Chapter 3 - Chapter 3

This system is a bit...

First, let's rule out option three. Kiku-fuku was just eaten, and it's too sweet. Besides, with the power of Sharingan, why would I need to use anything like talk-no-jutsu?

Tsunade's original black stockings are certainly... Wow!

But who could resist the Eight Inner Gates that almost kicked Madara to death in the 3rd Ninja War.

Natsuki Riu already had a decision in mind.

Huh? There's even a long-term mission?

The Akatsuki organization? Now that's something he knows well! This is the most popular and mysterious group in Naruto, both cool and shrouded in secrecy!

The iconic red cloud cloak gives off an overwhelming pressure just by standing there!

And the reward? An Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan! Looks like after joining Jujutsu High, I'll have to slowly work on poaching...

If Gojo Satoru found out I was poaching, would he be furious? Or maybe I should just figure out how to pull Gojo over to my side...

Natsuki Riu shook his head. Right now, he needed to complete the mission and get the Eight Gates first!

"Let's go inside, Gojo-sensei."

Under the pale moonlight.

Unconscious on the ground was Itadori Yuji, but when his eyes opened, it wasn't him.

It was the King of Curses, Ryomen Sukuna!

With just a slight movement, Sukuna tore apart the cursed spirit's arm with ease.

Black curse marks appeared on his face and arms, exuding an overwhelming presence.

"My finger… it belongs to me… give it back!"

The massive cursed spirit's grotesque body lunged forward, determined to devour its prize.

"Annoying vermin."

Sukuna formed a claw with his hand and swiped through the air. The cursed spirit's enormous body was instantly shredded into countless pieces!

Chunks of flesh scattered like rain as purple blood splattered the ground.

With just one move, Sukuna annihilated the Grade 1 cursed spirit that had pushed Fushiguro Megumi into a desperate situation!

"Hahaha… HAHAHAHA!!!"

"Ah, moonlight feels so much better when experienced firsthand!"

Stripping off his shirt, Sukuna threw his head back, basking in the moonlight, his face twisted into an ecstatic grin.

He pushed his hair back, spreading his arms wide. "Oh? So this is the world a thousand years into the future? I can sense so many tantalizing presences!"

Ryomen Sukuna, the King of Curses!

A thousand years ago, during the golden age of jujutsu, countless sorcerers sought to eliminate him, only to fail and add to the mountain of corpses under his feet.

This was the worst-case scenario to come true.

Fushiguro Megumi stared at the transformed Itadori Yuji with a complex expression.

Sukuna shifted his gaze to Megumi. "Well, I suppose it's your turn now."

Just as Sukuna was about to strike…

SLAP!

Itadori Yuji's palm smacked across his face.

"What the hell? This is my body!"

"Huh? You can still… Damn it! My body won't listen to me. I was just starting to enjoy the moonlight!"

Sukuna's voice echoed inside, filled with frustration.

Two seconds later, the malevolent aura dissipated, and the extra eyes and marks on Itadori's body vanished.

"Hey, Fushiguro, what happened?"

Fushiguro crouched on the ground, forming a combat stance. "Sorry, but according to jujutsu regulations, I… I have to exorcise you!"

"Let me see what's going on here."

Suddenly, Natsuki Riu and Gojo Satoru appeared beside them.

Relieved, Fushiguro exclaimed, "Gojo-sensei, you're finally here!"

"Hm? And this is…?"

Seeing Natsuki Riu's unfamiliar face, Fushiguro turned to Gojo.

Gojo smiled and gestured dramatically. "Ta-da! This is Natsuki Riu, the genius sorcerer I just recruited. Handsome, isn't he?"

Natsuki chuckled and greeted Fushiguro, who looked just like he had imagined—black spiky hair, proud yet kind-hearted.

He decided to leave a good impression since Fushiguro could be a future member of his "Akatsuki" organization.

Gojo then turned his attention to the shirtless and confused Itadori.

"Where's the Special-Grade Finger? Still intact?"

Itadori looked sheepish. "Uh… sorry. I ate it."

After Fushiguro explained the situation, Gojo's reaction was unexpected—he seemed excited.

"So, Fushiguro, do you want him dead?"

Fushiguro hesitated, then shook his head. "No, I don't want him to die."

"What about you, Natsuki-kun?"

