(I had this before i even thought of making this story and I think ill try to follow it for the most part but some things might change since I made this at the start of pandemic)

Leonardo: He's the leader, he loves his brothers and father. Sometimes, he thinks there should be more than just following orders and other times, he thinks it's a pain to be a leader with how his brothers never listen to him, but deep down he loves it and would never give it up. (What makes it a pain?)

LIKES: Anything that has either a tragic hero who keeps going or a leader who keeps trying even with an infallible enemy or a difficult team, Pizza(Cheese, pepperoni, whatever his brothers eat. ), Sushi, His father, Training, meditation, Holding achievements above his brother's heads, cleaning his katana,

DISLIKES: His brothers not listening to him, Being outclassed, Disrespect from anyone besides his father, People who do not follow clear rules, quiet repetitive noises, Not planning things before going in, dirty weapons, not eating sushi right

Donatello: he's the smart one and he has no problem showing or telling. Donnie loves science and if he could he would stay in his lab forever, he is most passionate about mechanics but he studies biology and chemistry along with other fields in his free time. Donnie basically built the lair from the ground up but although his brothers know all the contributions they all decide not to praise him unnecessarily less he becomes overconfident.

LIKES: Anything tech-related, classical music, a quiet space to work in (or at least noise he makes), learning new things, Pizza(vegetable and whatever his brothers eat), playing RPG video games with Mikey or Leo (Not Raph's favorite type of game) playing board games with Raph and Leo (Mikey doesn't have the patience)(Life, Monopoly, anything that doesn't involve strategy for Raph, Chess checkers shogi and anything that could represent battle strategy for leo)

DISLIKES: anyone who stops him from creating things, evil scientists(they make his life harder), being rushed, magic-related things in the real world, training, having to do repairs on destroyed inventions, Casey Jones, not being safe, 

Raphael: He's the angry one, Raph is always ready and wanting a fight (expert hand-to-hand and street fighter has incredible durability)one might even call him a battle junkie but underneath it all there is just an intense desire to protect his loved ones. Raph feels that as the turtle with the most physical strength he should be the leader as he sees it as someone who protects the team so he often clashes with Leonardo with topics of who should be the leader but deep down he knows he would not be able to lead the way Leo does.

LIKES: Being around Casey, being around his girlfriend(Alopex or Mona Lisa haven't decided), fighting, giving bad guys bad days, arcade games (Like pac-man, he has the highest score on all arcade games), pizza(with all the meat) winning, training his physical strength, playing FPS games, weapon training(Sai, tonfa, chains, flails, maces, axes, combat knives, kama), finding new ways to use mele weapons, warriors, being a bit brutal, action figures

DISLIKES: Losing, anyone who hurts his family, bad guys, not being good enough, Leo being annoying, traitors, wimps, being unable to fight back,

Michelangelo: He's the party dude if there is a way to blow off work and have fun he'll find it. Mikey is always the life of the party he always finds a way to bring smiles to his brother's faces during tense situations making him the heart of the family the only side effect is that he has a hard time ever being tense.

LIKES: Any type of food, any type of pizza, any type of party, messing with his family, playing RPGs with Donnie, being a rizzler, Halloween, humans, being lazy, comic books, action figures, superheroes 

DISLIKES: suffering, being serious, hurting innocents, seeing people hurt innocents, being alone, being uncomfortable, training, killing people without reason,

Splinter: He's The teacher. After leaving Saki for Teng Shen she developed terminal cancer Yoshi in an attempt to make treatment money volunteers his body for science experiments during one of these experiments he sees the utrom doing some shady stuff and he runs away with a tube to show the police he goes home to see that they are about to kill Shen and when they do her final breath tells him to be happy he defeats the men then retrieves the turtles he gave to shen on their anniversary to keep her company while he was out later due to circumstances he and his turtles are mutated and forced underground. That is why Splinter trains his boys so hard so he never loses them to any enemy natural or otherwise. 

LIKES: his sons, his soaps, cheese, Teng Shen, being wise, acting cool and wise, acting unaware to trick his sons, trying to reach Teng Shen in the spirit world, master Kejin, young Saki,

DISLIKES: current Saki, Utrom, his sons being lazy, his sons skipping training, his sons disobeying him, his soaps getting canceled, missing his soaps, His primal rat instincts, being unclean,

Shredder: He's the chrome dome. after his betrayal and subsequent defeat by Yoshi Saki takes The Foot to Japan and conquers it and the general crime around Asia during this time he has a kid with kitsune who promptly leaves when Karai is 4 years old without notice so Saki raises Karai alone doing a wonderful job raising her to be the best woman she could be and capable of taking over the foot if needed. Over the years saki has learned under many masters perfecting his fighting style to be something deadly and fierce giving him the moniker immortal demon a title his younger self would've loved and that his daughter loves teasing about.

