everyone hates war but war is inevitable it will happen sooner or later. war is created by greed be it insects animals marine mamals
and us humans we all want what we all need
and to achieve that goal we must dominate and plunder the others to get what we need we wish for that things we crave for that things be it food technology or power. as the quote goes greed makes man blind and foolish and makes him an easy prey for death.
they have cannons!,shouted by a knight inside the massive castle dragonspire fortress, duck said by Gabriel while the mc stares at the cannon ball coming straight at him he felt as though the world stopped am i gonna die here? is this how it ends?
without a moments hesitation Gabriel tackled
the mc into the ground saving him ftom his demise,
sean snap out of it! shouted Gabriel we are at war we cant let them in our families depends on us, we need to go mount our cannons before they destroy the castle walls
as Gabriel was talking sean afraid of the sound of the cannons start shaking sean snap out of it! Gabriel shouted once more, sean then gets slapped by Gabriel in the face trying to snap him out of it after the slap sean comes to his senses and follows Gabriel to the cannon from the right side of the castle
as sean and Gabriel runs towards the cannon sean sees soldiers getting hit by cannon balls sean spots one guard fell from the wall
l then looks at him muttering save me after what sean saw he suddenly panicked and slipped from the wall that he was running from as he was falling he saw Gabriel shouting Sean's name and after that sean blacks out.
where am i? says sean as he tries to get up he feels as if somethings wrong as he tries to focus his vision he saw his limbs cut off his arms his legs they were all bleeding sean screamed HELP! but no one came, as sean screams begging to be saved he sees Gabriel lying in the floor in front of him Gabriel? Gabriel! shouted sean as he was crawling to him as soon as he was close enough to Gabriel Gabriel stands up, Gabriel your alive thats great help me! my arms my legs they're gone look! look! shouted by sean but as when he looked at Gabriel he sees him with no eyes looking at him intensely, sean stares at him can't move he was afraid of Gabriel looking at him with those empty eyes. after a brief silence Gabriel then ask sean why did you leave me, huh sean mumbled why did you leave me asked Gabriel while coming closer to sean, stay away from me! shouted sean, but as sean was crawling away from Gabriel sean then sees the bodies of the soldiers that died asking sean the same question, WHY DID YOU LEAVE ME!? WHY DID YOU LEAVE US!?
after that sean woke up looking at the orange sky he then remembers that he was at war then stands up quickly looking around seeing that his limbs was still intact he was relieved it was a dream sean locked around and saw that Gabriel was tied up along with the other guards half naked against the wall Gabriel then sees sean Gabriel was relieved that sean was fine but his eyes looked down knowing that he cant possibly save them
but sean was moving towards him Gabriel then signals sean to move back,get away,get lost but sean doesn't understand the guard then questions him from doing that in a brief moment the guard punches him in the gut Gabriel then spits saliva on the ground
sean seeing his chance he then grabs a sword lying in the ground then proceeds to run towards the guard as he was running he ponders what if he miss? what if the sword hits Gabriel too?
but the adrenaline kicks in, he then stabs the guard in the neck from behind sword near Gabriels throat after that sean pulls out the sword he was shaking all over i killed a person he mumbled
sean let me out of here says Gabriel the keys are in the right side of the guards pocket sean the looks at the guards corpse looking at him he quickly get the keys and releases Gabriel lets get out of here says Gabriel
WAIT! says the guard let me out too i have a family they're waiting for me please let us out as the chained guard pleaded for his life the other guards also pleaded for their lives saying they will do anything,they have families and so on.
after that an enemy guard hears the noise and shouts WHATS THAT NOISE OVER THERE!? the guards then says to hurry up and release them but Gabriel grabs sean by the hands and leaves the area the guards then say hey HEY WHERE ARE YOU GOING?! ARE YOU LEAVING US HERE HEY!
sean then looks back looking at the faces of the soldiers confused,angry,and disappointment sean saw all that then asks himself why didn't i save them? if he was fast enough could he save them?
but then Gabriel turned into a corner and hide i thought you died said Gabriel with a tired look on his face after he said that the enemy guard that sees the dead guard then runs back to warn the others sean then sees that the guard is gone he then tries to run back thinking he can save the other guards but Gabriel then grabs him from the back are you crazy do you wanna die? its too late for that now as Gabriel said that the enemy guards came and question them where the others escaped but none of them answered
the commander of the enemy guards then sigh's he signaled one of his me then one of the enemy guards stab one of the chained guards then proceeds to kill him we will kill all of you one by one if you don't tell us where they are says the commander of the enemy guards, all of them died sean and Gabriel heard everything and the two of them was distraught and powerless while they waited.
what happened? asked sean huh? says Gabriel what happened when i was passed out? well, Gabriel explained that when sean was passed out the enemy barged in using a ram then slaughtered half of the soldiers and that he hid inside a barrel until he was caught and that here i am now.
after he said that the enemy guards leaves Gabriel explains that we need to go to the castle because they have our families captive sean and Gabriel goes to the castle but before that sean and Gabriel can't help but look at their dead comrades one last time but moves on so they can save their families.