"I don't want him to die either," Natsuki replied thoughtfully, then added, "But can I spar with Sukuna? Consider it an entrance exam."

Everyone was stunned.

Fushiguro immediately objected. "That's impossible! Even with just one finger's power, Sukuna is still a Special Grade! How can you let a rookie face such a risk?"

"How bold," Gojo mused, glancing at Natsuki. "You could die, you know. Are you sure?"

Natsuki began stretching. "Well, you're here, right?"

"Haha, interesting." Gojo raised ten fingers. "Ten moves. If you last ten moves against Sukuna, you pass."

"What?! Gojo-sensei, how can you let a rookie face a Special Grade cursed spirit?!"

Fushiguro was on the verge of losing it. First Natsuki's insanity, now Gojo was playing along.

The jujutsu world had finally recruited someone new, and they were about to lose him already?

Gojo casually waved his hand. "Relax. I'll be watching closely nothing will happen."

For him, saving someone from Sukuna, even with just one finger, was child's play.

Still, he was curious to see what Natsuki could do. What kind of jujutsu had this newcomer awakened to give him such confidence?

"Alright, Itadori, let Sukuna out to play," Natsuki said, activating his Sharingan.

His black pupils turned crimson, transforming into the intricate Mangekyō design.

Natsuki's confidence was well-placed. With Kamui's passive intangibility, he was in no real danger.

As long as he didn't attack and deactivate the intangibility, Sukuna could do nothing to him.

This was an exciting opportunity—his very first battle after transmigrating, and it was against Sukuna himself!

Itadori hung his head silently.

Moments later, a violent aura erupted as black curse marks reappeared, and extra eyes formed on his face.

"Heh, the jujutsu sorcerers of this era are surprisingly arrogant," Sukuna sneered.

"Scary~" Gojo teased, pretending to tremble. "The King of Curses is angry~"

Fushiguro's face darkened as he looked at his new junior, deeply worried.

Sukuna cracked his neck, bones popping audibly. "I'll kill all of you!"

He vanished and reappeared in front of Natsuki, claws aimed straight for his heart.

Natsuki stood still, letting Sukuna's attack connect.

Fushiguro panicked. He knew it! How could an untrained sorcerer dodge Sukuna's strike?

Clenching his fists, Fushiguro begged internally for Gojo to intervene. It would be too late if he waited any longer!

Gojo furrowed his brow. Was it a lack of training? Was Natsuki unable to react?

Just as Gojo moved to help, something unexpected happened.

Natsuki stepped forward, and Sukuna's claws passed through him harmlessly.

"What?! They went through?" Sukuna froze in disbelief, staring at his arm, which had seemingly pierced through a projection.

Fushiguro's eyes widened in shock.

His claws… just phased through?

What kind of jujutsu was this?

No, there wasn't any cursed energy fluctuation—Natsuki hadn't activated any technique.

But how was that possible?!

Gojo lowered his blindfold slightly, exposing one of his Six Eyes. He fixated on Natsuki's crimson Mangekyō.

The warped fluctuations earlier… were caused by those eyes, weren't they?

What kind of power resided in those eyes?

Meeting Natsuki's gaze, Gojo felt as if he were sinking into a swamp, countless bloody hands dragging him into the depths of hell.

For the first time, the Six Eyes sensed a threat.

Smirking, Gojo pulled his blindfold back up. "Impressive! You are worthy of being my student."

Natsuki Riu stood his ground, unfazed by Sukuna's relentless attacks.

At the same time, he didn't forget to taunt him, since the system's task was to mess with Sukuna's state of mind.

A somewhat fatigued Sukuna retreated in a flash, barely suppressing the fury boiling within.

The mighty King of Curses, mocked by a mere brat!

Was this some kind of space spell?

"Although I can't land a hit on you, why don't you attack me?"

"Are you afraid? Or perhaps… you lack any offensive capabilities? Hahaha!"

Sukuna had roughly figured out Natsuki Riu's ability.

From start to finish, he hadn't launched a single attack. Even when Sukuna deliberately left openings, Natsuki didn't react—only defending, never attacking!

Natsuki raised an eyebrow slightly. Come to think of it, he hadn't used the space distortion technique in his left eye yet, had he?

A faint smirk curled at his lips. "No offensive capabilities, you say?"
