it definitely would be way too difficult for me to win, and get the Artifact. every dungeon has an Artifact of power at the center of it that gives life to all the creatures inside it, if I could get my hands on one it would definitely put me up there with the actual top students.
I looked back, I could still see the Exit.
The reward was too much to pass by even if I did die, I continued to walk deeper and deeper until I got to a large pool of Glowing water, there seemed to be blue flames illuminating the way down
I lowered my body into the water, the cold quickly embraced me, I lowered the rest of my body into the water, I held my breath and started to walk down what seemed like stairs into a small temple-like area.
i was about half way when my lungs started to scream for a need of oxygen, I was too far down to swim back up and get oxygen, I would need to enter whatever room was first and hope that it had air.
the water seemed different once I got closer, my vision as starting to get darker and darker until eventually I felt my consciousness slip

my eyes slammed open, I continued my struggle to swim to the temple, but oddly my muscle strain felt less, and overall visibility felt more.
my lungs still burnt but for some reason, it felt like I had always been in the water

God of the sea, it made sense that he would have a temple in the water, Did Posiden need to breathe?
Only one way to test if I could, I took in a breath of the water and to my surprise I didn't start drowning instead my lungs actually started to feel fine and the darkness around the edge of my eyesight went away.
i looked at the Temple, it was a beautiful white but there were some disgusting parts, Barinicals and seaweed clung to the pillars on the outside..
slowly I continued to swim closer to the main gate-like entrance
I stood in front of the entrance, there was a scene depicting the world-shaking.
i Placed my hands on the door and slowly pushed it open, that was a mistake since immediately all the water rushed forward bringing me with it, deeper and deeper into the dungeon.
i guess that door was somehow sealed tightly but also not sealed, it didn't make any sense.
not that I cared since this water would bring me to the deepest part of the dungeon Aka the boss room, where I would likely meet my death, or I would gain an insanely powerful artifact.
the water no longer felt cold, I think in part due to Posiden's Blessing.
After some very fun water slide stuff, I eventually came to a stop and the room started to fill with water quite fast, in the center was a round pillar with a small sword hilt stuck out.
The hilt looked rusted and in general just old, that didn't give me much hope for it being powerful it would also explain why there were no monsters while the water took me down to this chamber.
if there wasn't blue light illuminating everything I would be completely blind, even with me being awakened since this was deep into the Dungeon/Temple, and no light could even get close down here.
my steps echoed all throughout the chamber, I nearly fell of the edge of the bridge to the central chamber, since the water made the ground very slipery, while looking around I saw 3 other entrances to the room each also filling with water.
once I got to the main platform I looked over the edge and I didn't see a bottom to this pit
after looking down at death itself, I walked back to the central pillar and looked around for a staircase but there wasn't one and there weren't any edges for me to climb on.
how was I meant to get up there, a small amount of water had pooled at my feet, I looked towards the edge of the main platform and the water had filled up that area, and now the water was rippling.

even the system knew something was up, but then again it was probably made to assist me in helping the main cast, i went to grab my gunblade but it must've fallen off while i was pushed down here.
the water was now at my knees, i didn't have long before whatever creature that was could get to me, I looked at my right hand hoping the crystal would do something, but it just shined a light red and then it went dull red again.