DISLIKES: Yoshi, turtles, any type of betrayer, anyone who hurts his family or organization, being disappointed, losing, Krang, Chre'll, Bishop, EPF, being alone,

April: She's the friend. April is a natural sleuth with a very talented mind who isn't afraid to fight for the truth if only she could fight after getting an internship at Stocklabs she accidentally snoops around and finds stockman's shady activities which leads to her meeting the turtles and starting the series now she just needs to find time for Irma and school 

LIKES: Finding out the truth in any situation, biology, Casey Jones, the turtles, master Splinter, Irma, her family, reporting the news, 

DISLIKES People hiding the truth from her, not being free to do whatever she wants, cruelty, Stockman, Fake people, not having enough time, ignoring her friends, lying, liars, 

Casey: he's the maniac after seeing someone get mugged he decides to go and be a vigilante using his hockey skills and taking a class on engineering while reading his father's old books Casey builds a suit and mask to go out and beat bad guys

Likes: beating bad guys, hanging with Raph, being around April messing with Donnie or Irma, hockey, skating, building cool weapons

Dislikes: Bad guys, dealing with big threats, being blown off, farm work, studying, being covert, creepy stuff, losing,

Bebop: he's the brains of the operation however small his might be. Bebop and Rocksteady are orphans who grew up together although they never went to school they joined the military and were dishonorably discharged 6 years later for killing unnecessarily after that bebop proposed the idea of forming a gang so no one could kick them out they operated like this for 5 years before shredder found them and mutated them into a mutant warthog and rhino

Rocksteady: He's the Brawns of the operation as an orphan he always protected Bebop while he thought of the plans to fight back and although both lack common sense they have been able to survive many threats. bebop doesn't need protection now and he has it all thanks to the shredder,

Bishop: Agent John Bishop has been a founding member of the E.P.F since September 6, 1793, Due to his early life Agent Bishop has a hatred of all alien and Unnatural life Coupled with his status as head of the E.P.F there is virtually no one to stop him from performing cruel experiments on any " aberrations" he finds. Although his methods are extreme no one can deny they provide results. Many experiments have tried to figure out how Bishop maintains his immortality but none have been truly successful, the best results being Agent Ravenwood Sr and Jr. Due to all of these factors agent bishop is practically untouchable he is indispensable to the protection of the world while also having the thing the government wants most in the world immortality.

Ravenwood SR: Agent Christine Ravenwood has been a shadow member of the D.H.S., a member of the E.P.F and a bodyguard/advisor to the president since (haven't decided yet) recruited from the (still haven't decided yet) war due to her displays of overwhelming might and tactical knowledge she was first a volunteer who allowed herself to be experimented on by E.P.F scientists using Agent Bishops D.N.A becoming able to control her muscles around her body able to control anything below her head this gives her incredible strength she prefers to remain in a more muscular state giving off a overwhelming presence. Agent Ravenwood believes that mutants and Unnatural life should be reasoned with and integrated into society for a better future

Ravenwood Jr: Agent Ravenwood Jr was a child experiment of E.P.F volunteered by Ravenwood Sr before birth. Born with abilities Ravenwood Jr is very adept in using them in creative way having the same powers as her mother Ravenwood Jr is a much better user of them in combat being able to control her muscles to a much higher degree. As a young child Ravenwood Jr became attached to agent bishop working hard to become his partner due to this she has very similar thoughts on mutants and Unnatural life as Agent Bishop which has estranged her and her mother so as a duo her and bishop both don't like Ravenwood Sr and openly defy her decisions. Ravenwood Jr has had pink hair since birth and since running away and seeing some magical girl anime she has adopted it as her personality she is a very loud showy person seemingly not fit for agent work but when in field she becomes am experienced agent almost capable of following orders without being told.

LIKES: beating scum, being around agent bishop, agent bishop but not in the weird way she just thinks he's cool,anime specifically magical girls and mecha, being praised by agent bishop,messing with her mother, cats, furry animals,

DISLIKES: her mother, aliens, being scolded by bishop, having to be muscular hurting furry animals, small lizards(Fear) 🦎, big lizards(Hate)🐉, missing episodes of animes,having to be serious 

Krang : As a prince Krang always felt he had a greater purpose he would 

LIKES: inflicting harm, nagging the shredder, making evil plans, being in a place of power, 

DISLIKES: Being undermined, being weak, being vulnerable, 

Kejin Yuuta: The master of both Hamato Yoshi and Oroku Saki gets old and dies when they are only 12 years old.
