After he arrived back home Kevin was shocked to find an old man in his room carrying four swords wrapped in a cloth.
"I am Maki the trainer of the four swords master and the last Trinity human in existence and my only purpose for living is to protect and train the eighth four swords master." Maki the old man said as he introduced himself.
"You see there are four legendary swords created for the purpose of slaying Trinity beasts, each of these swords have their own powers, these swords are called the 'Four paths of Trinity'," he began and continued, "and I know it's a lot to take in but these swords have been passed down from the first four swords master to others for so many years all the way up to the seventh four swords master."
After he had stopped he continued to talk, "The seventh four swords master sacrificed himself in order to seal away the Trinity beasts and for a thousand years peace had been restored, but now the seal keeps weakening and now it's time for you to succeed what none of the seven four swords masters were able to achieve, now it's your turn you are the eighth four swords master."
"So you're telling me that there are four magical swords which have been passed on from generation to generation and now I'm their user, sorry but I don't believe all of this crap, no offence but I think that I should get you admitted to a mental hospital because you need some mental treatment and let's hurry before it gets worse," Kevin said in a disrespectful tone.
After Kevin responded the oldman tried another way to convince Kevin, "do you remember yesterday when you gave an old man money that was me in disguise."
Kevin then laughed at the old man and said, "see it's gotten worse I told you we should hurry and have you been stalking on me?"
"Ok you may not believe me but I'll prove it to you."
The old man then asked Kevin if he never felt like anything was calling to him when he and his friend were being chased by those two bullies, and Kevin replied by saying "well yes I did feel something," and then the old man tells Kevin that it was the swords calling out to him.
Kevin continued to laugh at the old man but then the old man unwrapped the cloth that was wrapped in the swords and Kevin began feeling like something was calling to him, needing him, that feeling was the same feeling he had felt when he was being chased by the bullies earlier.
The old man wrapped the swords again and he Kevin a shock by transforming into the old man Kevin gave his money to yesterday.
How..? What..? Why...?
All of those questions flashed in Kevin's head and slowly began to believe Maki but then many questions popped up.
"It's my power and the reason was to examine you," Maki said as if he had read his thoughts.
"Then why was I chosen Maki"
"I also don't know why the reason I just examined you was because I felt a power that only the four swords master has and so I checked to see if you're nice since every four swords master was nice."
Kevin started to believe what the old man was saying and then asked him two questions, the first question he asked Maki if he was responsible for the burning house this morning and the bullies chasing him and Maki responded with a no.
And then Kevin asked the second question " If everything you've just said is true than I ask you to tell me what are Trinity beasts and Trinity humans and where do these swords come in."
"Fine I'll tell you."
"Long ago there was a being called Trinity who had equal power to god and devil," Maki said as he began the story.
Before time even had a name for itself there was no universe and nothing existed but Trinity wanted to create his own world, like both god and devil he wanted his own universe to be filled with living beings as well.
"Nothingness huh, well I do want my own world with things and living creatures inside like God's Heaven and Devil's Hell, so I'll make my own world and call it the living world" Trinity said as he planned to create the living world. After he fully decided he used his powers and created a universe with big round objects that he called planets and on almost every planet he created living species.
"Huh I must have overused my powers too much I need to rest," Trinity said after he had overused his powers.
Trinity then started to look for a planet he could rest at and found earth he then stared at earth and said "what a good looking world I've really outdone myself".
After praising his creation he went to earth and when he reached the surface he saw the humans praising and thanking him for creating them and he was referred to as Lord Trinity.
Trinity called upon worthy humans and and gave them powers and immortality and called those humans Trinity humans and then he gave the leader of the Trinity humans 30% of his power in a visible and physical form in order to keep balance and stability in the universe and then he disappeared and went on a deep slumber for one thousand years.
Meanwhile 600 years after Lord Trinity went to his slumber the Trinity humans have kept guarding Trinity's powers and planned on returning it when Trinity has returned. As the years went by the Trinity humans started to have some tension between one another. The leader of the Trinity humans Hishikima knew that the reason of the tension was because others didn't want to return Trinity's powers to him.
Hishikima didn't know who the leader of the rebellions was and decided to research with his right hand mand Koroshi whom he trusted with his life. The tension boiled up to the point where the Trinity humans were divided onto two sides, the good side and the evil rebellious side, after having been seperated war was declared, but what was a real twist was that Hishikima's right hand Koroshi turned out to be the leader of the evil Trinity humans.
The war lasted for many years and it ended after 300 years and at the end of the war Koroshi had to beat his own master who was his mentor and a father figure to him, but he never hesitated to beat Hishikima and lock him in a dungeon, after Hishikima's imprisonment the war was won by the evil rebellious Trinity humans and Trinity's power was under their control.
With every good Trinity human being imprisoned there was no hope left.
100 years after the war Lord Trinity woke up with his powers restored and headed out to the world, he saw his creation getting more and more civilised and he became proud of his work and was more eager to see how good and nice the Trinity humans have gotten.
When Trinity arrived he saw a huge castle and entered it and upon entering the castle he saw Koroshi and approached him.
"Koroshi where is Hishikima I want to speak to him" Lord Trinity said while asking.
Koroshi and the other Trinity humans were shocked to see Lord Trinity and his immense power overwhelmed them, they all bowed down to Lord Trinity and then Koroshi in a shocked manner said, "Uhh lord Trinity so you have awakened from your slumber but I am sorry Hishikima has been imprisoned by me, the reason for that is because Hishikima was plotting on betraying you and stealing your powers so he could rule this world."
After hearing the news Lord Trinity became dissapointed at his chosen one. Koroshi then asked Lord Trinity to have lunch with them and they'll return his powers at that dinner and he agreed.
At the dinner Koroshi presented his powers to him and he became happy, Koroshi's man brought Trinity his powers but than just as he was about to absorb his powers one of Koroshi's man used a really powerful creation weapon and stabbed Lord Trinity in the back.
Furious Trinity instantly defeated Koroshi and his men and after defeating them he restored his powers and decided to punish them by placing a curse on them.
The curse was simple every person who was a member of the evil rebellious Trinity humans would get turned into beast-like monsters called Trinity beasts and he stripped all Trinity humans their immortality but the Trinity beast's immortality remained but instead only killing them would defeat them.
Lord Trinity left the living world and called a meeting with God and Devil and in that meeting Trinity signed a contract with them and that contract said: every good person that dies will go to heaven and every bad person that dies goes to hell.
After signing the contract Trinity went away and never returned, but the battle still carried on in earth and all the Trinity humans including Hishikima escaped from imprisonment, he led them to war but they still lost.
With no hope left Hishikima came up with the plan of creating four powerful swords that were to be wielded by four people and in order to create these swords the Trinity humans sacrificed 90% of their kind .When the swords were created the users arrived and restored hope to all but then all four of them were killed by Koroshi.
After the users deaths everybody lost hope but then a normal human a man called Katash came out of nowhere and wielded all four swords.
That day was the birth of the four swords master, he fought with the Trinity beasts until his death and six others came after him, the seventh four swords master sealed all of the Trinity beasts by sacrificing himself.
"After 1000 years the seal is getting weaker by the day which is why we need the eight four swords master and so it's your time to rise up Kevin ," Maki said as he finished the story.
