Chapter 11 - Draguel territoy

Satisfied with his visit to the Holy Empire of Lubelius, Beerus decided his next destination would be Draguel's territory. To announce his impending arrival, he once again sent Zerna ahead to deliver the message.

Zerna's Arrival in Draguel's Territory

The barren and desolate landscape of Draguel's territory was striking, a direct consequence of the catastrophic battle between Guy Crimson and Milim Nava that had razed much of the vegetation and life in the area. As Zerna arrived, her presence immediately drew attention. The guards, recognizing her as one of Beerus's subordinates, quickly informed Draguel of her arrival.Draguel, knowing of Beerus's overwhelming power from the events at Walpurgis, instructed his guards to act with respect and ensure that Zerna was treated with utmost courtesy. "Do nothing foolish," he warned. "Escort her to me and show her proper hospitality."

This unusual reception caught Zerna slightly off guard. Accustomed to hostility or suspicion, she was surprised at the respectful treatment. Without resistance, the guards guided her to Draguel's chambers.Once before Draguel, Zerna greeted him with the poise and confidence befitting one of Beerus's subordinates. "Lord Draguel," she began, her voice calm but authoritative, "my master, Lord Beerus, wishes to visit your territory. I am here to inform you and ensure you are prepared to receive him."

Draguel, towering and imposing, nodded thoughtfully. "Very well," he said, his deep voice echoing through the room. "We will prepare to welcome him. Ensure your lord knows we will offer him the respect he deserves."

Turning to his aides, Draguel issued commands to prepare a grand feast. "This is a rare guest," he said firmly. "We will make every effort to ensure his visit goes smoothly. No one is to do anything foolish."Beerus's Arrival

A few hours later, Beerus and his two subordinates descended upon Draguel's territory, their presence commanding attention. The guards greeted them with utmost reverence, their demeanor conveying a mix of fear and respect. It felt as though a king—or something far greater—was being welcomed.

The guards escorted Beerus and his companions to Draguel's grand meeting hall, where Draguel and his younger brother awaited them. Draguel, seated upon a massive throne that seemed to mirror his immense size, rose to greet Beerus as he entered.

"Lord Beerus," Draguel said, inclining his head slightly in respect, "welcome to my territory. Please, have a seat."Beerus observed the giant demon lord with mild interest. Draguel's sheer presence was formidable, but Beerus's unshakable confidence radiated as he took a seat, flanked by Zerna and Erza.

The Conversation

Draguel, proving to be more than just brute strength, engaged Beerus in conversation, displaying a sharp mind and a measured demeanor. The two discussed various topics, from the current state of Draguel's territory to his role as its protector.

Draguel spoke openly about his history, sharing stories of his past. He recounted the days when he and his brother, Fenn, had been a single, three-headed giant, feared and revered by many. He explained how Veldanava had separated them, a divine act intended to bring balance to their chaotic nature."Fenn," Draguel said, his tone tinged with sadness, "is still as reckless as ever. He's sealed in a prison, and it's my duty to ensure he remains there. I am also tasked with guarding the Heaven Tower, a responsibility I take seriously."

Beerus listened intently, impressed by Draguel's sense of duty and the weight he bore. Despite his rough exterior, Draguel proved to be a thoughtful and honorable leader.

The Feast

After their conversation, the grand feast began. The dining hall was filled with an abundance of food and drink, a display of hospitality befitting a visit from someone of Beerus's stature. Beerus, ever the glutton, indulged in the offerings with enthusiasm, savoring the various dishes.Draguel watched with a mix of amusement and respect, noting how even in his moments of indulgence, Beerus exuded an aura of authority and power. Zerna and Erza, though more reserved, also partook in the feast, enjoying the moment of reprieve.

Farewell

As the night drew to a close, Beerus rose from his seat, signaling the end of his visit. Draguel stood as well, bowing his head slightly.

"It was an honor to host you, Lord Beerus," Draguel said. "If ever you require my assistance, do not hesitate to call upon me."

Beerus smirked faintly. "I'll keep that in mind," he said, his tone carrying an air of finality. With that, Beerus and his subordinates departed, leaving Draguel and his people in awe of the powerful entity they had just entertained. The encounter left a lasting impression on Draguel, who knew that Beerus's presence in the world would bring about significant change—whether for better or worse remained to be seen.
