As he followed her, he couldn't help but notice the way she moved, with a quiet confidence and a fluidity that belied her supposed lack of talent. He was starting to realize that there was more to his sister than met the eye, and he was determined to find out what had made her the way she was. He caught up to her and walked alongside her, his eyes fixed on her profile.
"Sis, come on, talk to me. What's going on? You're not what I expected," he said, his voice softening. He was trying to get through to her, to understand her, and he hoped that she would open up to him.
Catarina didn't respond, her eyes fixed on some point ahead of her. Terry tried again, his voice a little more insistent.
"Sis, come on. I'm your brother. I want to get to know you. What's going on? Why did you learn to fight like that?" He asked, his curiosity getting the better of him. Catarina stopped in front of the living room window, her eyes gazing out at the city. Terry followed her gaze, trying to see what she was looking at. But all he saw was the city, bustling with people and cars. He turned back to her, his eyes searching her face.
"Sis?" he said, his voice soft. Suddenly, Catarina turned to him, her eyes locking onto his. Terry felt a jolt of surprise at the intensity of her gaze.
"I learned to survive," she said, her voice low and even.
Terry frowned he saw his sister room it was neat yet so different. Catarina turned around and threw candy at Terry she wanted piece and quiet not to be annoyed she has seven brothers now she needs to meet five more brothers. Terry took a bite of the candy his eyes widen. "Sister this candy is so good!" Terry said. Catarina was so calm and quiet he became indifferent she just closed the door. Terry stood outside Catarina's room, his eyes still wide with surprise from the taste of the candy. He couldn't believe that his sister, who was supposed to be an idiot with no talents, had just blown him away with her fighting skills and now, her taste in candy. He shook his head, feeling a little confused. He had expected to meet a awkward, uncoordinated person, but instead, he had met a mysterious and intriguing woman. He turned around and walked away, his mind still reeling from the encounter. As he walked, he couldn't help but wonder what other surprises his sister had in store for him. He made a mental note to keep an eye on her, to learn more about her and her secrets. Terry couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement and curiosity about his twin sister, and he couldn't wait to see what other surprises she had in store for him.
As Terry walked away from Catarina's room, he couldn't shake off the feeling that he had just scratched the surface of his sister's mysterious persona. He had so many questions, but he knew that he had to tread carefully. He didn't want to push her away or make her feel uncomfortable. He decided to observe her from a distance, to learn more about her habits and interests. He wanted to understand what made her tick, what made her the person she was today.
As he walked downstairs, he noticed that the house was quiet. He assumed that his other brothers were out, probably at school or doing their own thing. He decided to grab a snack from the kitchen and head to the living room to do some research on his sister. He sat down on the couch and pulled out his phone, typing in Catarina's name to see what he could find.
But as he scrolled through the search results, he realized that there was very little information about his sister online. It was as if she didn't exist, or at least, she didn't have a digital footprint. Terry's curiosity was piqued. What was his sister hiding? And why was she so determined to keep a low profile?
Just then, he heard a noise coming from the kitchen. He looked up to see one of his brothers, Lucas, walking into the room.
"Hey, Terry," Lucas said, nodding in greeting.
"I see you've met Catarina."
Terry nodded, putting away his phone.
"Yeah, I met her earlier. She's... interesting."
Lucas raised an eyebrow.
"Interesting? That's one way to put it. I think she's still getting used to being here, to being part of the family."
Terry leaned forward, his eyes locked on Lucas.
"What do you mean?"
Lucas hesitated, as if unsure of how much to reveal.
"Let's just say that Catarina has a lot of baggage. She's been through a lot, and it's going to take her some time to adjust."
Terry's eyes narrowed.
"What kind of baggage?"
Lucas shook his head.
"I'm not at liberty to say. But trust me, Terry, you'll find out soon enough."
Catarina's body moved fluidly as she transitioned from one yoga pose to another, her ponytail bobbing gently behind her. She was lost in the moment, her focus solely on her breath and the movements of her body. Her eyes were closed, and her face was serene, a look of calm concentration etched on her features. The soft music playing in the background seemed to match the rhythm of her breathing, creating a sense of harmony and balance. As she moved through the poses, her muscles flexed and relaxed, her body glowing with a soft sheen of sweat. She was in her element, completely at peace.
As she moved into a particularly challenging pose, Catarina's eyes fluttered open, and she gazed inward, her focus shifting from her physical body to her inner self. Her breathing slowed, and her body stilled, as if she was listening to a voice that only she could hear. Her expression was one of quiet contemplation, her features soft and introspective. The music continued to play, but it seemed to fade into the background, as if it was no longer necessary, for Catarina had found a deeper, inner peace. She held the pose for a moment, suspended in time, before slowly exhaling and releasing the tension in her body. As she did, a small, enigmatic smile played on her lips, and her eyes seemed to gleam with a hint of secret knowledge.
