Arash was a 21-year-old guy living an average life. He worked as a simple laborer in a fast-food chain, earning just enough to get by. His routine was monotonous: work from morning till evening, then spend the rest of his time at home.
Despite his mundane job, Arash was actually quite intelligent. However, he was content with his current lifestyle and didn't feel the need to strive for anything better.
One day, while moving boxes at work, Arash overheard two coworkers talking.
Coworker 1: "You know, my neighbor won the lottery last year. His life completely turned around—new house, new car, the works. I'm thinking about buying a ticket myself. Who knows, maybe luck will smile on me too."
Coworker 2: "Yeah, you should. Worst-case scenario, you lose a few bucks. Best-case scenario, you never have to work here again."
Arash couldn't help but be intrigued. What if I tried my luck too? he thought. The idea of never having to work another day was too tempting to ignore. He started fantasizing about lounging at home all day, sipping on overpriced coffee, and binge-watching anime without a care in the world.
Weeks later, the lottery results were announced. Arash checked his ticket, and his heart nearly exploded. He had won! The excitement was overwhelming.
"WOOOO! I'M RICH!" he yelled, dancing like a maniac in the middle of the street. Unfortunately, his celebration was short-lived as a speeding truck ended it all.

Arash opened his eyes and found himself face-to-face with a well-dressed man with white hair, white wings, and a sharp black suit. The man exuded an otherworldly elegance.
Arash: "Who... Who the hell are you? Don't tell me I'm dead. Oh, screw this rotten luck! Winning the lottery only to die right after? That's just cruel!"
The winged man chuckled.
Angel: "Calm down, young soul. I am one of the divine messengers of the Almighty. You are here to begin the process of reincarnation."
The angel snapped his fingers, and a giant spinning wheel appeared out of thin air. It was labeled with the names of various worlds: Marvel, DC, Harry Potter, Dragon Ball, One Piece, Naruto, and more.
Arash's eyes widened. "Wait... You mean I'm going to be reincarnated in one of these worlds? Like in those isekai anime?"
The angel smiled. "Exactly. Spin the wheel, and let fate decide your destination."
Arash grinned. "This is just like an anime! So, do I get some cool powers too?"
The angel raised an eyebrow, surprised by Arash's calm demeanor. Most souls reacted with shock or disbelief in such situations, but Arash seemed oddly... excited. Curious, the angel double-checked his file. Everything seemed normal—Arash had lived a decent life, wasn't particularly selfish, and had good karma. Still, something felt off.
Angel: "Yes, your karma allows you three wishes before reincarnation. If your karma were slightly better, you could've had four. A shame, really. Now, step up and spin the wheel."
Arash approached the wheel and gave it a mighty spin.
"Please be a good world, please be a good world, please be a good world…" he muttered, eyes shut tight.
When the wheel slowed to a stop, he opened his eyes to see the word "Naruto" written on it.
Angel: "Ah, an interesting choice! You'll be reincarnated as a character in the Naruto universe. Now, what are your three wishes?"
Arash scratched his head, deep in thought. After several minutes, he finally spoke.
Arash: "For my first wish, I want a mental library with special features that grants me access to all the knowledge from the Naruto universe, the One Piece universe, and my original world. You can read my mind if you need clarification."
The angel nodded, mildly impressed. "Interesting... I can understand the knowledge from Naruto and your world—chakra techniques and technology, respectively. But why One Piece?"
Arash smirked. "Check out my second wish, and you'll see why. For my second wish, I want the ability to use and master all three types of Haki, along with one of the finest swords from the One Piece universe."
The angel chuckled. "Intriguing. And your final wish?"
Arash: "For my third wish, I want the ability to evolve and adapt. For example, if I'm training to control my chakra, I want my evolution ability to speed up my progress. Or if I'm physically training, I want the adaptation ability to make my body adjust efficiently. Oh, and I'd like to know how long each evolution or adaptation will take."
The angel's eyes gleamed with interest. "Your third wish is fascinating, but I'll have to tone it down slightly. Your abilities will depend on your body's limits. If you push yourself wisely, you could surpass expectations. As for your mental library, there will be some restrictions—you'll need to master lower-ranked techniques before accessing higher ones. Lastly, about the sword..."
The angel leaned closer, grinning. "I have a better idea. How about I create a custom sword for you? It'll be bound to your soul, so no one else can use it. You can summon it anytime, anywhere, and it'll grow stronger alongside you. If damaged, it'll repair itself using your chakra. This sword could become far more powerful than any blade in One Piece. What do you say?"
Arash's jaw dropped. "Seriously? That's... awesome! But isn't this a bit too generous?"
Angel: "Not at all. I'm simply using your accumulated good karma."
After designing the sword with the angel, Arash finalized his wishes.

Angel: "Anything else? No changes to your wishes?"
Arash: "Nope, I'm good. Honestly, I expected more restrictions."
Angel: "By the way, you're one of the rare souls who didn't ask for a system."
Arash shrugged. "Nah, I'm not a fan of systems. I'd rather rely on my own effort—with a little cheat power—than be dependent on an external mechanism."
Angel: "Fair enough. Now, what name, appearance, and timeline would you like?"
Arash: "I want to look like Shanks from One Piece. As for the timeline, I want to be born in the same generation as Naruto and Sasuke."
The angel smiled. "Very well. Let's begin."
He chanted an incantation, and a bright light enveloped Arash.
Angel: "Your memories will be sealed temporarily. A newborn's brain can't handle that much information. Also, the Naruto world you're entering might differ slightly from what you know, so be prepared for surprises."
Arash nodded as the light grew brighter, and his body began to fade.
Angel: "Good luck, young soul. May your new life be extraordinary."
