Third Person's POV
Kira Serenas is an 18 year-old Princess born the Imperial Family of Serenas, a Mermaid Kingdom where mermaids and mermans have the ability to have legs and feet the moment they turn 18.
Just reaching the age, she was then given a task to go up and live on the land of Humans to finish her studies andnto find her older brother, Kiyoshi who was supposedly up there to finish his royal studies, but is yet to come home after 3 years of being a graduate.
With her dual purpose, Kira was just at lost on where to start, especially when she has no one to ask help.

Kira's POV
Just 2 days ago, I was still enjoying the party my parents had organized for my coming of age, and now, I am here in the Land of Humans, to study and find Kiyoshi.
"Ugh! What should I do? I don't even know how things work in this place." I groaned to myself, as I stood in front of the University gates.
Back home I was told that Humaria University is a prestigious university for nobilities of both humans and different kinds of species, like me. It was said that this place doesn't have any discrimination towards any other species but who knows if that's true, so I rolled my eyes and sat on a bench near the gates.
Killing time as I wait for someone to come and open the gate, I fiddled with my hair and started singing. I was so into it until someone poked my shoulder. "Hi! Are you a new student too?" The lady asked.
Nodding, I stood up. "Y-yes! B-but I'm afraid to enter the gates alone so I figured to wait for someone to come with."
Smiling shyly, she nods. "Let's go together then. Who knows, we might end up being roommates too."
Smiling and nodding back, I then went inside with her, and as we are walking towards the dorms, she then pulled out a small piece of paper from her pocket.
"What's that?" I asked.
She then looked at me, as if confused. "It's the dormitory permit. Don't you have one?"
After hearing her say that, I remembered that my Mom told me about it and I slid it on my cleavage to make sure it won't get lost, pulling it out, the lady looked at me amused.
Giggling, I told her. "Sorry, it's a bad habit of Mermaids, we really don't have any pockets on our tails, so it's the safest"
"Oh so you're a Mermaid, that's good to know, I am a Fairy." She said, now giggling too.
"So, what your name? Mine is, Kira." I introduced myself.
Smiling, she replied. "Mikazuki."
Nodding and smiling at her, we continued to walk to the dorms and as we get closer, I stopped. "Did you hear that?" I asked.
"Heard what?" She asked back.
Looking around, I get back walking. "I can hear someone fighting."
"A-a fight? then we shouldn't get involved." She said.
"But I have a feeling that we should help." I replied, still looking for where does the sound come from.
Walking towards to back of the dorms, I then heard a lady whimpering. Curious, I walked a bit more, but Mikazuki suddenly pulled me. "You should stop, Kira. We don't know what's going on."
"But what if she needs help? Can you hear her whimper?" I asked in a whisper.
Sighing, Mikazuki, said. "Let's see from the distance, we can't just barged in, you know?"
Nodding, the both of us then peeked from the corner of the wall, and there we saw a cat-lady on the ground, being touched surrounded by 3 guys.
Boiling in anger, I told Mikazuki. "You're a fairy, right? Can you go smaller and told the lady to cover her ears?"
Still a bit confused, she just looked at me, but in the end, she still obliged. Both of them covering their ears. I then, started singing a lullaby to make those bastard fall asleep.
Once done, I then hurried toward them and attended to the lady, it was until another lady showed up.
"She's in heat." The other lady said.
"How do you know?" Mikazuki asked.
"I'm a beast woman." The lady said, carrying the Cat-Lady in her arms. "we need to take her to the infirmary, can you guys please bring her things?"
Nodding, Mikazuki and I then followed her to the infirmary to get the Cat-Lady checked. Arriving there, we were then welcomed by five guys, and a Doctor who looked so familiar.
"Kiyoshi/ Kira?" We said at the same time.
Confused the other guys and the ladies I am with, looked at us suspiciously.
Sighing, Kiyoshi cleared his throat and patted my head. "Calm down everyone, we aren't a couple or something. This cute little lady here is my younger sister."
All nodding in agreement, I then told him about the cat-lady and then told us that he'll handle her on his own, and three of us should come with the school council to fetch the guys who harmed her.
Leading them towards the back of the dormitory, each of the guys introduced themselves and did the same.
"Kira, isn't it?" The guy named, Kei asked, he brows raised, eyeing me head to toe.
Nodding, I looked at him. "Yes, why?"
"Nothing, I just can't find anything similar with you and the Doctor." He commented with a straight face.
Shrugging, I ignored what he said and continued walking, while on the other hand, Mikazuki and Yui are now both sandwiched by the other guys, named, Rui, Toruu, and the twins Zeno and Zero.
Mindlessly walking back to the infirmary to see Kiyoshi, I ended up stumbling into a hump, making me lose my balance.
"Watch out." Kei said, quickly pulling me back up.
Witnessing my clumsiness and his heroic act, the guys cheered. "That's our President for you! So quick to act." Toruu said, nudging Rui from the side.
Laughing, Rui replied. "Yeah, just look at those arms holding her waist."
