At first glance, Shokal did not notice the bottom line, that the screen displayed. He was pre-occupied with collecting the mantis corpse.
After the mantis corpse was inside,he felt in his mind that there was an orb like thing floating inside Eden too.

Shokal was already leaving the place as he feared that soon this place would be checked by more ants.

Shokal started to understand everything clearly as golden threads from the screen started to enter his head.
"So I can revive the mantis huh.Great!"
He was still a little far from his destination so he wanted to check out the mantis corpse information too.

Shokal came back to the spot where he had ignited fire before. The place was nothing special apart from some woods, that were stacked in there.
From there, Shokal went inside Eden. The white space was cramped with various things now.
It was barely the size of a single room. So even Shokal had stored very little things, it seemed like there were many things inside.
The dead animals he collected piled up in a corner. On the opposite side there was a big liquid cube of water.
Some half lit wood were shinning brightly in the middle. Their flames got freeze in time due to the effect of Eden.
The mantis corpse made his place near the existing corpse pile. Shokal could see a bluish light orb was hovering over the corpse.
Shokal touched it with his hand and the screen popped up with some new message.
"Yes!"
Suddenly, out of nowhere thousands of golden threads manifested over the whole mantis corpse.
Shokal could see that the threads started to arrange themselves on the places where the mantis had missing limbs or wounds.
And Infront of Shokals eyes the threads took the form of the missing front arms and the half missing head.
It took a moment to finish the whole process. And now, Infront of shokal there was an alive mantis half of his height standing ,its frontal arms raised.
Its jade like exoskeleton was shining brightly with the light from the burning woods.
Shokal could now see the razor sharp blade like arms clearly . Which the mantis used before, to slice up the ants . Shokal was sure that these blades can easy separate his limbs with one strike.
The mantis was looking at shokal with its goggle like eyes and waving it's antenna. The segmented eyes were monitoring Shokal attentively.
Shokal could feel a soul bond with the mantis in his mind.The mantis was ready to obey every command Shokal would give it.
This strange sensation of understanding ones soul was kind of new to Shokal . He awkwardly ordered it to walk a little and the mantis walked stealthily.
Shokal was happy with its loyal behavior.
"It's like having a pet!"
He started giving it various commands like rolling, sitting, doing preying mantis stance when the screen popped up.

Shokal was delighted with the new message.
" Wow! Getting a familiar is already great. Now I can copy a skill too!"
"Show me the skills" Shokal ordered the screen with delightful eyes.

As Shokal spoke, some golden threads got absorbed in his body and he could feel something had changed in his legs.
He tried to jump and found that it was so easy to jump now and his legs were not making any big sounds while landing.
"Cool!"

Shokal had ordered mantis to cut the tails of the lizards he collected earlier. With a little effort mantis separated them from the bodies.
Shokal took a burning wood from inside and made a campfire outside where he was cooking the tails by placing them beside the fire with sticks.
Shokal ordered mantis to lookout for potential dangers while he was cooking. Mantis was looking around diligently with its Sharp eyesight.

Shokal was eating meat for the first time he had come to this world 4 days ago. A lot had happened in this 4 days and this was the first good meal in that time period.
" I will start hunting seriously from tomorrow. Now I have found another way to get stronger."
He looked at mantis and said," Listen buddy we're gonna hunt down a lot of ants tomorrow okay. If I'm lucky you're gonna have an ant buddy soon too."
Shokal told this things delightfully as he was happy with getting a skill and a skilled companion.
The mantis nodded at Shokal after hearing his words, indicating that it understood everything and was ready for the adventure tomorrow.
