When James noticed Vivi seemed like she was sacrificing herself to the demon, James smiled and comforted her.
"Don't be so unhappy. Even though I'm firm and decisive, I'm still a good Consort for you to have."
Vive gave a nod. The key wasn't her statement, but the decisive action that followed.
"There's no time to waste; let's take down Crocodile."
"Hold on, I gave you my word—please wake them up.", Seeing the pair collapsed next to her, Vivi knew she couldn't abandon them.
"If they wake up, you know what to say."
"I know..."
Hearing this, James fired several small bolts of electricity at Igaram and Karoo.
⚡Electrotherapy! ⚡

"Gah~Gah? Gah!" Karoo woke with a start, it's eyes widening in shock as it shouted in confusion.
[[This man? What's going on! ]]
James gave it a cold look; it shook and shut up.
Following this, Igaram awoke slowly, noticed another person present, and questioned them uncertainly.
"What's going on with me? I fell weak?"
"Lightning unexpectedly struck you and Karoo during a sudden thunderstorm a moment ago. It's good to know you're safe. I have pressing business in Arabasta, so let's keep this brief."
Feigning anxiety, Vivi said,
"This is a god from the Sky Island. He is here to lend a hand. He will resolve the crisis by taking me back to my country, suppressing the rebellion in Arabasta, and eliminating Crocodile, the Main guilty party."
"Igaram, return to Arabasta once you've completed your tasks here. I'm going with him first!"
[[God? Are you serious? ]]
"Yes, Vivi-Sama."
Even though he was unsure, Igaram followed Vivi's instructions, seeing her distress.
Vivi noticed Karoo trembling, a flicker of hesitation crossing her eyes. To avoid upsetting James, she ultimately left it behind.
"James-san, I'm ready to go."
A subtle smile played on James' lips, indicating his satisfaction with her performance. He moved forward and took Vivi into his embrace.
A flash of lightning transported her to the Nimbus Explorer; its propeller whirred as it sped towards the horizon, carrying them both away.
[Scene Break]
Vivi looked anxious during their journey to Arabasta. She was still considering this problem from the perspective of a weak person.
"James-san, Crocodile is a great hero of Arabasta after all. We need more evidence of his murderous actions against the country to expose his crimes and prevent the people from rising against the country."
A blush rose on Vivi's cheeks as she awkwardly shifted on James's lap, the feel of his body close and warm against hers. Such intimate behavior was unfamiliar to her.
"Why do you need that?" A sneer twisted James's lips as he heard her words; his hand moved to her slender waist, almost without thinking.
"What?"
"You needn't bother collecting those items; they're not necessary. This world is ruled by the strong." Vivi stared in awe as small lightning bolts danced on James' fingertips."
"He's just a pretend hero, but you're a real princess!"
"If you blame him for everything and tell your people about his supposed crimes, they'll believe you regardless of evidence; the power of this god is enough to subdue them."
A wave of surprise washed over Vivi as she realized how immature her thoughts were. If she could resolve her country's internal conflict, there was no need to search for evidence.
A silence filled the room before James's pointed question sliced through it: "When did you follow the vice president of Baroque Works? Any idea where she might have gone?"
"We learned just two days ago that she was sailing between Drum Island and Little Garden. Later, fearing she'd find us, we made a stealthy retreat."
Vivi's reply was swift. The incident left her slightly dazed.
Drum Island
From his satchel, James pulled out a handful of Eternal Poses, finally locating one marked "Drum Island."
He narrowed his eyes, following the pointer's direction, then subtly redirected the Nimbus Explorer and sped toward the indicated location.
To protect against the strong winds, the Nimbus Explorer was enveloped in a thin layer of thunder curtain.
[Small Break]
In the vicinity of Drum Island, a vessel was evading pursuit.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
With a deafening roar, the navy warship's cannons pounded the small boat, sending geysers of water into the air, yet the relentless pursuit continued. The acrid smell of gunpowder filled the air.
"Hina is very unhappy, Nico Robin, surrender Immediately, you can't run away!"
The person who spoke was tall, had a Marine jacket, cleavage-revealing purple shirt with a deep neckline and golden motifs on the front, matching long pants, and high-heeled shoes. She had pair of purple sunglasses on her forehead.
She's Captain Hina of the Marines.
Despite the crashing waves against the fleeing boat, Nico Robin's face remained calm.
She calmly commanded the sea turtle to pull the small boat.
There's an archipelago a short distance away. If she gets in, the massive warship won't be able to enter, allowing her escape.
⚡El Thor (God's Judgment)⚡
A massive lightning strike directly hit the warship, leaving a large hole in its hull.
Many of the pirates held captive below decks in the prison perished in a lightning strike.
The warship rocked violently in the turbulent sea. Battered and falling, the Marine grabbed the side of the warship, terrified of plunging into the ocean.
"Awase Baori (Bind)"
With calm precision, Hina tossed two iron shackles onto the mast, securing them. She searched for the culprit, her gaze sweeping the area.
"Hina is very angry! the consequences will be serious! Who is it?"
Robin having heard the explosion behind turned to have a quick glance. With Marine blocked and a large wave approaching, she swiftly turned, intending to order the Sea King Turtle to seize the chance and flee.
This turn, however, was quite shocking for her.
"Good Day, Nico Robin." As if from thin air, James appeared on the ship's deck, his voice a proud whisper.
"Dos Fleur!" Robin was startled and wanted to strike first, "Ah~", but an electric shock made her groan, her hands trembled, and her heart pounded in fear.
The man in front of her turned out to be the user of the Goro Goro no Mi(Rumble-Rumble Fruit).
This ability ranked among the most invincible in her estimation of Devil Fruit powers.
James felt an itch on his neck, but luckily, Robin's lack of Armament Haki meant she couldn't ambush him with a surprise Haki-enhanced attack.
"Tell me, who are you, and what's your purpose?" She remained silent, praying for mercy, too afraid to act impulsively.
"I am God James, and I am here just for you. Nico Robin, be my Goddess!"
James is aware that a direct approach is the most effective way to deal with someone like Nico Robin, who has spent years in hiding from the World Government.
A straightforward, uncomplicated approach is key to effective strategy.