Hearing them tease us, Kei immediately retreated his arms and walked ahead of us.
Chuckling, Zero then commented. "Oh looked at him go, all flustered."
Smirking, Zeno put his arms around Yui then looked at me. "Guess the President had found a new favorite."
My brows raised, I then pulled my friends away from them and dragged them away to the infirmary.
"Kira, isn't that rude to just leave them like that?" Mikazuki asked.
Agreeing, Yui seconded. "Yeah! We could have at least told them we're going a head."
"But they're being rude to us, too. I mean, aren't you guys bothered that they acting so familiar to us?" I asked them back.
The both of them shrugged and all I can do was to sigh. Walking towards the infirmary, Yui suddenly stopped walking, blushing. "I think they're not done yet."
"Huh? how do you know?" I asked curiously.
Biting her lips, Yui replied. "I just know. Maybe we should head back to the dorms first and let your big bro treat her some more."
Nodding, the three of us then walked back again until we bumped into the School Council.
"Going back to the dorms? should we guys walk you?" Rui asked.
I was about to shake my head to decline, but the guys started getting our stuffs. "We can't let our precious freshmen carry heavy stuffs, right?" Toruu then said.
Nodding, the twins, Zeno and Zero then get Mikazuki and Yui's luggage then all walked together, leaving me behind, speechless.
I really got no idea to what is happening right now, but all I can see is I'm being left out.
"Stop staring at them and go walk! Are you planning to walk alone?" Kei then said, appearing from nowhere.
"Tsk! can't you guys just leave us alone?" I hissed at him, as I started walking.
Following me, he said. "Not a chance. We were specifically asked to look for the four Princesses of the other side, and coincidentally, you four just appeared right before our eyes."
Raising a brow, I looked back at him. "By four you mean, me, Mikazuki, Yui and that Cat-girl?"
Nodding, he walked past me. "So from now on, we would be appearing in front of you guys, whether you like it or not."
Annoyed, I just walked behind him, pouting.
Reaching the dorms, they then asked for our Dormitory Permit, so we handed it to them, and they walked us to our rooms.
"Do you really have to walk me to the room?" I asked because Kei is the only one accompanying me.
Looking at me with his piercing eyes, he shrugged. "Can't you just shut up and let me do job?"
Pouting even more, I walked after and he just followed me. "It's here, hand me my key!" I told him.
Shaking his head, he leaned in and looked at me in the eye. "Are you really a Princess? Because I can't see your manners at all."
Annoyed enough, I rolled my eyes before asking again. "Can you please hand me my key?"
Smirking, he nod, but before he do so, he got the spare key and put inside his pocket. "All done, you may go ahead. Sleep well, my Princess." He said, winking at me at the last line.
Groaning, I immediately opened the door and locked myself inside, self-reflecting the things that happened today, including how I met my Brother in my first day here.
Sighing, I flopped down on my bed, quickly dozing off, completely forgetting that I haven't eaten anything yet since arriving the land.
Waken up by a continuous knocking, I got no choice but to get up and open the door for whoever it is. "What?" I drowsily asked, yawning.
Lifting my face up, I then see Kei's annoyed face. "Are you that sleepy that you forgot that you have to go down for dinner?" He asked.
Guilty, I looked away, saying. "Can't I just skip for tonight?"
Raising his brows at me, he said. "To be scold by your brother? No, thank you! So get the hell out there, we're going down!"
Putting back my shoes on, I then get out. Locking my door, he then dragged me downstairs and took me to the cafeteria.
"Do you really have to drag me? You're hurting my wrist." I complained.
"Yes, and I don't care! It will be my fault if you didn't get to eat tonight." He replied without even batting an eye at me.
Once we reached the cafeteria, Mikazuki and Yui waved at me, but the guys were looking at me with amusement. Now that I'm sitting down with them, Kei then immediately left to get some food.
Chuckling, Rui leaned in to me. "So, how was it to be woken up by the angry president?
"Yeah! He was so furious when we told him that you're still not here." Toruu then seconded, now leaning forward to me too.
Sighing, I replied. "It's fine, he just scolded me for me a bit and dragged me here."
Those two were about to speak again when a tray of food suddenly appeared right into my face. Putting it down, Kei then sat beside me, immediately making them retreat.
"Let's eat!" He said, then of course, all of us started digging in.
While eating, it was only then I realized how the twins are particularly being nice to Mikazuki and Yui.
Probably seeing me staring at them, Kei said. "Stop staring, you'll make them uncomfortable."
"Well I'm the one uncomfortable! Why do I have to sit beside you!" I replied.
Not happy with the tone of my voice, he then raised his eyebrows at me. "I'm doing you a favor, okay? Stop picking at me and eat up."
Rolling my eyes at him, I just continued eating and once we are done, he told the others to take Yui and Mikazuki back to the dorms, while he lead me to the infirmary.
Entering the Infirmary, he said. "You guys talk, I'll go wait here to walk you back."
