Power Level System
MAGIC USERS
This is a universal power level system that can be applied across all the different magic sources, ranging from 1 to 10, with each level representing a character's mastery and ability to wield magic, regardless of the source (dragon blood, shadow realm, demon realm, nightmare realm, spirit realm, or mage abilities).
1. Novice(Level 1-2):
The user has now just begun to tap into their magical abilities. They have a basic understanding of their powers but lack the skill and experience to use it effectively. They can perform minor spells or transformations. Limited control and high risk of backlash.
2. Adept(Level 3-4):
The user has gained some experience and can perform more difficult spells or transformations. They possess a better understanding of their powers/abilities. They can now manipulate energy or elements at a basic level, engage in simple contracts with spirits or entities from other realms, and use dragon blood sparingly without losing control.
3.Expert(Level 5-6):
The user has a strong control over their magical powers. They can perform intricate spells and utilize their abilities in combat or problem-solving. They have enhance control over elemental powers, can summon shadow weapons, form contracts with demons or nightmares more safely, and effectively utilize dragon blood for transformation without immediate risk of losing control.
4.Master (Level 7-8):
The user is highly skilled and can manipulate their powers with precision. They often serve as powerhouses, mentors or leaders in their magical community or country and have gained significant recognition for their skills. Their ability to execute advanced and powerful spells, keep nightmares at bay while using their powers, and maintain contracts with demons without losing their humanity. Can also harness dragon blood efficiently for powerful transformations.
5.Legendary(Level 9-10):
The pinnacle of mastery in their specific fields. Users at this level are rare and are often seen as legendary figures. They can bend the rules of their magical powers and understand the deeper laws of the universe. They could now cast high-level spells that can alter reality, fully embrace their dragon heritage , manipulate shadow to an unimaginable degree, and maintain the most potent contracts with spirits, demons, or nightmares. At this level, they can wield dragon blood to its fullest potential without severe drawbacks.

Dragonblood is not a polymorph magic but a unique trait certain people have. It is mostly to transform into dragons and it boost any magic you learn. So it isn't mostly part of the power rankings just an energy amplification trait.
