In their civilization, they had eighty kingdoms.
Four kingdoms were combined to form a nation.
So twenty nations were formed.
The nations were later grouped into four depending on their geographical location.
These were the North Nations Alliance, South Nations Alliance, East Nations Alliance and West Nations Alliance.
The leaders of the four alliances were known as the world governments and were the highest authorities on Earth.
Despite the advanced technologies obtained, some kingdoms still had villages.
Villages were mostly inhabited by people with F grade abilities or no abilities at all.
It wasn't easy for such people to get good jobs that could earn them enough money to survive in the cities.
So they stick to the villages where the standard of living is low.

Now, every alliances had two types of government work.
These are civil service and national service.
Civil service includes all organizations, companies and entities that provides goods and services to satisfy human needs in society.
Whereas national service has to do with security forces on earth and forces that travel across galaxies and forces that travel realms.
The national service is made up of three forces which are the knight force, scout force and security force.
Knight force - They travel, study and conquer realms. They travel across several realms, conquer them and in some cases,form alliances with them. They also explore realms to find useful resources. They also aid allied realms in solving their problems as well as conquering other realms. They also battle against any realm related attacks to Earth realm. They have several divisions responsible for these tasks. The realm explorers division are responsible for exploring several realms and giving out information on their forces and resources to the world governments.
The realm conquerors division is responsible for battling realms with good resources or weak forces and colonize them. Realms with strong forces like Earth's are offered a benefits based alliance. Due to Earth's powerful forces, it is one of the greatest realms if not the greatest and is feared amongst other realms. Most of Earth's advanced technologies were made with resources from other realms.
The realm resource researchers division is responsible for experimenting with and discovering the uses of the resources received from other realms. Their work is the foundation of Earth's advanced technologies. Then finally, the realm threat neutralizers division. They are responsible for defending the Earth when other realms attempt to conquer it. Their work is quite inactive, considering the fact that even powerful realms are very wary of Earth and would not dare to attack it.
Scout force - They are responsible for taking care of Earth's intergalactic involvements.
They travel across galaxies in search of resources and alien races. They take possession of planets with good resources and colonize planets with alien races after conquering them. They form alliances with planets with powerful forces who could pose threats to Earth. They also defend earth against intergalactic attacks. The scout division is responsible for exploring galaxies for possible resource filled planets and planets with alien life forms. The scout rangers division is responsible for conquering planets with alien races and also forming alliances with planets with powerful life forms. They also aid allied planets in intergalactic wars. The scout defense division is responsible for neutralizing alien attacks on Earth. Their base is usually space stations orbiting Earth.
Security force - They are responsible for handling security issues on Earth and enforcing law and order. They include the military forces, police force, judges, special forces and other forces which exist for several purposes. ( I won't explain more on this,since they exist in the real world and we all know about them🤗🤗😜 )
Also, before an individual can be enrolled into any force or division, they have to attend national service academy ( NSA ) for three years. That's where a person's area of best fit will be decided.
National Service Academy only accept people with abilities with C- grade potential and above.
People with D- grade, E- grade and F- grade abilities or powerless are sent to institutions that prepare them for civil services.
Also, people who are beta- ranked and higher are not allowed into civil services. They are by law expected to join the national security forces.
