Chapter one
Lia glanced at Olympia,she chuckled and winked at Olivia.
"Game won!"They shouted in unison, packing all the money on the table.
Ruby one of their opponent was not having it, she nealy flipped the table over as she pointed at the three friends with her manicured finger.
"Who said you won?! Who said it? You. You triple terrible cheat!"
"Woah, Woah, Ruby the games states that whoever flips the bottled water three times without failing can win the cash here, right Buddy?"Olympia asked the game master himself.
A guy too fat for his age with a huge glasses covering his face, his name is Buddy.
"I think the rule of the game is lame."He sighed, he was only trying to get connected to his college mates.
"Too pathetic you spent your entire life saving for this cheap trio.."Ruby cut in.
"Well, we needed it,"Olivia began "and we won it fairly unlike some losers here."She ended her sentence with a nonchalant shrug.
"You!" Ruby flared up.
"I understand you're sad,jealous and angry,you don't have a friend, too bad, who can even stand someone like you.. annoying bitch!" Mia added.
"I'll tear you apart!"Before Ruby could move, Buddy stopped her, wedging her against the wall, the three friends use the opportunity to escape. It wasn't like they were afraid, They never wanted to fight or be the cause of any fight in their first year in collage.
"They're gone now.."Buddy released her, she raised her feet and stomped Buddy's foot.
He gave her a cranky smile, limbing a little away from her,"listen Ruby, I just wanted to make some friends and hang out, this is our first year and we are both taking the same class, why can't we be friends, that'd be great!"
"I rather become a school drop out than becoming your friend, is that why you spent all your money tonight? On this gathering? Just to make friends?"
"My family is rich.."
"This is collage! Who cares! You are not your parents,"She emphasized boldly,"Are you rich? Personally."
He nodded meekly, "I can take care of you, Lia,Olympia and Olivia."
"What?! you want to date all of us?! You're too greedy!"
"No!I just want us to be friends."
"What happened to the guys, are you afraid of them... Or are you gay????"
"What?. No. I."
"I don't want to be your friend, in fact stay far away from me."
"But why did you choose to play with me?"
"Oh c'mon i wanted to beat those morons ." She rolled her eyes and cat walked out.
Buddy slumped back to his seat.. Everything around him seemed far, the atmosphere become stiff and sticky around him.

"I can't believe you can flip bottles very well,"Olympia chimed, counting the money over and over again.
"It just one of my little secrets."Lia smiled.
"Wait you still have more secret?"Olivia quired.
"Tell us.."Olympia urged.
"I love my friends!"Lia chanted and the two stared at her in disbelief.
"Hey, Lia..."Someone called and they turned. A tall handsome guy on a good clothes was smiling at them.
"Can i talk to you for a second, Lia?" He was bold enough.
"What for"Olivia crossed her arms. "She doesn't like you okay?"
"I just wanted.."
"She doesn't want to, Thanks."Olivia stated and dragged Lia away.
"But that wasn't fair, Olivia, you can be too clingy you know?"Olympia said as their car drove off with Lia on the steering.
"I don't just like that guy..." Olivia murmured fastening her seat belt.
"But you never chased any guy who wants to make passes at me, your behavior could give me a wrong idea, like..."She shifted closer to her,"you're crushing on her."
Olivia slapped reached for a magazine and slapped it lightly across her face.
"I can hear you guys!"
They laughed.
"Now what are having for dinner? Cus this money can cover our one week meal."Lia asked.
"Let's order something, am famished already."Olympia said scrolling through her phone.
Their friendship formed at the first day of school resumption was just a coincidence. Lia car broke down before the school gate and Olivia helped by giving her a ride and on their way their met Olympia, who seemed to be running and walking because the class was bout to start.
That was how they hopped into a relationship, very simple and demure.
A sudden blast suddenly jolted the three friends apart. Lia matched on the brake and the car stop with a screech.
"What was that!"Olympia asked. Aghast.
"Look!" Olivia pointed at her window, she wasn't actually pointing at her window, it was the light coming from the Forest.
"What's happening?"Lia asked.
"Let's check it out."
"No, Olympia.. We can't get into the woods."Lia was shaking her head but Olivia was outside already.
"Get inside Olivia!"Lia shouted.
"What if someone is in trouble?"She asked.
"We should call the emergency team then.."Olympia suggested and Lia nodded.
"Then the person might be dead before they arrive, let's go!"
Lia and Olympia got down.
"We shouldn't go.."Lia was shaking.
"It's alright Lia, i remember you said you lost your twin in a fire outbreak, you can stay in the car we'll be back soon." Olivia said.
Lia shook her head, "No, am not staying, if someone is dying we can save her together.. Let's go."
The three friends disappeared into the woods. Not too long before a truck pulled over.
Ruby jumped down, "What are this bitches doing inside the woods? I think they're up to something, Noah."
Noah the guy that wanted to hit on Lia earlier nodded, "Let's just deal with them once and for all."
The other three guys nodded they plunged into the Forest.
A black Mercedes also stopped, making it three cars.
"This is Lia's car and Norah's car,I also saw Ruby getting into his car along with some fierce looking guy... What are they up to?"He forced himself out of his car and smoothed his messy hair, his eyes darting, contemplatively.
At the end he decided to check what was happening.
