Chapter 1 - Prologue

In the boundless expanse of the celestial realm, a fierce and unrelenting battle unfolded. The

skies blazed with swirling hues of gold and crimson, each flash of divine energy a testament to

the clash between good and evil. Mountains of luminous crystal, towering like ancient sentinels,

splintered under the impact of colossal blows, their radiant fragments cascading like a luminous

rain into the infinite abyss below.

At the center of this chaos stood God, His form radiant yet weary, facing the towering

embodiments of humanity's darkest impulses—Pride, Wrath, Greed, Envy, Lust, Gluttony, and

Sloth. Each Sin exuded an aura so oppressive it seemed to suffocate the light around them.

Wrath's flaming eyes burned with rage, while Greed's gilded claws gleamed with stolen light.

Pride's laughter echoed, mocking the divine authority that sought to bind them.

"You cannot hold us forever," Pride declared, his voice a thunderous boom that shook the

heavens. "Your creation feeds us. Your faith dwindles."

God's voice, though calm, carried the weight of eternity. "Creation is flawed, yes, but it is also

capable of redemption. And as long as even a flicker of faith remains, I will fight."

The battle raged on, divine light colliding with the dark tendrils of sin. Each strike from God

seemed to weaken the Sins momentarily, yet their power swelled, drawn from the endless

negativity festering in mortal hearts. Every time a mortal succumbed to despair, anger, or greed,

the Sins grew stronger.

Realizing He could not destroy them, God acted with desperate resolve. He raised His hands,

channeling the prayers and faith of all His followers. A radiant seal began to form, an intricate

weave of symbols glowing with holy power. The Seven Sins roared in defiance, their combined

strength battering against the forming prison.

The celestial realm trembled as the seal closed around them. The Sins were trapped, their howls

of fury echoing through eternity. But God, now drained and grievously wounded, fell to His

knees. His omniscient gaze turned downward to the mortal world below, where cracks in faith

already threatened the fragile balance.

"This seal will hold," God murmured, His voice tinged with sorrow, "only as long as faith

endures. If it falters... so too will the bonds."

Thus, with the last of His strength, He entrusted the fate of creation to humanity, knowing the

day of reckoning would come again. The seven embodiments of sin—Pride, Wrath, Greed, Envy,

Lust, Gluttony, and Sloth—faced God Himself. Their powers, fueled by humanity's darkest

impulses, threatened to shatter the very foundation of creation. Though divine might prevailed,

the cost was immense. God, gravely injured and weakened, could not destroy them. Instead, He

forged a seal powered by humanity's faith, imprisoning the Sins.

But the seal had a flaw. Its strength waned as faith in God diminished, while the Sins grew

stronger, feeding on humanity's negativity. Millennia passed, and the cracks in the seal grew.

The Sins stirred, their malevolent whispers seeping into the world. Finally, the seal shattered.

God, now a shadow of His former self, stood once more against the Sins. But this time, He was

overpowered. In His final act, He sacrificed Himself to bestow fragments of His divine essence

upon seven pure souls, granting humanity a chance to fight back. These chosen ones became

humanity's last hope against the resurgence of the Seven Sins.
