Leaning weakly on the wall Mike lacked the energy to even move his arms. "Can't believe I nearly died from an attack of a dead beast. Actually if it were completely dead it would not have attacked. Unknown to him the moment he was attacked the creature released part of its supernatural genes into his body. Supernatural Energy from the creature slowly evading Mikes body after awakening the system. Repairing and merging genes in his body. Mike has long passed out before the healing process begun. Due to pain he could not keep himself awake. His body gradually went through an endless cycle of breaking, merging and repair before exhausting the left over energy to give him a new body. Since he isn't dead, why not make a little profit from this bastards head after all it nearly caused his death. Gripped with fear due to last nights experience Mike backed off with extreme speed surpassing that of a normal human. Mike silently stared at the system interface a bit confused. From the knowledge he has gathered and looking at his system now, there seem to be some changes which makes his system a bit different from the conventional system he has read about.
His race has been changed from human to human- hybrid and the limit of every normal LV1 stat is 4 in all aspect with the extra points of 3 after every upgrade until LV20. But with his stats Mike can say he is at the extreme level of LV1. Not comparable to a LV2 but much better than most LV0 and LV1. Gene assimilation talent? This kind of talent has never appeared among the human race before, Mike is certain of this.
And reading the prompt below Mike had a rough idea of how his system worked. Wondering what will changes will take place if he assimilates now, Mike was eager to choose yes but stopped. Not knowing what might happen afterwards if he begins assimilation. To avoid the unexpected Mike chose not to assimilate now.
At least if he wanted to assimilate a safer place should be chosen. Feeling of strength can also boost confidence. No longer scared of the head of the dead shadow spike civet, he wrapped it in a worn out cloth found in the abandoned building and made his way home. His height increased drastically 7feet, grey fur covered every part of his body as muscles bulged tearing his cloth apart along with elongated perked up ears. His eyes became silts as grey fur appeared on the edges of his face. Finger nails replaced with silver claws. The bloody aura subsided after his transformation. Suppressing the urge to roar Mike felt power flowing through his veins.
