Chapter 126 - Discovering the Wonders of Origin Mall

"Alright, alright, stop arguing," Murong Haitang said with a wave of her hand, signaling for the students to calm down.

She smiled warmly and continued, "Regarding Origin Mall, I already mentioned it yesterday, and some of your classmates have seen it for themselves."

The students nodded, though many of them still harbored skepticism about the shop's supposed wonders.

Murong Haitang glanced at Gu Yunxi and said, "Yunxi was here yesterday. Let her show you around and explain the details."

Gu Yunxi nodded and addressed her classmates, "The items in the shop are displayed on the shelves, each with a detailed description below. Take your time to look around."

With that, the students split into groups of two or three, exploring the shelves with curiosity.

"In truth, everything in the shop isn't just effective—it tastes incredible, too," Han Yang remarked with a grin, recalling his own experience.

"It's just a pity that you can only buy each item once per day," Su Tianxuan added, shaking his head in mock regret.

"Huh? There's a limit?" one of the students asked, clearly puzzled.

"Whoever heard of a shop that restricts how much customers can buy?" another chimed in, frowning.

"Look behind you," Xiao Cheng said, pointing to a small whiteboard on the wall behind them.

The students turned to see a board filled with neatly written rules.

"So many rules…" a girl muttered, her lips twitching in disbelief.

"Without these rules, the shop's inventory would probably sell out in no time. What would the rest of the customers do then?" another student pointed out.

Hearing this, several nodded in agreement. It was a fair argument.

As they browsed, the quiet atmosphere of the shop was soon replaced by the sound of excitement.

"Boss, I want to buy a cola and spicy strips!"

"Boss, I want everything in the store!"

"Boss…"

One by one, the students approached Luo Chuan to pay for their chosen items with spirit crystals. Luo Chuan accepted their payments calmly and efficiently, feeling pleased with the shop's steady progress. Judging by the current rate of customers, completing the system's main task within 50 days didn't seem so difficult.

After purchasing their items, some students couldn't wait to try them out.

A student eagerly opened a bottle of cola, the sound of gas escaping with a sharp hiss.

"Huh!"

The unexpected noise startled the others.

"Is this drink alive or something?" one exclaimed.

"That's amazing!" another added, eyes wide in wonder.

Han Yang snorted, his tone dripping with superiority. "You're all making such a fuss. It's just a drink." Yet his own reaction yesterday had been no different.

Meanwhile, another student tore open a pack of spicy noodles and took a bite. His eyes widened in astonishment.

"This flavor… it's incredible!" he exclaimed.

"Not only is it delicious, but my spiritual power just improved a level!" another chimed in, staring at their hands in disbelief.

"Exactly! As the boss mentioned, the spicy noodles can even help with breakthroughs," Jiang Wanshang said, her voice muffled as she stuffed more spicy noodles into her mouth.

Hearing this, the other students turned to Luo Chuan for confirmation.

He nodded slightly. "It's true."

The students were stunned. Items that could improve cultivation while tasting delicious? It was almost too good to be true.

Soon, a new commotion broke out.

"Hey, this pack of spicy noodles is way too small! I'm already finished!"

"Yeah, it's not enough! Hey, you haven't finished yours yet. How about selling it to me?"

"No way! I'm saving mine for later!"

"I'll pay 500 spirit crystals for it. Sell it to me!"

Hearing the heated conversation, Luo Chuan's interest was piqued.

The thought struck him: the prices of the items in his shop were relatively low. What if someone started reselling them at inflated prices?

It seemed the shop's rules, while strict, might need further consideration.
