this with you but I can't seem to find the time " he apologised.
"I understand " she said .

Alara walked into the hospital with the two tall men beside her.
Bumping into someone she stumbled back ,one of them holding her steady.
"Thanks , Aaron" she smiled.
The other guard grabbed the one who had bumped into Alara.
"Watch where you are going " yelled Shawn.
"Shawn don't , it was my fault " said Alara.
"Am sorry ...didn't see where I was going " the woman apologised.
Alara apologized too noticing the familiar face.
"Ritah ...?" She called.
Ritah looked up to see Alara .
"Oh...it's you " she smiled.
Alara moved hugging her. Since the incident with Adrian, Rae has forbidden her to contact or meet anyone connected to the organisation until she was due with the baby .
They found a quiet place to sit and chatted.
Aaron stayed back and Shawn went to get them something to eat.
"How have you been?" Ritah asked .
"Doing okay and you ?. Am sorry I didn't check on you after what happened to me ".
Ritah smiled , "i understand and what he ....to you was horrible. It's why I didn't blame your husbamd for what he did to them ".
Alara frowned.
"Ahh...Rae did something to them ?"
All he had said was that he rescued her and Adrain had ran off . Did he do more than that ?".
Ritah nodded.
"After he admitted you to the hospital ,he took Adrain and them attacked the organisation " she said.
"Huh! Attack ...when did he do this ?" She asked.
Ritah sighed explaing to her.
It was a suprise attack one we couldn't defend ourselves from. They spared anyone who had a good relationship with you but killed everyone else ,including all the presidents and assassins .
"All of them ?"
"Yes ...every one of them. They didn't leave anyone alive. We didn't know who they where ,but they where strong men . I got to know who was behind it when he finally walked in .
His face was rid of any emotions and his eyes where cold and dark....it was your husband.
Alara gulped .
Noone had told her about this ,they had all kept it from her . He had made her promise not to get in touch with anyone from there ,cause of this. He was afraid she would find out about this .
"But ...he couldn't ...he can't possible do that. His not strong...I mean his not capable of doing that ". She stammered.
How could he , that meant he could have wiped out the whole organisation in the past of he wanted to ...but ...but..
Alara gulped .
Shawn arrived with there drinks but noticed Aaron frown as he looked down at the now pale Alara.
"You okay , boss?" He asked.
"Am fine , just help me up " she said.
Taking her hand and with Ritah help too, she stood up.
"Hi, take it easy...am sorry if you didn't know about all this . I shouldnt have told you about it " said Ritah.
"No it's fine ..." She gulped her hand resting on her now visible baby bump.
She took two steps forward then staggered back.
Aaron grabbed her , "Your not okay , let's go see the doctor ' he said carrying her off her feet.
She didn't object and just let them take her to her doctor.
Ritah stayed beside her and the two worried men stood at the door after calling there boss.
