Chapter 125 - Chapter 124: So What If I Take Them by Force?

"Got it, Boss!" Allosaurus Nolo replied in a deep, muffled voice.

Peter's foot stumbled mid-step, nearly making him fall flat on his face.

"Boss??? What kind of ridiculous title is that?"

Nolo tilted his head in confusion. "You're the boss of our boss, so doesn't that make you 'Boss'?"

…You make too much sense. I have no comeback.

"Fine, call me whatever you want. Just wake your buddy up—we're about to run."

"Got it, Boss!"

Nolo let out a low growl.

As Peter leaped into action, Nolo also sprang into motion.

He strode over to Allosaurus Sart and gave him a hard nudge. "Wake up, you idiot! Boss says we gotta get moving!"

Sart groaned, flipping onto his feet. "Damn it, Nolo! And what the hell is a 'Boss'?! Try pushing me again and see what happens!"

Nolo huffed. "Boss is the boss of our boss! You dare disobey him? Boss Norman will kill you!"

The two Allosauruses pressed their snouts together, locking eyes in a tense standoff.

"Hmph!"

At the same time, they both let out a snort and turned their heads away.

"Fine, you dumbass, what does 'Boss' want us to do?" Sart asked.

Nolo puffed out his chest. "Boss says we need to run—Boss Norman is waiting for us over there! See? I knew I was the best in Boss' and Boss Norman's hearts!"

Sart scoffed. "Tch!" But he still took off in a full sprint toward the direction Peter had indicated.

"Wait up, you idiot!" Nolo shouted, quickly following suit.

The Soldiers Panic

As the two towering, fifteen-meter-tall Allosauruses—teeth bared, claws poised—charged forward, the soldiers blocking their way began to panic.

There was no doubt about it—these were apex predators. Their sheer presence alone was enough to crush the courage of any ordinary soldier.

The commanding officer slammed his radio down onto the console, cursing.

"Damn those idiotic politicians! Even now, they still insist we take them alive?!"

"Sir, what do we do? Do we shoot or let them pass?" a nearby soldier asked.

The officer glared. "Shoot? With what?! You want me to get court-martialed by those moronic politicians?!"

The soldier hesitated. "But sir… If we let them go, they'll head straight into the city. Those things will go on a rampage!"

Across the bridge lay a bustling metropolis. If these prehistoric beasts got loose in the city, the consequences would be catastrophic.

The officer didn't care. "There are no 'buts.' If you get me court-martialed, I swear I'll put a bullet in you before they even get the chance!"

His second-in-command clenched his fists. "But that still means we failed our mission!"

The officer's expression remained cold. "I'm just following orders. Not my problem."

With that, he stood up and signaled for the soldiers to stand down.

"Damn it!" The second-in-command cursed under his breath but had no choice but to obey.

Under the officer's command, the roadblocks were cleared, and the soldiers stepped aside.

A Free Escape

Nolo and Sart had already prepared themselves for an all-out battle against these "tiny ants," but…

The enemy just let them through?

They paused for a moment, confused.

But their intelligence was on par with that of humans, and they weren't about to question a good opportunity.

Instead, they simply took off down the newly cleared path, sprinting toward their escape route.

Peter Takes Action

Meanwhile, Peter had already reached the edge of the bridge.

Without hesitation, he leaped off the side, diving straight toward the transport ship below.

Unlike the commander on the bridge, the officer in charge of the ship wasn't so accommodating.

Capturing the Allosauruses was his primary mission.

And now, this masked intruder had already stolen two of them—right in front of him.

There was no way he was letting this happen again.

"OPEN FIRE!" he barked.

RAT-TAT-TAT-TAT—!!!

A barrage of bullets erupted as every soldier on deck turned their weapons on Peter.

Countless rounds ripped through the air, streaking straight toward him.

Peter, clad in a Vibranium battle suit, had no reason to fear such an attack.

The bullets struck his suit with a crisp ding-ding-dang sound, but they failed to cause him any real harm.

On the contrary, the kinetic energy from the bullets was absorbed by the mechanisms within the Vibranium suit.

As the energy continued to accumulate, the web-like patterns on the suit began to emit a faint glow.

Peter shot out a web with his left hand while clenching his right fist.

Ever heard of a punch from the heavens?

Boom!

Just before landing, Peter's Vibranium Spider Suit—originally dyed in red and blue—burst into a dazzling purple glow, making him look like a thunder god descending from the sky.

When his body slammed onto the deck of the transport ship, an immense force erupted from his fist.

The entire vessel trembled violently.

The soldiers on board were thrown off balance, some even hurled into the air by the impact!

Swish! Swish! Swish!

Peter stood up and rapidly fired dozens of web strands, sealing the eyes of every soldier in sight—whether they were standing or had already fallen. Their guns, too, were swiftly entangled in webbing.

Within mere seconds, not a single soldier on deck was capable of firing a weapon anymore.

The scene sent waves of panic through the captain and his crew inside the bridge.

"What the hell is this monster?"

"Is that an exosuit he's wearing? Which tech company made it?"

"I heard our company has an exosuit project with Oscorp, but progress has been slow. Could it be one of theirs?"

Due to the unique nature of the Alloraptors and the fact that all three had already been subdued, several high-profile figures interested in these creatures had boarded the ship.

They had come to personally oversee the transport of these prehistoric beasts.

Little did they expect to run into Peter's surprise return.

The female Alloraptor, named Yuya, had been hoisted onto the transport ship and secured inside a cage made of steel bars as thick as a person's forearm.

It was evident that the cage had been hastily welded together—its seams were still fresh.

The other two transport ships nearby each carried a similar cage, likely constructed at the last minute to contain the three Alloraptors.

Peter stood before the cage, frowning as he gazed at Yuya inside.

The commotion he had caused just now was anything but small, yet Yuya had shown no reaction whatsoever.

It was impossible that she had been killed.

Tranquilizers!

Clearly, after loading the Alloraptors onto the ships, these people had sedated them as an extra precaution!

And that posed a problem for Peter.

Yuya's weight wasn't an issue.

Even though these elite Alloraptors had been enhanced by Pterosaur Norman's special herbs, they only weighed around four tons each.

For Peter, lifting that with one hand would be effortless.

But Yuya was 10 meters long.

No matter where he tried to get a grip, there was no way to lift her completely—unless he could fly.

With no other choice, Peter had to come up with another plan.
